New Book By Christmas!
(Genoa City) -- World renown novel writer Cole Howard announced the final two chapters of
his new book have been completed and the novel is expected to be on store shelves by
Christmas. "I dedicated this book to ma lovely wife Ashley" Howard told
reporters but unfortunately the book doesn't have a title at this time.
Cole Howard History?
(Genoa City) -- The Genoa City News has learned something is going on with the Howard's
and it's not a Pillsbury bake-off. Sources tell the GCNews Cole Howard and his lovely wife
Ashley are headed for some kind of trouble which will result in the departure from Genoa
City of the only man in the world who at such a young age claims to have authored over
fifty books.

Flame Rekindled?
(Genoa City) --
With the news Cole Howard will soon be leaving Genoa City, primarily because his wife
Ashley won't give him any sex, rumors are flying Victor Newman will move in for the
conquest when he finds himself growing apart from wife Nikki who is determined to have
another baby. Ashley's sole motive? To use Victor in her plan to get Jaw Bow Cosmetics
back into Abbott clan hands. Estranged from his current wife, Victor's motive will simply
be to have a sexual outlet.
Cole Howard's Dilemma
(Abbott Household) -- Cole
Howard was seen walking along a deserted pathway near the train tracks which parallel the
Abbott household where Blade "Flash" Bladeson, Ashley Abbott Howard's former
short-term husband, died tragically. "I don't know what is wrong with mah wife these
days. She won't give me any sex, spends most of her time working with that slimy brother
of hers trying to purchase her father's old company and gosh darn it I'm getting plenty
worried about our marriage" Howard told the GCNews. "I even dedicated my last
book to Ashley and this is the treatment I get? It just ain't fair. Did you read 'Hope In
A Bottle?' It was my 51st novel you know. Not bad for a guy my age. I think I've written
more than Gore Vidal. Too bad my books don't sell as well. Did you read Hope?" Howard
continued to babble at which point the GCNews walked off leaving Howard to ponder his
marriage which is almost certain to end soon.
Dead Baby Walking?
(Caffeine Shop) -- Cole Howard was seen speaking with his former wife Victoria Newman
after learning from Nina Webster about the death of Boo Hoo McNeil's baby. Suffering from
a case of writers block, Howard was oddly surprised when, after informing Victoria he had
heard about the McNeil death and had zoomed right over to the Caffeine Shop because he had
a premonition Victoria would be there thinking of the baby she too lost recently, that in
fact she wasn't thinking about the death at all. For once, Victoria had put the past
behind her. She had more important things on her mind. Howard appeared to be downright
disturbed. How could his former wife not be thinking about her dead baby when another
couple had lost their baby a few days ago? Doesn't Victoria think about her dead baby each
and every time the subject comes up?

Late For A Very
Important Date!
(Newman Ranch) -- Cole Howard was so excited about the completion of his new novel he
forgot all about meeting his wife Ashley who was waiting for him at the private dining
room. Cole was inside the Newman ranch tackyroom sipping champagne and celebrating with
Victoria, Nick and Sharon Newman. Nick stopped by after developing a fear his sister might
not be able to control her sexual feelings for Howard. Moments earlier, Cole, who claims
to have authored over 50 novels during his short life, had sent his entire manuscript to
publisher Steve Connelly via email. A risky method at best. While the celebration
progressed, Cole showed Sharon what a novel looks like on a laptop computer screen. As
Mrs. Newman looked on in amazement Cole suddenly remembered his appointment with Ashley.
Picking up the telephone, Cole called his wife to say he was sorry, would leave the ranch
immediately and arrive at the restaurant "in a few minutes." It is well known
the Newman Ranch is a good one hour drive from Genoa City yet Cole and others recently
have stated their ability to make the drive in only minutes. How do they do it? In Cole's
case it didn't matter. In a major snit, Ashley told her husband not to bother and hung up
on him!

Big
Fight Upsets Quiet Neighborhood!
(Abbott Residence, Genoa City) -- "I haven't heard such a
commotion around here since Blade Bladeson got hit by the train that awful night a few
years ago" Mrs. Sally Badhair said after police were called to the John Abbott
residence. "You know, except for that train, this is a very quiet neighborhood. I
told my husband there was something odd about a train running through this prestigious
part of town but Festus wouldn't listen to me then. When all those people started moving
into the Abbott house I told Festus it would only be a matter of time before the
neighborhood went to the dogs" Badhair rambled on before explaining how noise from
the Abbott house was so loud "I thought the walls were going to cave in so I called
the police!"
"It weren't no big deal. We didn't arrest anyone since the scuffle took place on
private property and nobody wanted to press charges" Police Officer Hayden Yahoo said
as he described details of the incident which revealed a fight broke out after Jaw Bow
Cosmetics executive Jack Abbott apparently blasted infamous author Cole Howard for being a
dumb ass. Howard told Abbott to butt out of his marriage troubles but Abbott spewed when
it comes to his sister Ashley Abbott Howard's happiness, it is his business. To make his
point, Jack gave Cole a good shove which only antagonized Howard. "You've gone too
far!" Cole shouted as he stuck his face into Jack's. At that point, a resounding
WHACK was heard as a right hook to the jaw sent Cole reeling. Pulling himself up off the
floor, Cole lunged at Jack who swung again but missed. Cole socked Jack in the gut. Bam,
POW! Jack went flying, crashed into a nightstand, turned around, and pushed Cole up
against the wall. But before he could smack Cole again John Abbott broke them up.
"Stop this" the elder Abbott demanded while at the same time instructed Cole to
go to his room. The fight was over almost as quickly as it began.

