KILLING THE CAT?: Believe it! It's still same long day in Genoa City, WI. At CL -  Paul - all I'm saying is that if you're feeling that uncomfortable… JT - I'm not quitting until I find out why Brad changed his name - I wish things didn't have to be so complicated. Paul - that's what happens when you investigate your girlfriend's dad. JT - I thought we're on the same team - a little support would be nice. Paul - don't worry - we will crack this - but you have to be… JT - I know - more patient.

** At playhouse - CC is seeking help from Lily because JT has been acting so weird. Lily - you should be used to that by now. CC - this is different - he's nervous when we're together - and he doesn't want me around his computer so much he bought me my own laptop. Lily - probably stuff from work he doesn't want you to see. CC - that's what he said - now I'm worried about what might happen to him. Lily - what are you going to do? CC - I need to find out what he's up to - I was hoping you'll help me get password for his computer. Lily - I'm not sure about this. CC (at Lily's computer) - I just found this software - when you download it - it takes a picture of everything that's been typed in. Lily - how will that get you his password? CC - I thought I'd load it on my computer and ask JT to check his e-mail - once he does that I've got his password. Lily - that's for his e-mail - what about access to his computer files? CC - I'm hoping he uses same password for both things - OK - it's downloading. Daniel comes in - hey. Lily - where were you? Daniel - shopping. Lily - for me? Daniel - I got you something. Lily - for my birthday. Daniel - yeah - I hope you like it. Lily takes out a purse - I do - thanks ~kiss ~ it's cute. Daniel - CC, what are you working on? Lily - something for school - come on - let me show you dress she brought. CC looks at computer screen - 'Spy On U saved to desktop'. When Lily and Daniel come back - CC is ready to go - I hope you have a good time on your birthday - talk to you soon. Daniel won't tell Lily what he has planned - but she thinks she knows - with great dress CC brought and cute purse - we must be going to 'Fine Line'! Daniel - where? Lily - the 18 and older club downtown. Daniel - you're just going to have to wait and see - have you heard from your mom? Lily - what a way to change the subject - no. Daniel - she'll call. Lily - I know - but it's in the middle of night in Paris. Daniel - well, we should get ready. Lily - what time do they open? Daniel - you're not getting out of me but this ~kiss~

** CC walks into CL taking to Lily on her cell - is Daniel with you? Lily - no, he went out to the car. CC - program is on your computer - burn me a disc and put it in your purse - I'll get it the next time I see you - OK? Lily - can I tell Daniel? CC - not this time - aren't we best friends? Lily - OK - I'll do it now. Lily has computer saving to disc when Daniel comes back - I found my wallet - it was under the seat -checking your e-mail? Lily - no, I'm copying something for CC - look at the time - I've got to get dressed. Daniel looks to see what it is - Spy ON U 2006.

Paul and JT are still talking about case - would you give up, Paul? Paul - probably not - let's see how it plays out. CC - how what plays out? Paul - hi, Colleen - join us? CC sits down - reminds JT about Lily's party - coming? JT -- sure, it sounds like fun. CC - thanks again for computer - I really needed that - there's Mr. Winters and Devon - I said I'd help them - see you later. Paul - did you let her use your computer? JT - no, I gave her a laptop - all that stuff about her dad is on mine. Paul - I've changed my mind about being patient - we'd better figure this out ASAP.

Lily can't believe Daniel has brought her to CL on her birthday - but when she finds out about surprise birthday party - quickly changes her mind - Neil and Devon with lots of help from CC and others have done a great job - she blows out candles on her cake - then thanks her dad first - then the rest - ending with Daniel. Everyone is eating cake when JT sees Lily slip a CD to CC - they avoid talking about it to JT because it's time for Lily to open her gifts. JT sees CC put disc in her purse and goes for it when she is busy.

