Dru returns to work and meets Sharon. Dru tells Sharon about being afraid, Sharon attempts to reassure Dru that Michael is a good lawyer. Dru says that her entire family has been summoned with subpoenas to appear in front of a grand jury.

Will is at the coffeehouse and Jana questions him about Carmen's death and how she died. He asks her if she was a friend of Carmen. Jana says no, saying she used to be a morgue photographer and was just curious.

Kevin is getting ready for work and he tells his mom that he and Jana plan on looking at more places today. Gloria says it's time for her to move out too and sarcastically says, Timbuktu! Kevin finds her googling Will Bardwell and Gloria tells Kevin she wants to know all she can about him!

Jack is dining with Ashley at the AC. He asks if she has heard from Billy, she says no and asks why. Jack says something is not right with him, as he has asked both him and Jill for money. Ashley asks if he thinks it is serious, Jack doesn't know. He is worried about him.

Jill and Katherine argue over Billy's gambling addiction. Jill keeps ignoring Katherine's advice saying Billy is an adult and can handle himself. She keeps making excuses for Billy, and refuses to listen to a word Katherine has to say. They continue to argue for a while. Later, Billy asks Esther for money and this is overheard by Katherine who tells Esther not to give him a dime!

Dru continues confiding in Sharon about the misunderstandings that have happened. She explains about the note, and Sharon asks if Carmen got hold of it. Dru has no idea, but Sharon can now see why Dru is such a mess. Sharon sees Will and Sullivan coming, and wants to take Dru downstairs. Dru doesn't want to go, but then she looks up and sees Will and Sullivan. She says she is not going to talk to them, unless her attorney is present. Will says he didn't intend on talking to her, and they proceed down the hall. Dru excuses herself, and tells Sharon she wants to see who they're going to talk to. Will and Sullivan meet with Jack and want to question him more about Carmen, Dru witnesses this from a distance.

Katherine asks Billy if someone is trying to kill him for money. He makes a joke about the novels Katherine reads before she sleeps. Katherine says he has to be desperate to ask Esther for money, and says Esther works hard for her money. He says Katherine has already made up her mind about him, Katherine says she wants to believe him.

Jill tells Ashley she feels like she is the only one on his side. Ashley says she's not going to give him money. Jill wasn't asking her to, Ashley says not yet. Jill says he just wanted money to pay off his debt, and put a down payment on a condo. Ashley says he should work for it. Jill says Ashley and her siblings grew up. Ashley says she never asked her father for a dime, and she is looking out for Billy's best interest.

Dru and Sharon go into another room, and Dru worries why they are questioning Jack. She fears Jack will testify against her. Sharon says Jack would never do that, just because he was friends with Carmen doesn't mean he had anything against Dru.

Jack is questioned about Carmen, and the huge sum Carmen had wired to her account. Jack explains it was the signing bonus for her job offer with House of Kim. Will asks why he would be involved with that, as House of Kim is with Jabot. Jack quickly covers, saying he misspoke, it was some contractual work with NVP.

Katherine tells Jill about Billy sinking low as to ask Esther - the hired help for money. Jill doesn't believe it and they continue arguing over Billy. Jill points out that Katherine gave her up for adoption when she was younger.

Jill is at the reception area and is questioned by Will and Sullivan about Carmen. She finds out Carmen got an offer from the House of Kim. Jill explains Carmen worked for Jabot, Chancellor, Newman and NVP, and she was in demand.

Sharon asks Jack about the DA. He explains they questioned him about Carmen, business related and her job offer from House of Kim. Sharon is taken by surprise as she didn't know they were interested in her. She says it is too bad Carmen didn't accept sooner, she may have been alive today. Jack says he tried his best to get her to leave sooner. Later, she tells Dru that Jack was just asked business related questions about Carmen. Dru says this is creepy, as her and Sharon are in the same room where she and Carmen were when they fought. Sharon asks if Dru can plead the fifth in front of a grand jury, while Dru says that would be like asking them to handcuff her right there.

Jill finds out from Gina that Billy has yet to pay off his debt at the club despite Jill giving him the money to do it.

Ashley is questioned by Will and Sullivan. She didn't know Carmen that well, and doesn't know about any job offer they would have to ask Ji Min that.

Jack tells Ji Min about the DA questioning him. Ashley walks in and says the DA wants to speak Ji Min. Ashley says good luck, and tells Ji Min to just be friendly with them. He says like he has been with her, Ashley says that's debatable! Jack says he screwed up, and says money was wired to her account and House of Kim's job offer. Ji Min says he will cover for Jack.