Goodbye As Cole Howard Departs City!
(Newman Enterprises) -- Parting is such sweet sorrow
never meant as much as it did when infamous author Cole Howard, who claims to have written
more than fifty novels during his short life, informed Victoria Newman of plans to move on
with his life - alone. Years ago when Howard first arrived in Genoa City, he fell in love
with Victor Newman's daughter Victoria who was on the rebound after a failed marriage to
Newman Enterprises marketing executive Ryan McNeil. One reason the marriage fell apart was
due to Victoria's fear of having sex. However, when Victoria met Cole she couldn't get
enough. Cole had been hired by Victor to work as a horse dung cleaner at the Newman Ranch.
Victoria all but begged for sex but Cole thought at the time she was too young for a stud
like him. However, Cole gave in, concluding he wanted to spend the rest of his life with
Victoria. Cole even wrote to his mother Eve how he had fallen in love. When Eve read the
letter she almost fell overboard from the cruise ship she was on at the time.
As Cole and
Victoria's thoughts turned to marriage they had no idea Eve was rushing to Genoa City to
prevent the wedding. Eve at one time had been one of Victor's harlots and feared Cole
might be a bastard child. Unfortunately, Eve kicked the bucket before she could utter a
word. Meantime, Cole and Victoria were on their way to Las Vegas to be married and later
did the wild thing. Returning to Genoa City, the Howard's were shocked when Victor told
them they were brother and sister. Victoria ran to her mother to bitch how her daddy had
ruined everything. After the marriage had been annulled, Victor ordered Eve's body dug up.
A test of Eve's blood determined the kids were not related. Victoria refused to invite
Victor to the second wedding but as the vows were said, Victor lurked in the shadows.
"Promise
you'll think of me now and then" Victoria asked Cole here Tuesday. "How could I
not" Cole replied at the same time touching Victoria's face, then turned and left
without so much as a hug.
Howard Sticks
Nose In Newman Sperm, Will Things Get Sticky?
(Abbott Residence, Genoa City) -- With husband Cole Howard off on a world book
signing tour, promoting a book which will never make the best seller list or likely to be
seen on book store shelves, Ashley Abbott Howard has apparently taken on a new goal in
life. A telephone call was intercepted to Brad Carlton during which Abbott was heard
summoning Carlton to the RoadKill Cafe for a bowl of eyeball soup. During the luncheon,
Abbott is expected to ask Carlton what he knows about Victor Newman's sperm. Other than the
sperm is on ice at a local sperm bank, that Newman needs to pay up to keep it chilling and
that Nikki Newman knows about it, Carlton doesn't know much. But the bigger question is:
why does Ashley give a rip? Why is she asking herself if Victor and Nikki plan to use the
sperm to make another dysfunctional, unwanted child? What would make her think Diane
Jenkins is willing to prevent Nikki from having Victor's child? What business is it of
hers unless - could Ashley be thinking so soon of trying to get Victor back into her
meaningless life? The soap gods are crying out "please! Do not subject us to a
four-way battle over Victor." Diane Jenkins wants the old geezer, Nikki wants him,
Ramona Caceres wants him and now Ashley? What is it these women see in a man who uses
women like toilet paper?

Sperm Issue Ejects Again!
Genoa City) --- Now that unemployed architect Diane Jenkins and attorney Michael
Baldwin are said to be going away to an unknown destination on a cruise soon, the way is
clear for Ashley Abbott Howard to make a move. Readers will recall Howard has a key to
Jenkins penthouse apartment and knows Victor Newman's vibrant sperm is chilling there on
ice. While she appears to have calmed down over the past few days after receiving a Dear
John letter from her estranged husband Cole, the fact remains Ashley wants desperately to
have a baby. But, Ashley doesn't want just any old baby. The thought of adoption in Genoa
City is never a possibility. Ashley, like many women in this city wants Victor Newman's
baby. With Diane leaving town soon it shouldn't be too difficult for Ashley to gain access
to the penthouse and make off with the sperm.

