Show #8529 - 12.04.06

Michael comes up with a plan to build reasonable doubt in the courtroom, as the tape and bags they found at Newman could prove other people had access to these products.

Gloria is reading an article about her Glo By Jabot line in a magazine, her spirits are high as she reads it. Ashley, on the other hand, is at Jabot and has read the article. She finds it nauseating!

Adrian meets with Victoria about the art benefit and tells her about his upcoming interview with Rebecca.

Rebecca tells Brad she can handle Korbel. Brad has his doubts, as they don't know what Adrian has planned.

Ashley is upset Gloria is using the Abbott name even though she wasn't legally married to him. Jill says John loved Gloria and it didn't matter to him. Ashley doesn't buy it, and reminds Jill about Gloria making a play for Will. Ashley is also upset, as Gloria spoke to the press without consulting her, even though Ashley is overseeing things regarding Glo By Jabot.

Gloria reads the article to Michael, who doesn't seem that interested as he's focused on Devon's case.

Paul tells Dru and Neil about Michael's plan. Dru wants to text Devon and give him the good news, while Neil doesn't want to give Devon hope at least not yet. Dru tells Neil about Devon attempting to contact Yolanda. Neil was afraid that would happen, and knows Devon is looking for support. Dru says Devon hasn't been able to contact her, as the phone line is disconnected and she won't reply to his emails.

Adrian tells Victoria the questions he plans on asking Rebecca while Rebecca does the same with Brad. Rebecca is having second thoughts about this and feels they won't be able to pull it off. Adrian refers to Victoria as Mrs. Carlton, but Victoria says she uses Newman. He talks about not being able to find any information about Rebecca Carlton. Victoria explains Rebecca uses a different name, Adrian asks what it is. Victoria is not at liberty to say, as she wants to respect Rebecca's privacy.

Brad runs into Paul and questions what he's doing at NE. Paul avoids his questions.

Gloria is at Jabot looking for Jill but runs into Ashley instead. Ashley wastes no time questioning Gloria as to why she met with the press, without consulting her. Gloria doesn't seem to care and points out that they got a rave review. Ashley doesn't care and warns Gloria not to do it again.

Neil is on his cell phone, and notices Devon has come to work today when he should've been at school. Devon says he is not going to school and leaves. Neil is frustrated and tells Dru who is also upset. They speak about Yolanda, as neither has been able to get any information about her whereabouts, she just vanished.

Michael and Will meet with a judge to discuss the evidence Michael discovered. Will believes they hold no meaning. Michael points out those things were found at Newman, and it is too coincidental.

Brad meets with Rebecca and tells her they may be in trouble as Paul is at NE.

Michael and Will continue to disagree, with Michael saying the bags will be able to help the case.

Adrian continues to question Victoria about Rebecca and brings up Cleveland which takes Victoria by surprise. Adrian explains Colleen mentioned Cleveland and would mention it during the interview.

Rebecca decides if the questions become too personal, she just won't answer them. She realizes the toll this has taken on her family.

Brad sees Paul still at NE, and Paul explains what he's doing there. Brad tells Paul that his fingerprints are on the duct tape! Paul questions why Brad's prints would be on the tape. Brad explains he used it to hold together an armrest on one of his chairs.

Dru and Neil get information about Yolanda, she's alive but is back to doing drugs. Both wonder how they'll tell Devon.

Gloria is remembering her encounters with Ashley, Jill walks in. Jill likes the article with Gloria and putting a positive spin for Jabot. Gloria wishes Ashley felt the same way, and says at the end of the day she's just a chemist.

Ashley gets a job offer in LA, to be a guest judge on a show, but she declines. Later, the same show offers Gloria the gig.

Brad tells Rebecca and Victoria about Paul, and he worries Paul will dig further into his past.

The judge issues a warrant for the evidence to be used in court, Michael is happy while Will isn't. The judge explains to Will that he obtained the warrant now, so the evidence won't pop up in the future.

Dru and Neil break the news to Devon. He is crushed that he believed Yolanda would ever change. Dru and Neil tell Devon that they love him, and he has become like their real son. They reveal they would like to officially adopt Devon, he is happy.