Jill tells Ashley and Jack they were right and she was wrong. She says she gave him money, Jack says that wasn't wise. Ashley wonders what is going on with Billy. Jill begs them not to say a word to Katherine as she was right all along.

Katherine asks Esther if Billy has ever asked her for money before and if so how much. Esther says this was the first time. Katherine says she remembers when Billy was a little boy, he was precious, and innocent. She never knew that was her grandchild. Later, she has flashbacks of offering a million dollars in exchange for raising Jill's child.

Ji Min is questioned by the DA. He admits he did offer Carmen a job connected to NVP-House of Kim. He says nothing was finalized, and the wire transfer was a misunderstanding as he knows nothing about it.

Sharon and Dru discuss what she learned from Jack. Dru says the DA thinks her entire family are suspects and talks about Carmen's past. Sharon begins to put the pieces together, as Carmen asked Victoria for a payout. Dru is shocked, but says things are still not going in her favor as the DA continues to use what they find against her. Sharon says she is going to do whatever it takes to make sure Dru doesn't go to jail.

Jack and Jill confront Billy about what he is doing with the money. He attempts to leave, Jack stops him. He admits he owes thousands of dollars to bookies in Miami. They are shocked, and Jack says these type of people don't go away. Jill wants to see all the debt he owes, and Jack says they can always find him because they want their money. He leaves, while Jill asks Jack what she is going to do.

Sharon tells Jack about Carmen's past, and wants to give him a heads up as she figures that's why the DA is questioning Jack especially about his personal relationship with Carmen.

Ji Min thanks Ashley for her help on how to handle Will.

Will and Gloria talk and he realizes she is wearing the same perfume his wife used to wear.

Ji Min and Jack talk and Jack says his wiring money into Carmen's account has only made him look more guilty in their eyes. Ji Min says Will didn't question him and Jack shouldn't worry, but Jack is as he feels they are digging a bigger hole for themselves.

Michael worries about the Winters and if they will be able to hold up in court. He says this is the type of case Bardwell loves and knows that Dru is a wreck. Lauren is confused as to why Michael is not permitted at the hearing. Michael explains because today the Winters are not appearing for a trial but a hearing.

Neil and Dru are at the office. She's worried about Devon and wants to keep him out of jail saying he won't be able to cope in there. She wasn't able to cope in there! Devon expresses his worry for today's trial to Lily (Christel Khalil returns). She tells him they are all worried.

Lauren tells Michael that Dru loves her family way too much to slip up in court. She asks if he really believes Dru is guilty and is worried she'll confess. Michael says it isn't his job to find out if she's guilty or not, only to defend her. Both agree Dru hasn't gotten along well with people and Michael says it would take just one person to ruin Dru.

Daniel and Phyllis are getting ready to leave for the hearing. He begs her to go easy on Dru when she's is on the stand.

Brad and Victoria are getting ready to leave. Victoria still doesn't understand why they were subpoenaed. Brad says perhaps it's about the lawsuit Carmen threatened to file. Victoria wonders if they consider her a suspect. Brad attempts to reassure her they're probably just looking at all the people who had problems with Carmen before she died.

Dru ponders telling the truth to the grand jury as she would be committing perjury. Neil tells her not to do that, as it would ruin everything. Especially the fact that Dru didn't have an alibi the time of Carmen's death. Dru believes Neil thinks she is a prime suspect and she killed Carmen.

Brad, Victoria, Neil and Dru all get on the elevator. Neil and Dru learn that Brad and Victoria have also been called before a grand jury and Dru assumes it's the DA's way to make her look more guilty. She becomes paranoid and believes Brad and Victoria think she killed Carmen. Brad stops her saying no one is accusing her and they will answer the questions honestly as no one has anything to hide. They're in the parking lot. Brad and Victoria leave. Dru tells Neil she's scared. He says he's with her and they are in this together.

Colleen asks Lily about the trial. Lily says she's not allowed to say anything. Colleen knows, but says Lily can tell her and promises she won't say a word. Lily tells her everything including wanting to be an alibi for Devon. Colleen advises her against it.