Jenkins Eyeball Aboard Love Boat
(Miami) -- Genoa City
socialite and a former Mrs. Victor Newman, Ashley Abbott Howard was seen here Tuesday
boarding the Love Boat after a long trip from Wisconsin. Howard made the trek via the
windy city of Chicago where Howard stopped over for six hours. "I'd rather not say
why I had to go to Chicago" Howard told this reporter. Asked what her destination is,
Howard stated she wasn't sure. "The ship makes many stops in the Caribbean doesn't
it? I don't have any specific island in mind. My purpose was to get away from the hustle
and bustle of Genoa City, get my personal life together and just relax on the high
seas" Howard said.
Earlier, another of the former Newman harem, Diane Jenkins was seen boarding the Love Boat
too along with her girl Friday. "Marisa handles my business affairs" Jenkins
replied when asked why she was going on a cruise with a woman. The terse remark caused
some gossip reporters here to speculate Jenkins and what amounts to a personal butt wiper,
are involved sexually. "What other reason could Jenkins be keeping a woman around
for? If you think Jenkins is too busy to pay her own bills or balance her checkbook I've
got some swamp land here in Florida I'd be happy to sell you" Heda Hopper, buzz
columnist for the Globe said.
Hopper's comments ring true to a certain degree. Jenkins hasn't worked for more than a few
days since she arrived in Genoa City years ago. Claiming to be an architect, Jenkins
worked briefly on what was to be Victor Newman's new "empire" but the deal fell
through when Newman and Jenkins jetted out of town to get married. Upon their return the
relationship dissolved. Jenkins never worked from that point on but continues to claim not
having enough time to pay her bills. The smart thing to do would have been to leave her
personal butt wiper behind to guard Victor Newman's sperm which presently sits on ice
under lock and key inside Jenkins penthouse suite.
Before the Love Boat set sail Ashley Howard came eyeball to eyeball with Jenkins. Because
there is no love lost between the two former Mrs. Newmans it will be interesting to see if
Howard remembers that Jenkins has some sperm she could use and she has a key to Jenkin's
apartment. It might be a good time to jump ship.

Abbott Sails Globe In Record Time!
(Genoa City) --
Without warning, Ashley Abbott Howard has apparently cut an expensive cruise aboard the
Love Boat short and returned to Genoa City. The Love Boat was scheduled to leave on a seven
day cruise to parts unknown. However, when Howard boarded the ship she saw Diane Jenkins
and managed to get her butt off the ship before it set sail. Either that or severe
time-warps take place upon the high seas as well as in Genoa City.
In New Mexico,
Howard's brother, Jack Abbott who shelled out big bucks for the cruise could not be
reached for comment. Howard returned to the Abbott residence where after some chit-chat
with Jill Abbott about how it's not nice to trash the Newman's, tried to locate Brad
Carlton. Unsuccessful, Ashley wondered where Carlton is and who he could be with.
Instead of worrying
about Carlton, Howard should hot-foot it over to Jenkins' penthouse suite, use the key she
has to gain entry and make off with the great Victor Newman's sperm before Jenkins'
returns.

Found On Love Boat
(Genoa City) -- Ashley
Abbott Howard revealed to brother Jack Abbott she met a man while on the Love Boat cruise
a few days ago and fell madly in love. Amazingly, Howard managed this on the one and only
steamship line the Genoa City News could find which books cruises lasting about 48-hours.
When asked if the identity of her honey will ever be known Abbott said it's not likely.
Is
Howard Pregnant?
(Genoa City) --Speculation is running high that Ashley Abbott Howard may have managed to
use the key to Diane Jenkins' apartment, picked the lock on the door to the room holding
the cryogenic freezer, absconded with Victor Newmans sperm and had herself impregnated!
Ever
since Howard returned from her two day sea cruise and told brother Jack Abbott about
having had a torrid love affair with some mystery man aboard the Love Boat most members of
the Genoa City News staff have been thinking about the possibility such news will soon
come out and at the same time asking themselves - how could it be?
Is
Howard such a hideous washed up had by almost every man in Genoa City she hasn't learned
the dangers of sleeping with men she doesn't know? Sure, Jill Abbott humped Keith Dennison
after knowing him for just a few hours but that was a business deal. The reason Howard
continues alluding to the mystery man? She's trying to establish an alibi for when she
starts showing if in fact she's got the Newman sperm in her. But how and when did she get
the sperm?
For
the past few days the signs have been evident. Diane Jenkins and her personal butt wiper,
Michael Baldwin and now Brad Carlton all seem very eager to get into the sperm room. Each
time Jenkins has gone near the sperm she hasn't opened the door. A clear sign that when
she does she'll discover the sperm is missing!
