Lauren can't wait until Gloria finds her own place because she is a slob! Gloria tells Michael and Lauren her plans to still work at Jabot

Katherine tells Jill she found out that Billy spent less than 12 weeks at Brock's charity and has been spending the remainder of his time in Miami. Jill is shocked!

Noah gives his mother a note apologizing for the way he's treated her. Sharon tells him, that he doesn't make her angry. Noah says he does, and promises to be good, he just doesn't want his parents to divorce. Sharon says those are great promises and she hopes he keeps them but it isn't his fault his parents are divorcing. Noah asks what could it be then, what did he do that was so bad. Sharon consoles him, and tries her best to reassure him he did nothing wrong. Sharon says divorce is something two adults decide when they no longer want to be married, it isn't their fault and it is absolutely not Noah's fault.

Jack notices Victor's anger, while he yelled at two employees.

Jack tells Victor his plans for NVP and wanting Victor's help to buy Jabot. Victor asks if Katherine was planning to sell, Jack says she has some idea.

Nick is looking over his divorce settlement, Phyllis walks in complaining about Jack. She notices Nick is preoccupied and apologizes. She wishes there was something she could do, Nick's cell rings. It is Sharon she says she will be late, Nick asks how late. She doesn't know, Nick just wants to know so he could call his lawyer, and could call Sharon's too. Sharon says she doesn't know but if they have to reschedule, so be it.

Jill calls Billy, she wants to see him right away.

Sharon is on the NE elevator and remembers when Noah was born, how happy her and Nick were. The elevator opens and she hears Phyllis scatting, in a good mood. Sharon gets upset. Phyllis doesn't even notice Sharon is on the elevator and continues scatting annoying the hell out of Sharon. Phyllis finally gets off the elevator, and Sharon is mad.

Sharon arrives for the divorce settlement, Nick informs her he has already signed. The lawyers go over the papers, paragraph by paragraph. Nick keeps saying no problem, while Sharon disagrees with the paragraph about living arrangements. Nick thought she wanted to move, Sharon has decided not to. Sharon says she will not stand by and have Nick raise his brand new family there. Her lawyer advises they speak in private, but Nick and Sharon decide to speak in private instead.

Nikki expresses her anger to Victor about NVP and Jack. She is annoyed at the fact Victor is considering loaning Jack money to buy Jabot, and advises Victor buy Jabot himself.

Kevin wants to quit Jabot, considering there is no future for him there. He tells Michael, listening to Billy speak has made him realize he can never reach the point Billy is. Michael gives him advice and he leaves.

Sharon says that before she was planning on moving and distancing herself from Nick and his family, but now has decided against it. She wants the house, Nick says it is hers. She says as far as custody goes, Nick says custody is settled. She tries to talk to him, but he repeats custody is settled and storms out.

Gloria tells Katherine and Jill about the media being on her back, and is worried about her job. Jill and Katherine says her job is secure. She talks about not wanting to be a burden on her sons, and Katherine says Gloria wants a raise, Gloria says a promotion too. Jill and Katherine think she is kidding, she gets a phone call from Victor. He wants to buy Jabot, but Katherine doesn't want him to.

Victor informs Nikki and Jack that his plans have failed and Katherine isn't buying into it. Nikki is satisfied while Jack is mad.

Billy overhears his mother and Katherine speaking, offering Gloria a promotion to vice president of creative affairs. She thanks them and leaves. Jill confronts her son about his lies. He says he got a job tending bars, mostly to impress a girl but it didn't work out, but now he is ready to focus on his career.

Phyllis runs into Nick who says he left before Sharon could demand full custody. Phyllis says Sharon wouldn't do that, she knows what a good father he is, but he says Sharon will try.

Jack sees Sharon and wants to go over the schedule for NVP, he notices Sharon has been crying and realizes his timing is bad. Sharon asks how he manages to work with Nick and Phyllis' pregnant belly practically shoved under their noses. She says she tried to be mature about this but she just wants Nick to feel the same pain she does, and the abandonment and mixed feelings her son feels. Jack tells her she is doing a great job and tries his best to calm her down, he gives her a hug, she pulls away. Sharon says in fairness to Nick, he has been reasonable. Jack says Nick hasn't been reasonable, he is the one who ruined his family, and if there is one thing he has learned from his father's death. It is that Sharon is in this alone, and her obligation is to get all she can for herself and her son. If she doesn't, it will be mistaken for carelessness and kindness.