Brad and Victoria arrive at the courthouse with their lawyer - Mrs. Hoffman. Will wants to speak to Victoria first. While Michael and Brad wait outside, Michael finds it odd that Will called on Brad and Victoria to testify. Brad says Michael is the lawyer so he should tell him. Michael says Will is good and is most likely using them as character witnesses against Dru. Mrs. Hoffman comes by and tells Michael not to talk to her client.

Lily says her entire family looks guilty as they all hated Carmen. Colleen asks if she thinks Devon is guilty. Lily says of course not and wishes the DA would leave them alone.

Phyllis tells her son that if she is asked about Dru she'll speak the truth; that Dru is capable of violence.

Dru and Neil arrive at the coffeehouse and meet with Lily and Devon.

Phyllis arrives and meets Michael while Daniel parks the car. Michael says he won't be in the room so Phyllis can rip her to shreds. Phyllis says she is not going to lie. Michael wants her to put her hatred for Dru aside. Phyllis says she saw the tape of Dru attacking Carmen and also heard Carmen's fears and what she would do the next time Dru attacked her. Michael can't believe what he is hearing.

Downstairs, Michael asks how Dru is doing. Neil says she's cool as ice. Devon and Daniel again tell Lily not to lie for Devon. Victoria comes out and Brad is next. She would rather not say what went on in the room. Neil asks Phyllis to go easy on his wife, but it doesn't look like Phyllis is convinced. Brad comes out; he can't say much except to be careful. Will comes out and addresses Phyllis as Mrs. Newman. She goes in and looks back at Neil, Daniel, Devon and Lily who stares at her with hatred. Phyllis goes in while Lily says she Phyllis will crucify her mother.

Lauren looks like she is ready to breakdown as she holds Fen in her arms. She puts him down and calls Gloria to say she's going out for a while.

Michael tells Dru, Neil, Lily and Devon to tell the truth no matter what. He tells them when in doubt plead the fifth and be ready to take a DNA sample. Devon sees Lauren standing out in the hall and tells Michael. He gets worried thinking something is wrong with Fen, but Lauren says she just needed to get out of the house and decided to come support Michael.

JT tells Colleen he's trying his best to get along with Professor Korbel and finds out they have the same taste in music. JT says who knows, perhaps they will find out more about him.

Will tells the Winters they are taking a break and will be back shortly. Dru can't take it and leaves the room. Lily asks why this is happening to them and screams in anger they didn't kill Carmen. Michael calms her down.

Neil goes over the questions the DA may ask Dru and she answers them well until the last part. Neil tries to calm her nerves. Lauren comes out and says Michael wants to see him. Lauren wants to take Dru to the coffeehouse. Dru is resilient but Lauren says it will be a while before she's called so she goes.

Phyllis comes out. Lily snaps at her and asks what took her so long. Is she through ripping Dru apart? Phyllis says she did what she had to do and isn't apologizing and leaves. Michael stops her in the halls and asks what went on. She can't say. Michael encourages her to. Phyllis again says she can't say because she herself doesn't know. Michael asks if it's because she is so brutal. Phyllis says no. Michael notices she's a bit shaken. Phyllis says Will is direct, but mysterious.

Lauren and Dru are at the coffeehouse. Lauren shows her pictures of Fen. Dru gets a call from Neil, Lily and Daniel are done testifying and Devon is in there now. Dru and Lauren get back to the courthouse. They get back as Devon runs out saying he is not letting them put a swab in his mouth. Michael and Dru attempt to convince him as he didn't realize Michael told him it was necessary. Michael says if he doesn't take the sample he could go to jail. He goes back in and takes the test. Neil is next.

JT and Colleen are on their way out and say goodbye to Professor Korbell. JT tells the professor to have dinner with them some time. Colleen doesn't seem happy about that.

Victoria doesn't feel like going back to work so Brad says she can stay at the AC and he'll cover for her. Later, Professor Korbel wants to meet with Victoria to discuss further artwork. She agrees.

Neil is finished and Dru is next. Michael reminds her what they spoke about.

When Dru comes out she looks relieved and confident saying everything went well. Michael is happy as Dru says Will threw everything at her but she handled it! Neil hugs her and she tells him she stuck to their story.

Michael is exhausted after a hard day at work and wants to relax. Lauren tells him that Gloria has planned a dinner party.

Colleen is at work and one of her co-workers tells her about a cute guy that walked in. Colleen says she's been saying that a lot and tells her co-worker she has a boyfriend. Her co-worker says it wouldn't hurt to look. Colleen does and realizes it's her professor! She has flashbacks of kissing him.