NEW TAKE ON LOVE?: At NE - Sharon is trying to get Noah to slow down. Noah (doing a Groucho Marx run) - I want to see Dad. Nick (as he ~hugs~ Noah) hey, Dude - what are you still doing here? Sharon - he's all wound up. Nick - I can see that. Sharon - is this a bad time? Nick - no, I have a few minutes - let's go in here. Noah tells his mom and dad about his day - funniest part was when Victor made a picture of his face. Nick - that was funny. Noah - Victor is so cool. Sharon - you're becoming good buddies - aren't you? Noah - yeah, he said he'll take me and my friends to a Brewer's game. Nick - that's awesome (his cell rings - reads text message) I'm sorry, Bud - I have to go to my office - I'll be back as soon as I can - OK? Sharon - why don't you look at DVD you brought - then your dad and I can both get some work done - we'll see you later. Noah - all right. Nick - I thought you were taking Noah home. Sharon - I was but he wanted to see you. Nick suggests they get Miguel to pick him up - but both say they are leaving soon - Sharon wants to make sure Nick is - because he was too late to see Noah last night and Noah needs some consistency. Nick - it was only one night - what he really needs is his family living together. Sharon - we are now. Nick - for how long? Sharon - I don't know - but I haven't changed my mind about a divorce - sooner you get used to that the better.

Vikki and Brad have a meeting with their lawyer about a trust fund - Grayson has a few questions about their families - Mr. Carlton has two children from previous marriage - right? Vikki - yes, unless he has children I don't know about. Grayson - and you have no children. Vikki - not yet. Grayson - your paperwork is in order - I have some forms for you to fill out and that's it - I don't anticipate any complications. Vikki - that's good - we want this to be as simple as possible. Grayson - I commend you for doing this - most couples don't take the time. Brad - it's difficult to face your own mortality.
Grayson - but you want your heirs taken care of - it's better to be prepared - now if you'll look over these papers…

Sharon finds Nick watching Noah sleeping - look, Sharon. Sharon - not here. Nick follows her - I think we should talk about this. Sharon - we already have. Nick - ten years together is worth fighting for - you just seem to want to punish me. Sharon - no, I'm thinking about that little boy in there. Nick - that's why we shouldn't rush a divorce. Sharon - nothing will change - you hurt me - you act like there aren't any consequences. Nick - I know it will be difficult for you to forgive me - but for our son's sake please try - we've gotten through all kinds of problems by sticking together. Sharon - not this time. Nick - what if I'd said that when you were with Cameron or Diego? Sharon thinks about Brad. Nick - did you hear what I said? Sharon - yeah, I did. Nick - you could care less . . as he walks away. Brad - what's going on? Sharon - Nick reminded that I don't have a great record when it comes to being faithful - it's true - look at NY. Brad - that's different. Sharon - how? Brad - we're friends - that wasn't about sex - we've loved each other for a long time and couldn't say no any longer. Sharon - did you say you love me? Brad - yes - but I love Victoria too - I'm building my future with her - just as you are with Nick - I don't regret what happened in NY - neither should you - and you should fix things with Nick if not for yourselves then for Noah. Vikki drops off a file for Nick - I'm sorry it took so long - but Brad and I were talking to our lawyer. Nick - that must be the shortest marriage… Vikki - you've got it wrong - we still as solid as ever. Nick - I wish I could say same thing - nothing I've tried is working - as far as she's concerned - we're finished. Nick is worried most about Noah - if she tries to keep him away from me it won't fly. Noah - Daddy! Daddy! When Nick and Vikki get there - Sharon is holding - Honey, everything is going to be OK. Noah had a bad dream about his dad leaving - it's not true - is it? Nick - no, I'm right here. Nick takes Noah home while Sharon finishes some work.