Jack is upset because Katherine didn't sell, and Victor advises him that avenging Gloria and trying to gain back control of Jabot will ultimately kill him. Billy calls and asks for his advice.

Nick and Sharon resume the divorce settlement. Sharon wants Nick to be quiet for a minute so she can speak, Nick says they don't always get what they want. Sharon wants to talk about Noah's custody, Nick is ready to butt in again. Sharon continues talking saying she doesn't want their son to pay for their mistakes anymore, she wants Noah to know that he is the most important thing in her life. She wants it clearly spelled out that Noah will have his own room wherever he stays, he will spend as many holidays with Nick as he does with her. Sharon wants an agreement that Nick will always be present in his life, Nick looks guilty for assuming Sharon would demand full custody.

Billy and Jack join forces to win back Jabot.

The divorce is finalized and the lawyers leave. Nick really does want Sharon to be happy, and Sharon just wants him to keep his word. She leaves, on the elevator and Jack sees her.

Michael and Kevin learn Gloria is now vice president of creative affairs.

Nick and Phyllis share a loving moment together.

Nikki apologizes for blowing up at Victor earlier, and he feels she is questioning his judgment. She denies it, but Victor warns her never to question his judgment again and she is shocked at his anger.

Sharon thanks Jack for driving her home and apologizes for being bad company. Jack says don't worry about it, and is ready to leave. Sharon tells him she took his advice, she made sure she protected Noah and Nick would always be a part of his life. Jack says good for her and kisses her!

Nick goes over to Sharon's and sees her kissing Jack. He knocks on the door and they pull away from each other as Nick says this is beginning to be a habit.

Dru runs into Daniel and shocks him by being really nice. She says she meant what she said at Lily's dinner about everyone deserving a second chance and wants his help delivering some packages. On their way back from the mail room she sees Neil and Carmen together getting on the elevator. It bothers her and Daniel notices, but she says she's fine sending him off to do the deliveries. Lily meets him later to ask if he's going to register for GCU today as she which makes Daniel quite happy.

Nick tells Sharon he would have called had he known she had company and she says for him to call from now on as the house is hers. She lets him in while Jack is getting ready to leave and Jack notices Nick is not happy with him being there.

Gloria and Kevin arrive at Jabot happy and confident. Ashley learns Gloria is now Vice President of Creative Affairs and was given the position by Katherine and Jill.

Nick dropped off video games Noah left at his suite and says he wants to see Noah. Sharon says he isn't here and won't be back till tonight. She says Nick can either leave the games there, or he can give them to Noah when he sees him. Jack offers to walk out with Nick and they do as Sharon thanks Jack for everything.

Dru is excited that Lily has finally decided to go to college and asks what subjects she'll be taking. Lily notices something is wrong and questions her. Dru at first hesitant, finally says Carmen Mesta.

Carmen takes Neil to a place and says this could be his jazz club. Neil is reeling.

Lily believes her father is having an affair but Dru says he isn't. Dru says Lily is just imagining things and is paranoid. Lily doesn't believe it, but Dru says no one is having an affair.

Carmen tells Neil he can do both; own club and work at NE. He's thinking about it.

Dru calls Sharon in need of a friend and Sharon says she'll be right over.

Ashley confronts Jill for promoting Gloria, but Jill says Gloria stays - end of story.

Nick and Jack are on the elevator of NE. As Jack talks about business Nick stares at him and asks what type of game he's playing. Jack doesn't know what Nick is talking about, but Nick wants to know what Jack is doing with Sharon. Jack says they kissed but so what? He tells Nick not to say Sharon is vulnerable because Phyllis was vulnerable around the time Nick strutted into her life. Jack gets off the elevator as Nick stares at him.

Gloria reads an article in the paper about a man who was in a coma for 19 years with no hope of coming out of it but he did three years ago. She says there would have still been hope for John and calls Jack to say he should read the article as there could have been hope for John. Jack reads the article and is sad.

Jill tells Billy that Brad started out like him and look where Brad is now. Billy says Brad didn't get where he is by business smarts; he married into the business. Jill says they have two things in common; the fact both started out at the bottom and got into the business the old fashioned way!

Ashley meets Jack and tells him about Gloria's promotion. She can't stand Gloria and says at least their father could have kept a leash on her. Jack talks about regretting his decision to take his father off life support, saying he should've kept his mouth shut. Ashley says he can't do this to himself and he talks about the article in the paper and Gloria informing him. Ashley says their father was different; he couldn't breathe on his own and didn't respond to anything. She doesn't want Gloria to get to Jack.