Jill is getting ready for her date with Will when Katherine walks in and continues to lecture Jill on the way she is handling Billy.

Nick and Phyllis arrive, as do Kevin and Jana, for the dinner party. Each have brought something for Lauren. Michael takes Phyllis' coat and wants to forget about what happened earlier, Phyllis agrees; However, their agreement is short - lived as they continue their disagreement over Drucilla.

Will arrives to pick up Jill and meets Katherine and Esther who are also on their way out.

Colleen becomes uneasy seeing her professor and turns away. She again has flashbacks of the kiss and her apology. She turns around and sees Victoria meeting with her professor.

Esther tells Katherine if she wants to cancel their plans she understands. Katherine asks where she got that idea. Esther mentions Katherine hasn't been sleeping well. Katherine admits she has been getting nightmares and says it was triggered by the fights she's been having with Jill.

Michael tells Lauren that Gloria has never cooked and is worried. Gloria arrives with the food and Michael and Phyllis try it. Both look like they have tasted something awful! Gloria notices and Phyllis says there is a lot of garlic in it. Michael spits out his food and asks how much garlic Gloria put inside. She says just one clove and shows Lauren how much. Lauren says that wasn't one clove, it was one head! Fen begins to cry and Lauren goes to check on him. Michael tells his guests he hopes Gloria took the feathers off the chicken. Nick makes a joke.

Jill and Will arrive for dinner at the AC and greet Victoria before taking their seat. Professor Korbell says Will has a familiar face and asks who he is. Victoria tells him. Colleen asks what they would like to eat and where her dad is. Victoria says he's working late. Colleen says she didn't know Professor and Victoria would have dinner together tonight. Professor Korbell explains he didn't know at the time he spoke to Colleen.

Lauren and Phyllis come back from checking on Fen. Phyllis can't wait till she has her daughter and then she can spend more time with Fen. Lauren would love that. Gloria serves her guests chicken and rice next. Nick says it looks good, Michael wouldn't say that just yet. They all sit and try it as Gloria notices everyone's reaction. Kevin says the rice is a bit overcooked and sticky. Gloria asks about the chicken. Michael talks about when he was in jail and when he was younger he used to chew on his rubber ducky! Phyllis and Jana say it was a good effort, while Nick states the truth - it's awful! Nick and Michael decide to get takeout for everyone while Kevin continues to tease his mother.

Colleen becomes jealous seeing her professor and Victoria together. Victoria sees her brother and Michael ordering takeout and goes over to say hi.

Victoria greets Nick and Michael and asks how he likes parenthood. Michael admits he and Lauren sometimes stand over Fen's crib and listen to him breathe, watch him sleep and burp. Nick talks about what Noah was like as a baby. He and Sharon did the same and took loads of pictures. Victoria teases him and says one of those cameras was hers! Michael sees Will and Jill together and goes over to confront Will. He calls him a son of a bitch and talks about Will enjoying himself while the Winters are going through hell!

Nick asks Victoria how her testimony went. Victoria says it was nerve wracking. She told the truth and now it's out of her hands. Michael's voice raises as he continues to tear into Will. Nick goes over to stop him and takes him away.

Jill is shocked at Michael's behavior, she and Will decide to leave.

Michael realizes he lost it. Nick says he did. Michael says he has gotten so involved in this case and hates to see the Winters suffer, especially Devon, since he lost his hearing. Nick understands, the timing is bad especially with Fen and Lauren. Michael says Lauren knows he's doing this case and knows she won't say she under stress, but he worries about them.

Gloria says she made a mess of things as Jana tries to convince her otherwise. Kevin says Lauren is just stressed out. Lauren walks in and Gloria tries to apologize. Lauren doesn't want to hear it. Kevin decides to leave and takes Jana back to the coffeehouse and Gloria too. Phyllis asks Lauren if she's okay, Lauren says she is thanks to Kevin. She says she loves Gloria, but needs a break from her. Phyllis understands.

Professor Korbell excuses himself while Victoria tells Colleen her professor has said a lot of good things about her. Colleen seems pleased with her professor's compliments.

Nick and Michael talk about fatherhood and how they wouldn't trade it for anything in the world.

Phyllis brings Lauren some tea. Lauren knows Gloria is trying to help but she is driving her crazy! Lauren teases Phyllis about Gloria possibly living with them, Phyllis says no, and says Gloria is a mother too. Lauren understands.