MR. MOM: Mikey is with Phyllis waiting in doctor's office - can I get you anything? Phyllis - no thanks - uh - just thanks for being here. Mikey - this spotting - how bad is it? Phyllis - bad but I'm not hemorrhaging - ah - it's a lot - it can't be good - I wish doctor would hurry. Mikey - I'll go check. Phyllis - no, no - please stay here. Mikey takes her hand - it's OK - I'm not going anywhere. Later Dr Thompson is asking Phyllis questions - any bruising or nosebleeds? Phyllis - none. Nora - and you started spotting today. Phyllis - this afternoon - should I be concerned? Nora - spotting occurs in about 25% of all pregnancies under 20 weeks - it doesn't necessarily indicate anything serious. Phyllis - but it could. Nora - I think we should do an ultra sound to see if there are any changes and a pap smear to make sure there is nothing we've overlooked. Phyllis - OK. Nora - we can do it now if you're ready. Phyllis -sure. Nora - we won't be long. Mikey - I'll be here - then he calls Lauren - what's going on? M - I'll tell you when I get home - I forgot - I said I'd make dinner - I'll pick something up on my way home - is Gloria still there? Lauren - no, she's gone - I'm fine - but hurry home - I'm starving - love you. Mikey - love you too. Phyllis and Dr Thompson get back. Mikey - that didn't take long. Phyllis - ultra sound was normal - and we did another test - what was that? Nora - nuchal translucency screening test - it gives us probability of having a healthy baby - Phyllis is in high 90's. Mikey - you can't get better than that. Nora - as I told Phyllis - it's only a statistic - considering your age - I would like to do an amniocenteses - it's the best way to see if there are any abnormalities - not that I think there are - please take a couple of days to think it over - in the meantime - I want you to relax - avoid stress -stay off your feet - do you think you can do that? Mikey - I'll make sure she does. Nora - you've got a good friend here, Phyllis. Phyllis - I know I do.

Mikey has a surprise for Lauren - I brought Phyllis home for dinner - I got some salads for the mom's to-be - they're not here - his cell rings - Gina is sending them over - I'm meeting delivery guy downstairs - I'll be back. When Lauren asks if Phyllis called Mikey earlier - she let's it all out - being pregnant too - spotting - tests Dr Thompson did - not knowing if Jack or Nick is father - needing amnio - Lauren offers to go with - by the time Mikey gets back - he has two mom's to-be to take care of - and he's looking forward to it. When Phyllis wants to go to Lily's birthday party - Mikey nixes it - call Daniel - he'll take care of it with Lily - we want you to stay here tonight too - OK? Over healthy dinner - Phyllis asks for some legal advice - should I ask for paternity test when I have the amnio? Mikey - it may be better to know now. Phyllis - assuming I have the courage to tell Jack or Nick.

PLAY BY PLAY: As time marches on in Genoa City, WI - at outhouse -oops - Sharon catches Noah and Nick playing football in the house - what's that smell coming from kitchen? Nick - teriyaki marinade. Noah - Dad's going to BBQ some chicken and corn on the cob. Sharon - mmm. Nick - don't worry - we'll clean up everything. Sharon - I'm not worried. Noah - Dad, let's go fire up grill - I'm hungry. Nick - me too.

Phyllis - why did you track me down? Jack - I set up a meeting for you with merchandizing people tomorrow - we need to nail down decisions we made about NVP spas. Phyllis - I can't do it - I'm meeting with interior decorator. Jack - so change it. Phyllis - I can't - we have a grand opening coming up - we have a million decisions to make. (Daniel rolls mail cart up and is listening from hall) Jack - I think this is more important - it's where our profits will be coming from. Phyllis - someone else can do it. Jack - this isn't a request - it's an order - I'd like you to keep appointment I setup - rest can wait . . as he walks out. Jack - hey, Daniel - got anything for me? Daniel - hey, Jack - you're not even on my list yet. Jack - you know where my office is - right? Daniel - yeah - I found out this morning - I couldn't believe that you were working here. Jack - get used to it - we'll be seeing a lot of each other. Daniel - what do you do? Jack - I'm heading up NVP - Victor made me an offer I couldn't refuse - I've got work to do - I'll see you.