Victoria meets with Adrian again, and reveals Rebecca has decided to cancel the interview. Adrian says he can just limit the questions or reschedule the interview. Victoria doesn't think that will be a good idea.

Michael and Will are at NE, and see the handling of the items that are going to be tested. Michael hopes the lab Will has hired will do a good job, Will assures him they will. While Michael and Will are speaking, Brad is nearby looking in and listening to what's going on.

Show #8530 - 12.05.06

Sharon is at NE to pick up Noah and runs into Victor who notices her mood. Sharon lies and says she's tired. He apologizes to her for being in the middle of the NVP-Jabot chaos.

Ashley comes home and tells Jack about the emergency meeting at Jabot over his decision to cut NVP-Jabot tie-in. They again disagree over what he's done.

Nikki shows Victor an estimate on how much money Jack's decision is costing NVP.

Kevin and Jana are packing boxes getting ready to move into their new apartment. Later, Gloria fills her family in on her offer to be a judge on a reality show. Amber pays a surprise visit to Lauren and brings a gift for Fen.

Sharon is signing papers and is right outside the break room where Nick and Phyllis are with Noah. Noah is excited about the upcoming arrival of his baby sister, as is Phyllis. Noah believed his sister would've been here by Thanksgiving, but she's late. While Noah feels Phyllis' stomach, Sharon sees from outside. She has a flashback of when she was pregnant with Noah and how concerned Nick was when he startled her. Sharon looks upset as she comes back to reality and sees Noah still touching Phyllis' stomach.

Lauren introduces Amber to the family and learns about Gloria going on a reality show. Amber and Jana talk about how much they love that show and realize they have a lot in common. Gloria asks for some advice. Kevin wants to celebrate and opens a bottle of champagne. When the pop comes off the bottle Fen wakes up. Lauren is leaving but Michael stops her and leaves instead. Lauren looks stressed out.

Ashley and Jack continue to disagree with Ashley saying they will lose a lot of money. Jack is being stubborn and states he owns Jabot. A comment witnessed by Abby who is at the staircase.

Kevin, Jana and Michael are taping the boxes and moving them to the new apartment. While Kevin is out, Jana questions Michael over the murder investigation but doesn't get much information.

Ashley is at NE and runs into Nikki. She came to bring Abby to Brad and then return to work. Both talk about Jack's decision affecting their companies and his stubbornness. Nikki can't understand why Jack would make a decision that affects the business his sister works for. Ashley's cell rings. It's Jack who has called to apologize. He realizes Ashley is with Nikki and warns her to be careful.

Abby is with Victor and drawing a picture she wants Victor to guess what is. After Abby gives him hints, Victor realizes it's Jack and Ashley. Abby talks about the fight and Jack saying he owns Jabot! Nikki walks in and says Ashley is waiting for Abby. Later, Nikki learns Jack owns Jabot and realizes Ashley knew about it too.

Amber and Lauren are talking. Lauren learns of Amber's employment state and offers her a job at the boutique!

Sharon and Noah arrive at Jack's. Jack is happy to spend time with them as Noah tells him about feeling the baby kick and how cool it was. Jack smiles and looks at Sharon's reaction - she's visibly upset.

Amber is grateful to Lauren for helping her out. Gloria comes out with Fen and Amber holds him. Lauren is visibly bothered by this and takes Fen from Amber. She lies and says Fen needs changing.

Nick and Phyllis are at home having sex which satisfies both, but does nothing to induce Phyllis' labor.

Jack, Sharon and Noah return to the Abbott home. Noah enjoyed the walk through the neighborhood seeing all the Christmas decorations. Noah asks his mom and Jack if they'll get married and have a baby like his dad and Phyllis. Jack and Sharon are shocked!

Michael teases Gloria about being a judge and Jana says she should be the bitchy kind. Gloria wants to have a rehearsal and asks Jana and Amber to be contestants while she judges. Michael and Lauren want to see this! Later, they pretend Gloria's on the show and have some fun.