Kevin takes Jana back to the coffeehouse and Gloria is with them. Kevin and Gloria take a table; she starts venting about her Glo By Jabot line being put on hold and Lauren snapping at her. Kevin tells her to relax.

Will and Jill go back to her place. They begin to kiss but are interrupted by Katherine and Esther! Will decides it's time for him to leave. Jill gets upset and asks Katherine what she's doing there. Katherine says she lives there. Jill says she lives there too and Katherine ruined her date. Katherine sarcastically talks about having known she would have spent the whole night out and laughs about finding them together. Jill also laughs. Katherine says Elizabeth must've walked in on Jill when she was younger on her dates. Jill says she still has a wild streak. Katherine asks how did her date go at the club. Jill says it was going great until they had to leave. She says Katherine isn't the only one to spoil the mood.

Nick and Phyllis finish eating dinner and decide to leave. Lauren and Michael are finally relieved to have the house to themselves again.

Gloria teases Jana about becoming her next daughter-in-law, as she observes how close Kevin and Jana are getting. Gloria sees Will walk in and asks him to join her.

Victoria wraps up her meeting with Professor Korbell and heads out. He asks Colleen to join him as her shift is over and he would like to talk to her about some of the photographs she found. She attempts to make up excuses, but they don't work. She joins him, but their meeting is short-lived as she says something that sets him off, and he leaves.
 

Nick and Phyllis are at the coffeehouse. She talks about how overwhelmed Lauren is since Fen was born. She says she won't lose her temper and talks about how her daughter will be. Nick teases her about having their daughter change her own diapers too! Phyllis is serious though, she means it. Nick says he is ready to be a father again!

Jill and Katherine begin their fight again after Katherine starts off about Billy. Katherine brings up Jill having an affair with her husband. Jill says that happened years ago; why is she bringing this up now? Katherine says it's to show Jill's total disregard to other people's feelings. Jill again points out Katherine is in no position to judge what type of mother Jill is when Katherine was never a mother to her!

Victor reads a letter from Carmen's brother which is a response to the letter of condolence Victor wrote to her family. Nikki thought that was sweet of him, while Victor says she will be surprised as to what it says.

Katherine apologizes to Jill for their fight last night and blames it on her insomnia. Jill assumes it's because of Billy which Katherine denies. Billy comes from the kitchen with his lunch that he made himself in a paper bag. Katherine says he's already late for work. Billy says he will work an extra half hour and not to worry about it as he leaves. Jill attempts to reassure Katherine that she's going to be disciplining Billy and won't be letting him off the hook.

Victor reads the letter. Carmen's brother says he will be following the investigation from Houston and wishes she would have taken the job with House of Kim sooner. At the same time her brother wonders why she would leave her job in GC. Nikki says it's tragic for her family and can't imagine having your child killed. Victor asks if Nikki was aware of Carmen's job offer from House of Kim. Nikki had no knowledge of it. He says this is becoming very interesting as he arranges a meeting with Mr. Kim for later.

Jack warns Ji Min about Victor's way of sucking people in and tells him not to make it a habit of meeting Victor.

Victoria wants Colleen to work with her and Adrian Korbell on their project as Colleen is majoring in Art History. Colleen says she can't because she's working at the AC. Victoria wants her to reconsider, but Colleen refuses.

Katherine is looking for a book and can't find it. She asks Esther to look for it but Esther can't find it. Katherine then notices one of her antiques missing and Jill gets upset when Katherine believes Billy took it.

Nikki and Sharon are discussing NVP and Nikki wants Sharon to be more involved with the spas. Sharon loves the idea. Nikki realizes how much work Carmen used to do. Sharon agrees saying she hated what Carmen did to Dru but Carmen knew her work. Nikki talks about Carmen's job offer and asks Sharon if she knew about it. Sharon says Jack told her about it and he did attempt to get her to leave a week early but no luck. Nikki says it's terrible.

Victor and Ji Min meet at the AC and talk about NVP. He questions him about his friendship with the Abbotts and Carmen's job offer.

Kevin tells Gloria he had some of her perfume put on line and they sold out! Gloria sees Jack walk in and confronts him saying she knows he must have had a hand in stopping production.

Katherine searches Billy's room and finds a receipt from a pawn shop. She shows it to Jill who is shocked. Katherine warns Jill if she doesn't deal with Billy, she will!