Daniel goes in to see his mom. Phyllis - hi, bringing me mail? Daniel - Mom, you've got to quit - that guy will make your life miserable. Phyllis points out she that she's not worried about Jack - I need this job because I'm looking out for myself. Daniel - you're not the only one. Phyllis - you are a great guy - has anyone told you that recently? ~hug~ Jack pops in - I'm glad you're still here - I hope I'm not interrupting. Phyllis - I was just having a moment with my son. Jack - I've rescheduled merchandizing meeting so you're free to attend design session. Phyllis - thanks. Jack - I didn't want to create a conflict for you. After a little chitchat about Lily's birthday - Daniel is still worried about his mom. Phyllis - that P is for me - I have clout - you saw how Jack backed down just now - I hope it lasts.

Vikki wants to know when Brad became Sharon's private shrink. Brad - I just gave her some advice based on my vast experience with opposite sex. Vikki smiles - what did you tell her? Brad - that she should reconsider divorce for Noah's sake. Vikki - Nick would be shocked. Brad - why? Vikki - you taking his side. Brad - I'm taking side of keeping that family together. Vikki - that's sweet of you - but I'm afraid it may be too late. Brad - why? Vikki - there are a lot of things a woman can forgive - but cheating is not one of them - especially when it's with someone right under her nose.

Brad checks on Neil - setting up for video conference tomorrow? Neil - we're hooked up with Granville Global offices all over the world - it should be interesting. Brad - I've been going over script you wrote - I've made a few notes. Neil - I'm not surprised. Brad - Victoria wants me to handle conference. Neil - that figures. Brad - you don't object do you? Neil - would it matter? Brad - probably not - just so you know - I'm aware that you and Nick teamed up to keep me off the board. Neil - we had legitimate concerns. Brad - maybe so - but Victor didn't - and all that matters is his support.

Brad goes back to see Vikki - hey, wife. Vikki - is it me - or has this been a hellacious day? Brad - it's just you - however tonight may turn things around. Vikki - tell me more. Brad - Abby will be spending night with Ashley so we'll have whole house to ourselves. Vikki - does that mean I'll get one of your special massages? Brad - and that ain't all ~kiss~ Vikki - first I have to finish unpacking. Brad - boring. Vikki smiles - but as your bride it's my duty to stake claim to master closet - right? Brad - I guess that means I get relegated to one in guest bedroom. Vikki - you don't mind - do you? Brad - if I was concerned about closet space - I would have stayed single. Vikki teases him about all his suits - you have more clothes than a woman - you look very sexy in tight jeans and T- shirts - have you thought about being a model? Brad -as a matter of fact I have. Vikki - another tidbit from your mysterious past - what happened? Brad - it wasn't for me - let's get back to closet situation - we could build a house with two master closets. Vikki - don't you listen to talk shows - it's one of most stressful things a couple can do. Brad - I didn't know that - I'll finish up here and see you at home ~kiss~

Just as Vikki leaves - Sharon calls - she's confused. Brad - does that mean you haven't made a decision about divorce? Sharon - every time I think I do know - I realize I don't - Noah is so happy to have his dad here - he's like a different kid - Nick is trying so hard - but I feel like the walls are closing in. Brad - I think you should get out of the house - spend some time alone - it might help clear your head. Sharon - that's a good idea. Brad - glad I could help. Sharon - you always do - I think you know me better than I know myself - thanks. Brad - we'll talk soon. Nick comes in with platter of food - just call me master of the grill. Sharon - where is Noah? Nick - he took some food up to main house - he's eating with my parents - I think he was giving us some time alone - shall we eat? Sharon - I'm going out for awhile - I have some when I get back. Nick - want company? Garbo - I want to be alone - I need some time to think. Nick - take all the time you need.

Brad finds Neil to tell him his script for show is great - I was a little too harsh before. Neil - I live for your approval. Brad goes on to suggest that Neil spend some time in Italy with Dru. Neil - I can't right now - Devon is here. Brad - afraid he'll have some wild parties? Neil - he's not that kind of young man - he's smart and sensitive - he understands other people's feelings - now can I get back to work?

Jack runs into Sharon alone at AC bar - they talk about what Nick and Phyllis' affair did to their lives - Jack thinks Phyllis wants to be with someone she can't have - Sharon thinks Nick really was in love with her - he may still be - don't you think the same goes for Phyllis? Jack - I don't think she meant to fall in love with him. Sharon - she just couldn't help herself - huh? Jack's advice - decide what you want and go get it.