Gloria tells Kevin she wants Jack to suffer the way she is but it doesn't help.

Daniel tells his mom about Lily deciding to go to college and Phyllis is happy for him. She tells him about his baby sister which makes him happy as they share a nice family moment.

Lily is in the break room waiting for Daniel when she sees her father walk in with Carmen. They say hello to Lily and Carmen leaves. Lily confronts Neil about his relationship with Carmen and Neil says there is nothing going on between them. Daniel comes to get Lily and as they leave Neil is mad. He goes to Dru's office and confronts her about using their children. Dru says she never wanted Lily to get that idea, but Neil doesn't buy it and warns her not to do it again or there will be nothing left between them.

Phyllis meets Nick to tell him how happy Daniel is. He tells her about Jack and Sharon's kiss which does surprise Phyllis but doesn't bother her either. She asks if they saw Nick, he says they did and acted like nothing was wrong. Nick says Sharon has been all over the map these past few months. First Brad, now Jack. Phyllis says Sharon has to move on someday. Nick says with Jack. Phyllis says at least Noah didn't walk in on them like Daniel did with her and Nick.

Neil tells Carmen about what Dru did and she feels at fault. Neil says it isn't her fault.

Sharon and Dru arrive back from shopping when Dru notices Sharon's mood and the outfit she bought for the gala. She suspects Sharon likes someone. Sharon admits she kissed Jack. Dru told Sharon to move on, but not take sloppy seconds like Phyllis' ex. Sharon says it sure makes things more interesting. Dru warns Sharon about Jack, saying he is nice during the day, but when he wants something, or worse, he is a ladies man. Sharon says she isn't going to fall for him, or any other guy, she is just trying to live her life and move on.

Ashley meets Will and fills him in on Gloria.

Gloria complains about Jack and Ashley to Jill who expresses her disgust to what they've done to Gloria.

Jack warns Billy about Gloria and Kevin. Billy assures Jack he's keeping his eye on them and talks about being the mailroom employee. Jack says that may change soon.

Carmen confronts Dru over her comments of Carmen's character. Carmen warns her to never defame her character in a public place again or she will be hearing from her lawyer. Dru realizes Neil has filled Carmen in on the personal business, while Carmen says it is her business, when Dru defames her in a company breakroom. Dru really doesn't give a damn what Carmen says and she can take what she has to say and shove it where the sun don't shine!

Lily and Daniel come back to NE after finishing registering for college. Carmen confronts Lily and tells her and Daniel that there is nothing going on between her and Neil. Daniel seems to believe her while Lily seems to be in doubt. Lily says Carmen is right about one thing; her parents need time alone. She wants to move back in with Daniel and he's happy to hear that.

Neil and Dru confront each other again with Dru saying she is tired of throwing herself at a man who doesn't want her and isn't ready to regain her trust. She says if Neil can move on, so can she!

Phyllis runs into Jack and asks him what he's doing. He says what he and Sharon do behind close doors is none of her business.

Nick goes over to Sharon's and says this isn't about her and Jack but him and Phyllis. Sharon sarcastically says she can't wait to hear this and Nick says he needs to be closer to his son and he and Phyllis are moving in the tack house. Sharon is shocked!

Sharon expresses her shock and asks if Nick can't afford his own place. She asks how Phyllis feels about having to live on the same property as his ex-wife. Nick says she's fine with it. Sharon can't believe Phyllis would want to give up the great apartment Jack furnished for her, to live in a tack house. Nick says Phyllis will because she knows Nick wants to be closer to his son. Sharon asks when he's moving in - tonight!

Phyllis tells Nikki that she and Nick are moving in the tack house. Nikki is surprised and asks if Sharon knows. Phyllis says Nick is telling her right now.

Devon learns Lily is moving back in with Daniel and as Lily meets her dad at the coffeehouse she informs him she's moving in with Daniel. Neil isn't happy. Lily says she loves Daniel and he's not the same person.

Brad meets Victor at his office where Victor informs him he's back running NE and keeping an eye on Brad!

Colleen tells JT that she has chosen her major at GCU - Art History. JT asks since when is she interested in Art? Colleen says since she was fascinated by her grandmother's stories.

Brad assures Victor that he's not hiding anything. Victoria walks in, Victor wants Brad to give him a report by morning, and leaves. Victoria asks if her father is giving Brad a hard time to which he asks if she told Victor anything about his past. She says no. Brad says there was something off about Victor.

