New Jabot Teen Model!
(Genoa City) -- The fashion community is all abuzz over an impending announcement by Jabot Cosmetics that Brittany Hodges will soon become the next Jabot teen model. Some critics are already expressing concern that not enough is known about Hodges qualifications. For example, what is her modeling experience. Does she have any? Who are her parents? Does she have any? What is her criminal history? Like former Jabot model Cricket Blair, was Hodges ever charged with reckless driving?

Student Will Be Glow Spokesperson!
(Jabot Cosmetics) -- As reported last week, Jabot executive Jill Abbott has come up with a fantastic idea for the Glow by Jabot skunk oil line of fragrances. Abbott was anxious to discuss the plan Friday with associate Ashley Abbott. Unfortunately, the pregnant Abbott was too busy rubbing her belly to listen at the time.

Anxious to be heard, Jill rounded up Jack Abbott and Brad Carlton, shoved the boys into the Jabot boardroom and started to tell of her plan when Ashley blurt out she's pregnant. And no, Carlton isn't the daddy. With personal problems out of the way, Jill finally told the group she's certain Brittany Hodges will soon be named Walnut Grove Academy's prom queen and the teen would make the perfect spokesperson for the Jabot Glow line.

Law Suit Averted!
(Genoa City) --Teenager Brittany Hodges threatened Jabot Cosmetics with legal action Friday after learning she will not be the prime Glow by Jabot spokes model. The stunning news that the job has gone to teen rival Mackenzie Browning was delivered by Jabot part owner Jill Abbott during a meeting with Hodges. The job was contingent on the outcome of the recent Walnut Grove Academy freshman prom at which Hodges was expected to be crowned queen. Unexpectedly, Browning took home the title. 

Implying she has a contract with Jabot guaranteeing top dog rights, Hodges threatened to bring the matter to the attention of her father, a lawyer. But, Hodges was easily outwitted when Abbott reminded Hodges that teen hunk Billy Abbott, whom Hodges pines for, would be accessible if Hodges were willing to play "second fiddle" in the summer ad campaign. Reluctantly, Hodges agreed.

August 2000

Pay Back Time!
Upset that Mackenzie Browning is Billy Abbott's main squeeze, Brittany Hodges declared Tuesday, "It’s pay back time! I’m going to hurt Billy and Mac as much as they’ve hurt me and more." Hodges indicated she plans to alert Billy's mother, Jill Abbott.

Confused, Browning asked Abbott why he continues to let Hodges suck up to him and was told, "It's just part of the show." But Browning wasn't so sure. "I’m sorry. All of this is getting to me. Dealing with Billy's mom, keeping Billy and me a secret. Billy needs to find a way to breakup with Brittany soon. I don’t want to run. I want to be with Billy. All I want is to be with Billy", Browning sobbed.

Plan Goes Belly Up!
As Teenager Brittany Hodges put her plan of revenge into motion here Friday it was already doomed to fail.

Hodges had sought help from revenge expert Phyllis Summers but at the last moment, Summers told Hodges, "You are on your own."

As the Glow by Jabot website wrapped for the summer with what was billed as "an overnighter" to be fed live on the Internet from the Abbott pool, teens Billy Abbot and Brittany Hodges smeared suntan lotion over each other. Hodges encouraged Abbott to drink a glass of booze which was flowing freely to the underage young people even though an adult was present.

Hodge's plan is to get Abbott so drunk he won't know up from down and might even go so far as to make an attempt to get into Hodge's pants. Such an event would please Hodge's so long as Mackenzie Browning were nearby to watch.

However, the odds that Abbott would betray Browning are slim and Hodges is expected to soon give up or search for another alternative.

Butt Out!
Teenager Brittany Hodges was outraged Monday after being summoned to Jabot Cosmetics where she was given the third degree by CEO, Jack Abbott.

"I'm the one abused. I really love Billy but he cheated on me. I'm not lying about having sex with Billy," Hodges said.

April 2001

"Don’t threaten me. You don’t want to be on my list. You’re just a little school girl. You have no idea who you’re dealing with so don’t take me on. Do you understand?" Summers warned.

July 2001

Aspiring PI?
One of Jabot Cosmetics newest Glow worms, Brittany Hodges, showed Monday she's got a long way to go if her goal is to some day become a private investigator.

On a mission to find out why fellow worm Mackenzie Browning now has the courage to show her gap-toothed grin to the Glow website cameras, Hodges, wearing her best pair of open-toed sandals, applied for work at the local homeless shelter where former runaway Browning recently found fame and fortune.

During an interview with shelter management, Hodges explained she and Browning have become pals but because Browning is now experiencing problems at her rich grandmother's estate, she feels compelled to help her friend.

But Hodges said she can't help unless the shelter could provide information about Browning's past. Learning the shelter doesn't give a rip about its clients, Hodges faded into the woodwork.