Nick walks into break room to find Phyllis making a sandwich with gobs of mustard on beef. Phyllis - I have a meeting - so I thought I'd eat here. Nick - are you glad you're back? Phyllis - this is like my second home - there's more action here than at my apartment. Nick compares NE to video game. Phyllis - you never know who is lurking around the corner. Nick - I know who I'd like to blow to smithereens with my controller. Phyllis - Brad? Nick - he's too damn smug for me. Phyllis - now that he's on the board… Nick - confidence I can handle - I hate smug. Phyllis - want a bite? Nick - no thanks - I've eaten. Phyllis - did your wife cook you a feast? Nick - no, Noah and I BBQ'd - he ate with my parents - Sharon left - I ate alone. Phyllis - sorry. Nick - don't be - it's not your fault - so how tough is it working under Jack again? Phyllis - it's not bad. Nick grins - you liar. Phyllis - he's got me washing windows - and other odd jobs. Nick - tell him to be nice to you or I'll bust him up. Phyllis - last time you didn't fare too well. Nick - that was a sucker punch - it won't happen again. Phyllis giggles - right! Nick - stop laughing at me - I've got to pick up Noah - I promised we roast marshmallows before he had to go to bed. Phyllis - you're a great dad. Nick - thanks - it was good seeing you. Phyllis - me too.

Brad has just finished a business call on his cell - when JT gets off elevator - what are you doing here? JT - I had to go over with some security issues with Neil - how are you doing? Brad - I'd be a lot better if my daughter would move back home. JT - she just doesn't want to interfere with your new marriage. Brad - we both know that's not why she moved out. JT - you don't have to worry - Colleen and I are friends - I'd never hurt her. Brad - I wish I could believe that - but a look at your track record speaks for itself. JT - don't judge me by mistakes I've made in the past - I'm sure you wouldn't want people judging you that way - would you? Brad calls Vikki - she's still unpacking - want him to pick up DVD for watching in bed - what? - surprise me - we won't see much of it anyway - see you soon. Nick is talking to Noah - I don't know where your Mom is - but I'll be there soon. Lurking Brad calls Sharon - finds out that time alone AC has helped.

Neil is looking at JT's plan - this should do it - good work. JT - thanks. Nick - it's going to take a nuclear bomb to get that cockroach Carlton out of here. JT - I'm cool. Neil - if you'll excuse me - I have a meeting. Nick - it's OK - Brad knows how we feel about him. JT - I know I'm on his list because of what happened with Vikki - why do you hate him. Nick - I don't trust him - and he has my wife thinking he walks on water.

Brad stops by AC to remind Sharon she should consider staying with Nick - if not for yourself for Noah. When Brad gets home he finds Vikki looking at a box she found in closet - what have you got there?

Jack looks lonely having dinner alone. Neil (on elevator) - Phyllis, do you need someone at home to talk to after work? Phyllis - I'm my best own company - with a little ice cream and TV - I'll be fine. When Sharon gets home - she tells Nick she's decided to not to divorce him - needless to say - he is shocked.

I SPY: At CL - CC slips disc into her laptop. Lily - you're braver than I am. CC - why? Lily - aren't you afraid of getting caught? CC - this will make it a lot easier. Lily - isn't going into someone else's computer illegal? CC - these aren't classified government secrets - it's fine. Lily mentions trouble she got into by sending her dad an email by mistake - things haven't been the same since then - I'm serious. CC - this is different - it will ease my mind - once I get JT to logon with my laptop - software will get what I need. Lily - when you get JT's password… CC - I can get into his computer - there - it's done. JT - hey, Ladies - what are you up to? - you look pretty guilty about something. CC - JT, you've been a PI for too long - not everyone is running around doing something sneaky. JT - so what are you doing? CC - Lily sent me this joke - I thought you'd like it so I sent it to you. JT - let me see. CC - that's it - I can't bring it up again. Lily - look at the time - I've got to go - come over later? CC - I will. JT - let me take a look. CC - I meant to save a copy of email - but I guess it's lost in cyberspace. JT - I'll see if I got it (as he logs on) - there it is - that's pretty funny. CC - yeah - you are a lifesaver.