Victor is getting on the elevator when he overhears the two NE employees speaking again in the breakroom and assumes it's about him. He yells at them. If they have something to say, say it to his face. They deny talking about Victor but he doesn't believe it and tells them to get out!

Nick breaks the news to Noah about moving in the tackhouse with Phyllis. Noah guesses it will be alright, but isn't happy. Sharon says it will be great having Nick so close by, but Noah looks sad.

Devon arrives at the coffeehouse and confronts Lily about moving in with Daniel. He tells her she will regret it. She says she loves them both but it's her life and leaves. Devon asks if Neil can't do anything. Neil says he can't. Lily is like her mother; once she gets something in her head there is no talking her out of it.

Dru is having a business meeting with Edward when Carmen walks in. Dru asks her to knock next time. Carmen says she didn't know and explains she booked the room yesterday. Dru says she is using it right now and would appreciate privacy so Carmen leaves. Edward and Dru agree to have a business dinner at the Athletic Club and Dru adds she's going to like doing business with him.

Nick tells Sharon that he told Noah he could come by later tonight. Sharon says okay so long as he's home by bedtime. Sharon says it's funny that for the first time in her adult life she'll be on her own. Nick says it's scary. Sharon says she feels bad for Nick; he has his whole life mapped out in front of him; a new marriage and baby. She says whatever the choices she makes they won't be just for her but Noah as well. Both agree they have Noah's best interest in mind especially since they met with their lawyers.

Gloria is at the Athletic Club and learns Will Bardwell has just inherited a bundle and looks at him talking to Jill. She seems interested in him!

Daniel welcomes Lily home.

Neil takes Devon to the place where he's considering opening a club. Devon seems excited, but at the same time wonders what Dru will say. Neil gets a call from Carmen which Dru overhears and asks Edward if he'd like to go to the NVP retreat opening with her.

Colleen is happy to hear Billy is staying in town and will attend GCU with her. She's also happy he's working at Jabot, and if he ever gets a chance, to get rid of the Fishers.

Gloria overhears Will's conversation with Ashley and tells Jill. Will is bringing Ashley as his date to the NVP opening. Jill looks on.

Sharon asks Noah what he thinks about redecorating their home. He asks if he could have a playstation and a flat screen TV in his room. Sharon says no. Noah says her ideas can't be that great then. Sharon assures him that whatever decisions she makes to their place she will consult him. They share a few laughs and Sharon goes upstairs. While she's gone, Noah collects photos of him and his parents and packs them in a backpack and later tells Sharon he's going to the stables.

Victor sees Brad, Victoria, JT and Paul in his office and he's angry. He says it's his office - not a town hall and for them to get out.

Phyllis tells Nick she's not sure about Sharon's feelings having her around all the time. Nick says all he and Sharon care about is being the best parents for Noah and this is for the best. Phyllis is still in doubt. Nick tells her not to get rid of her apartment just yet as it won't hurt to have a safe house.

Noah is at the tack house looking at a photo of Sharon on her wedding day, a photo of himself, and one of him with his parents.

Carmen meets Neil who says he's close to making up his mind and thinking of naming the club Indigo. She admits she's attracted to him and fears they will do something wrong. Neil admits he is committed to his marriage and Carmen decides it's best if Neil just concentrates on the opening of his club.

Noah comes back home, humming. Sharon notices and Noah says he's happy Nick is moving in the tack house.

Nick and Phyllis arrive at the tack house. She says it is weird; last time she lived there her life was so different; Nick and his family hated her and her son. Nick says now they are a couple and having a child together. When they go inside Phyllis sees all the photos and is stunned. She shows Nick the whole room is covered with photos of Noah, Nick and Sharon as a family in happier times.

Billy wonders why his mom walked out without saying anything. Gloria says not to worry as she offers to have a drink with him. He says thanks, but he wants to drive his brand new Porsche instead.

Victoria tells her mom that Victor kicked her out of his office and his behavior. Nikki understands, but it's his company. Victoria says he's been snapping at Brad too as Nikki says she can't fight Brad's battles.

Victor is in the break room hearings voices again. This time it's Nikki's, Brad's and his kids voices. Brad walks in to tell Victor he left the report on his desk and sees Victor is dazed. Victor says he isn't deaf and heard everything Brad said. Brad says goodnight and is about to leave when Victor stops him and warns him; he knows Brad is hiding something and promises to find out what it is as he doesn't like being betrayed!