Nikki and Sharon continue discussing NVP and the locations. Nikki questions Sharon about the time she had in Antigua and how much fun she had there. Sharon says it was fun except for that stop they had to make in Belize. Nikki asks how long she spent there. Sharon says a day as Jack had to wrap up some business.

Ji Min tells Victor he liked Carmen's work and thought it was a good time for her leave because of her problems with Drucilla Winters. Victor agrees. Ji Min says Carmen accepted his job offer and it's tragic she died. Victor asks if anyone else knew about her offer, Ji Min is not sure. He excuses himself saying he has another appointment.

Brad tells Victoria he is suspicious of Korbel and is happy Colleen didn't except the job offer. Victoria says Adrian hasn't given her any reason to be suspicious of him.

Ji Min and Jack discuss Victor's questions. Jack is concerned with Victor questioning Ji Min about Carmen's job offer. Ji Min notices Jack is having a bad day and learns Gloria will be paying Ji Min a visit. Jill walks in looking for Billy. Jack hasn't seen him. He notices Jill is on edge and Ji Min leaves. Jack learns about Billy pawning one of Katherine's antiques and both are concerned about Billy and his out of control behavior.

Billy returns home and finds the antique piece he pawned back in its original place. He realizes he's been busted. Katherine warns him about what he's been doing and doesn't know what he'll do to regain her trust, but he better find a way!

Brad seeks JT's help in finding out information about Adrian Korbel.

Gloria meets with Ji Min and tells him about samples of her product being sold out and the article in the magazine. Gloria wants Ji Min to know he is making a mistake by putting a halt to the production of Glo By Jabot.

Jack stops by to see Billy and confronts him about stealing from Katherine. Billy wants to say his side of story but Jack doesn't want to hear it as Billy was wrong. He says he's going to put a stop to this once and for all! He is going to pay off Billy's debt on the condition Billy take a job with House of Kim in Hong Kong!

Kevin questions Colleen about her attitude towards her professor as everyone else hits it off with him. She avoids his questions and leaves.

Billy tells his mother Jack has offered to pay off his debt if he accepts a job in Hong Kong. He says he has accepted and has to leave today. Jill is upset as her son will be going away from her. Billy says it's for the best; he will make his mother proud of him again. Jill hugs him and cries.

Nikki and Victor meet up and she talks about her meeting with Sharon. They put the pieces together and Victor realizes Jack is up to his old tricks. Victor and Nikki both don't like the fact Sharon is involved and Victor worries Jack is using Sharon.

Jack is grateful Sharon is in his life and Sharon is also grateful to him. She talks about how much Jack has helped her in getting over her divorce. She talks about a possibly taking a business trip to the Caribbean in the future and her talk with Nikki.

Katherine learns Billy has left for Hong Kong to work with House of Kim and Jill blames Katherine for pushing him away!

Ji Min tells Jack about Glo By Jabot being a huge hit and they come up with a deal. Ji Min calls Gloria and tells her they will go ahead with production of Glo By Jabot but Ashley will be overseeing everything.

Victor talks to Nikki about Carmen's job offer and it being odd that she wouldn't tell anyone. Victor wonders just how much Jack was involved with Carmen's job offer.

Paul and Michael are at the AC with Neil discussing the trial. Michael and Paul warn Neil about Dru possibly being guilty with Dru's state of mind believing an affair was happening and her attacking Carmen. Neil says Dru couldn't have killed Carmen because she was with him and she is innocent. Michael and Paul know that's not true and say the DA will see Dru as guilty. They discuss how Carmen could've died and brainstorm possibilities.

Dru could've gone to the NE parking lot and waited for Carmen. The attack could have occurred where there were no cameras. A scenario is shown in black and white with Dru patiently waiting for Carmen in the parking lot. Carmen arrives, Dru apologizes, and explains about her son. Carmen doesn't give a damn and thanks Dru for again violating her parole. Dru says Carmen can't do this to her and knocks her out with a metal pipe!

Neil says that isn't possible. Paul explains he's just being a devil's advocate. Neil says it could have been anyone, even Michael! He asks where Michael was. Michael says he was at work, went home, changed, and went to the hospital. Neil says Michael went home, meaning he could have met Carmen and he did have a motive because of the background check and Carmen's reaction. A scenario is shown with Carmen waiting for Michael and confronting him about what he did to her. She becomes frustrated with Michael and begins hitting him. He attempts to get her off and pushes her to the ground where she falls unconscious.