Over sodas - CC asks if JT's job is dangerous. JT - I guess it could be - we haven't enough information to know - but that's what keeps this job interesting - what are you going to do? CC - I need to fill in for someone - I'm going home to take a bubble bath before I go. JT gets a cell call from Paul - I have to check out a security problem at NE. CC - how long will it take? JT - long enough for me to miss that bubble bath ~kiss~ CC - too bad. JT - see you later. CC picks up her stuff - leaves her drink and rushes out too. CC shows up at playhouse - everything I need is in this USB flash drive - I should find what I need in just a few minutes. Daniel - Lucy, I'm home. Lily - with flowers? Daniel - it's your birthday week ~kiss~ Daniel blows a gasket when he finds out CC is trying to find out what's on JT's hard drive. CC knows when it's time to go - promises to call Lily later. Fight with Lily turns into something more than just an argument when Daniel let's her know some secrets should never be told. Angry Lily won't listen when Daniel tries to tell it won't happen to them.

Later at work - CC finds what she's been looking for on her laptop - OMG. Eddie - Gina wants you on your shift. CC - thanks, I've got it.

TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT: Yes indeed, it's moments later at Newman Ranch near Genoa City, WI. In outhouse - Sharon has just told Nick she's dropping the divorce. Nick - for how long - a week - a month - until something else ticks you off? Sharon - I told my lawyer to drop the whole thing. Nick - that's great. Sharon - don't get the wrong idea, Nick - I'm doing this for Noah. Nick - then it's not for real - we're not actually back together. Sharon - you asked me not to divorce you - this is the best I can do. Nick - then you changed your mind strictly for Noah - right? Sharon - I've been thinking about why people aren't faithful - you're right - I haven't been. Nick - I probably shouldn't have thrown it in your face like that. Sharon - you were making a point - I didn't sleep with someone else to hurt you - I did it because I was hurting - I'm sure that's what happened between you and Phyllis - am I right? Nick - yeah, pretty much. Sharon - it was safe - someone you could feel close to without losing your family. Nick - that's exactly how it was for me. Sharon - you have this fantasy that this person will be the answer all your problems - but the minute it all comes out… Nick - right. Sharon - I realize getting a divorce isn't the answer either - it won't make anyone happy - especially Noah - I don't want that. Later - Nick makes sure Noah is in bathtub before he asks how this new arrangement is going to work. Sharon - I want Noah to feel like he's OK. Nick - we're all smiles when he's around - how about when he's not? Sharon - I'd expect we'd be civil. Nick - how about the rest of the world - are we pretending for them too? Sharon - I think we need a break from all the people who mean well - don't you? Nick - how about sleeping - am I still in guest room? Sharon - if we aren't in same bedroom - Noah will think something is still wrong - I don't want that. Nick - so you want me to move back into our bedroom. Nick does just that - how will this work - do we draw a line down the middle of the room? Sharon - you managed to sleep with me when you were with Phyllis. Nick - so much for being civil. Sharon - just stating a fact, Nick. Nick - I'm going along because of Noah - but if there is no chance for us - tell me now. Sharon - I don't want to lead you on - if you can't go along - divorce will be on your head. Nick - that's a hell of a choice. Sharon - it is what it is - take it or leave it. Noah comes in - he gets excited because his dad is moving back in - we're a family again - right? Nick has no choice but to go along - later - Noah does a Cassie - when his dad says no to downloading a rapper - his mom says yes - when Nick hears Noah listening to some foul language - he finds out what happened. After talking it over with Sharon - they see there are some things they need to do together - they lay it out for Noah - when you do this it's sort of like lying - after telling him no computer for a week is his punishment - they both ~hug~ Noah and tell him they love him very much - then send him off to bed.

NEW SIDE OF BRAD CARLTON: At Carlton's - Vikki is looking at a sailor suit with B Carlton on it. Brad - why are you going through my stuff? Vikki - I found this box when I was unpacking - I hope you're not upset. Brad - no, I'm surprised - that's all. Vikki - you were in the Navy? Vikki tries on hat. Brad - I spent a couple of year in the Navy right after high school. Vikki - you're my new husband - I want to know all about you - why the Navy? Brad - recruiter made it sound like it was a good way to see the world? Vikki - was it? Aany exciting ports of call? Brad - you make it sound so glamorous - I did get to the Philippines - it was my first time out of US. Vikki - what was that like for you? Brad - it made me realize there was something outside of Cleveland, Ohio. Vikki - so it was good for you. Brad - Navy is great organization - but I couldn't see myself saluting people and taking orders - so when my time was up - I left and never looked back. Vikki - you rebel you. Brad - not really - I wanted to control my own destiny. Vikki - a whole new side to Brad Carlton. Brad - I'm glad you're getting a kick out it. Vikki - why have you held onto this uniform for so many years? Brad - I guess because I'm proud that I served my country. Vikki - now tell the real reason - you look hot in that uniform - don't you? Phyllis end up talking to Genetics Counselor - they make a good expert witness but they're not big on holding hands. Phyllis - that's right - now I have to figure out how to get a sample of Jack and Nick's DNA - I can't believe I'm saying this. Later - Dr Thompson tells Lauren and Mikey that their baby has tested negative for all genetic disorders and defects. Mikey gives Lauren a huge ~hug~ I told you there was nothing to worry about. Lauren - I told you - this is wonderful - thank you. Mikey - this is it - no more tests. Brad - I didn't know you had such an affinity for the sea. Vikki - after seeing you in that uniform - I was thinking I should buy you a boat for Father's Day. Brad - that's right. Vikki stops by to invite Nick to their house after Father's Day at the ranch - he agrees he needs to see Brad more and accepts. Later Sharon reports about Dru's trip and Nick tells her he accepted Vikki's invitation.

Neil misses a shot. Victor - you should have gotten that one. Victor tells Neil Gina told him where to find him - they go on to have a heart to heart about how Neil feels about working at NE - Victor would hate to see him move on - but feels he needs to do what's best for him. Jack drops by - something has come up that needs your attention. Phyllis show up while Jack is tattling to Victor - he suggests they get things on the table. Phyllis - yeah, let's. Phyllis presents her position as does Jack - but Jack wins - as Victor points out Jack is doing exactly what I expect him to do - he's looking out for Nikki. Neil takes a call from Devon - Victor takes a shot and makes it. Jack - great shot. Victor - where did you come from? Jack looks puzzled - what? Victor - didn't you just leave? Jack - did you think I left? Victor - weren't we finished? Jack - I did leave for a minute when Phyllis left - I think you wanted to talk about Nikki. Victor - that's right - I want to do that. Jack - I've already taken care of that - let me get you a ball. Victor takes a shot and makes it just like nothing happened. He has Jack wondering!

Phyllis comes by Fenmore's - wants to take Lily out for her birthday - Lily will check with Daniel and get back to her. Lauren asks Lily to take a customer - I don't have the patience to listen to her today - then has a heart-to-heart with Phyllis about test results and not wanting to know sex of baby - Phyllis decides that's best for her too - with both fathers moving on with their lives - the later the better.

CC reads some messages about picking up Abby and meeting for lunch - what's so important about this? JT - Victor hired me to investigate your dad before he married Vikki - but he called it off. Noah - you're welcome - some of the pancakes aren't really round. Nick - are you kidding me? - everyone has round pancakes - two juices - which is which? Noah points - orange and grapefruit. Nick - can I drink them together? Noah - why not? Nick - I've heard if you do - BOOM - you explode. Noah - no way - you made that up. Nick - yeah, I did. Noah laughs - try your pancakes, Dad. Nick - I will - I have to do this first. Noah - that's a lot of syrup. Nick - nectar of the gods . . he takes a bite (with smiling Sharon now watching) Noah - so? Nick - they're excellent - hook me up! (high five) Nick looks up at Sharon - maybe you should get your mom some of these. Noah - I will - but let her have a bite of yours first. Nick - oh no, these are mine . . here - try this. Sharon - mmmmm! Noah is all smiles.