Michael says it's not possible. Neil says all it proves is that Carmen had many enemies and anyone could have killed her. They all agree and brainstorm who else could have killed her. Michael is suspicious about Brad and why he was questioned. Paul asks what his motive would be. Michael talks about the buyout Carmen wanted and Brad possibly wanting to protect his family and prove himself to the Newmans. Paul has flashbacks of Brad killing the two Nazis. A scenario is shown with Carmen meeting Brad about the buyout and him saying he won't let her hurt his family. He pushes her, she hits a brick wall, and falls to the ground unconscious.

Neil and Michael wonder if Carmen had anything on Brad. Paul has flashbacks of Brad not wanting anyone to know of his past and wonders if she found out.

Brad and Victoria talk about being possible suspects. They brainstorm possible scenarios. Carmen possibly being the one to break into Victoria's car and taking the portfolio. A scenario is shown of Victoria confronting Carmen, after finding out Carmen took the portfolio and questioning Carmen about what she wants. Carmen asks what Victoria's family is worth to her. While Carmen gets into her car Victoria takes a metal object and knocks Carmen out!

Victoria denies that. Brad tells her to keep quiet as he sees Jana coming. Victoria thinks about Jana possibly being a suspect. Brad doesn't think so, but Victoria says it is possible. Victoria says Jana was the one who found her jewelry after the break-in; perhaps she stole it and could have been the one to break into her car. A scenario is shown as Victoria narrates the possibility. Carmen goes to the coffeehouse, isn't getting service, and goes to the back. She sees Jana with the portfolio, recognizes it is Victoria's, and Jana covers saying she found it and is going to return it. Carmen is about to leave when Jana panics, takes an object, and knocks her out.

Brad and Victoria say it's a long shot, but Brad likes the way Victoria thinks, saying she has begun being paranoid like him.

Jana and Kevin can't get over Carmen's death and Dru being the suspect. Jana says it could have been anyone and believes Professor Korbel did it! Kevin jokes about this turning into a game of Clue. Jana is serious though, saying the Professor is good looking, a charmer, and single. No one would be looking at him. A scenario is shown with Professor and Carmen meeting at the coffeehouse, becoming friends and later the, Professor deciding to ask Carmen out. He goes to meet her and when she turns him down gets upset, takes an object out of his trunk, and knocks her out!

Colleen again opens that big mouth of hers and tells her professor about what Lily told her. Adrian brainstorms Lily doing it. As she was subpoenaed that day and left messages on Carmen's phone, like Colleen said. A scenario is shown with Lily meeting Carmen and confronting her. They exchange words. Carmen slaps her. Lily gets pissed, pushes her and Carmen takes a hard hit. Colleen doesn't buy it and goes to talk with Devon, Daniel and Lily. They talk about none of them having alibis. Devon says it was stupid of him to say he went for a walk in the park as it makes him look like he was upset and guilty. A scenario is shown with Devon sitting in the park, Carmen arriving, he confronting her and knocking her out!

Neil says it's impossible to think his kids could have killed Carmen. Michael and Paul discuss Neil's motives and him meeting Carmen while Neil is taking a call. A scenario is shown with Neil meeting Carmen, her being a bitch, Neil not being able to take it, and pulling out a wrench knocking her out! Neil comes back to say Jack could have done it as they were involved and Jack may have been angry.

Jack and Ji Min are speaking about Carmen's death. Ji Min believes Jack could have done it. Jack says he attempted to call Carmen many times that day. A scenario is shown with Jack and Carmen meeting, Jack thinking Carmen is blackmailing him, his getting angry and knocking her out. Ji Min snaps him out of it. Jack thinks about Ji Min being a suspect and remembers his words about Carmen no longer being a problem. Ji Min says Carmen called and says she accepted the offer. Jack knows that, but from the DA's perspective Ji Min could have had motive. A scenario is shown with Ji Min and Carmen meeting, her looking forward to working in Hong Kong, Ji Min wanting to make sure there are no misunderstandings and when Carmen turns around he knocks her out with a hammer!

Ji Min says he wouldn't risk going to jail by doing something like that. Jack then thinks about Paul investigating Carmen's past. A scenario is shown where Carmen tells Paul her past is none of his business, getting in his face, and when he pushes her away she falls to the ground.

Paul and Michael warn Neil not to speak to anyone and Paul says if he finds out anyone from Neil's family is guilty he's off the case. Neil says that won't happen.