COFFEE: Phyllis strolls into conference room at NE holding a folder and coffee cup - I assume you're going to scoop all profits off this new resort deal and throw them Jabot's way. Jack - huh? Phyllis - like you did with Jabot/NVP budget. Jack - Victor signed off on those numbers - he didn't have a problem. Phyllis - I wonder what Nikki's take would be on this. Jack - you're not going to find out today - only workaholics will be coming in (Carmen arrives) WOW - I couldn't have directed a better entrance. Carmen - don't get funny. Jack - all I'm saying is that only people who don't have kids at home would be coming in on Father's Day. Jack - Carmen put all the financial data on a leave behind page Nikki can take with her. Phyllis - anything else on that page? Jack - a little razzle dazzle to catch the eye. Carmen - it matches the video I'm almost done editing. Phyllis - I'd like to see them both. TANGERINE: Over breakfast - Mikey suggests that they give their baby a name now that he or she has a clean bill of health. Lauren - we don't know if our baby's gender. Mikey - I don't mean a real name - something that will do until the big day. Lauren - like a secret name? Mikey - yeah - calling it 'the baby' is so impersonal. Lauren - well - it feels like a tangerine. Mikey - say that again. Lauren - tangerine? I just said it. Mikey - I love the way you say that. Lauren - you're so funny. Mikey - OK - let's call it 'Tangerine'. Lauren - really? Mikey - it leaves room for growth - orange - grapefruit. Lauren - then on to melons - cantaloupe. Mikey - watermelon. Lauren - excuse me - this baby is real. Mikey - then I can open my gift (he finds an old teddy bear) what's this? Kev - you gave it to me when I was a kid - remember? Mikey - I thought you lost it long ago. Kev - no, I kept it in the closet so I wouldn't be alone. Glo - Honey, we have to stop living in the past. Kev - on Father's Day how can I not think about Tom? Everything that anyone says reminds Kevin about Tom - he can't check himself - decides to take a walk - Glo goes with him.

Phyllis stops by with twin nighty nights for both kids - hers and theirs - then breaks down talking about what's happening with Nick and Jack - I'm so glad I have you to support me . . as they all ~hug~

Kevin comes back with Tom's ashes - it's time for him to get out of the closet - he gets both Glo and Mikey to talk to Tom before he gets rid of him forever - Mikey has a fit when Kev put Tom's ashes down the drain in Mikey's kitchen and turns on the water.

Jack and Carmen are shopping for a gift for his dad - with her help he hopes to get through it. At playhouse - Lily is writing on a Father's Day card - while Daniel talks to his dad on the phone - I just wanted to touch base with you today - yeah, I know - me too - well, that's life - right? OK - I'll talk to you soon - take care. Lily - is everything OK? Daniel - yeah - I just wish I could see him - at least I get to talk to him. Lily - yeah. Lily - I haven't seen Malcolm since I found out he's my father. Daniel - I've never even seen my real father. Lily - it would be easier if I hated him. Daniel - not even after all those years? Lily - it was strange he asked for a paternity test just to leave again. Daniel - you do have me. Lily - my Mr. Perfect. Daniel smiles - yeah, I am ~kiss/kiss~ When Neil and Devon arrive - Daniel diverts there attention with appetizers - as Lily ducks Malcolm's card. Daniel - happy Father's Day, Neil. Lily - we're trying to make it special for you. Neil - so far you doing a great job - all of you. Kids have a heart-to- heart about Neil while he's getting something from his car - they all agree he's been a great father to all of them. Neil comes back with a set of dishes to use with guests - Daniel thinks it way to much - Neil stops him - I can do anything I want - it's Father's Day. Lily - you're right, Dad - it is your dad - I love you so much. Neil does have one other request - a family picture - Daniel sets up camera - everyone smile - Neil has a picture of his happy family.