Jack tells Noah there's a menu for the pizza place he likes and tells him to order what he wants. Noah goes into the kitchen while Sharon apologizes to Jack. He understands, saying Noah is a kid who is confused. Sharon talks about the pain both she and Jack felt about the affair, and the baby, and how it brought them together. Both discuss the conversation they had earlier about being on the rebound. They enjoy each other's company. Sharon has no expectations for the future while Jack wants her to know he enjoys being with her and her coming into his life made his life much easier.

Nikki is upset that Victor is defending Ashley, but he says he isn't. Ashley walks in and tells Victor that Abby had a good time with him. Victor's behavior towards Ashley has changed and he questions her about the NVP tie-in being cut and upset with Jack. Ashley says he cares for Jabot, but felt he made the right decision. Victor says Ashley could always come to him when she needs help. Ashley knows. She leaves. Nikki asks Victor what he's going to do. He doesn't know yet.

Nick and Phyllis are getting ready to have dinner. Nick has prepared steak along with an odd mixture in Phyllis' drink. She says it's disgusting, but is ready to do anything to have her child.

Sharon and Jack are drinking wine. While Sharon leaves to check on Noah, Ashley return. She expresses her upset about having to lie to Victor.

Victor is also hurt that Ashley would lie to him. Nikki replies that Victor should know that family always stick together. Victor is still disappointed and begins to feel he never knew Ashley at all.

Show #8531 - 12.06.06

Dru, Devon and Neil are having breakfast at the AC. Neil wants Devon to be prepared, in case his hearing doesn't come back. Dru wants to concentrate on the positives though, not the negative. Devon is looking forward to getting his hearing back so he can hear Neil and Dru refer to him as their son. Dru and Neil say they love him. Devon knows.

Ashley is getting ready for work and gives the cold shoulder to Jack. He wants her to talk to him, so finally she does. She again tells him she didn't like lying to Victor and doesn't like covering for Jack all these months.

Nikki is grinning ear to ear as she wants to expose Jack to Katherine and the media. Victor tells her not to. He has other plans. He wants to continue being Jack's friend and he will decide when the time is right to drop the hammer on Jack. Nikki sees Katherine arrive at the AC and goes to greet her. Katherine tells Nikki about her continuous nightmares being connected to Jill. Nikki is shocked.

Brad and Victoria are with Abby when Ashley walks in. Abby tells her mom about Hanukkah and her excitement to be celebrating two holidays. Abby is sad when she realizes she won't be able to help Victoria decorate the tree as she'll be with Ashley on vacation. Victoria decides to give Brad and Ashley time to talk so she takes Abby to the AC.

Brad knows he has discussed Abby's vacation with Ashley, but would still like to spend at least one more day with her. Ashley says the trip was planned a long time ago and it is difficult to reschedule. Brad realizes Ashley is still upset over Rebecca. Ashley admits she is upset; about Brad lying to her and having her believe Rebecca was dead and having to learn from Abby that Rebecca was actually alive and well. Brad knows he was wrong and apologizes. Ashley accepts his apology. Brad wants to make a deal with her; he'll pay for the costs of rescheduling the trip if Ashley and Abby stay back one more day to celebrate the holidays with him.

Devon, Neil and Dru come over to see Michael. He's happy to hear Devon is meeting with the doctor to see if his hearing is back. Neil and Dru tell Michael about wanting to adopt Devon and would like Michael to draw up the papers. Michael asks Devon if he's sure that's what he wants. Devon says yes and Michael becomes emotional. Neil and Dru understand. He agrees to draw up the papers.

Abby arrives with Victoria at the AC. She goes over and hugs both Nikki and Victor. Victor talks about how lucky Abby is to be celebrating two holidays. Nikki asks if Abby will come over to help them decorate their tree. Abby happily says yes, but is still upset she won't be able to help Victoria. Victoria explains to her parents that Ashley is taking Abby on a ski trip. Abby talks about her mother and uncle fighting and hopes her parents aren't doing the same. Victoria says they aren't. Abby wants to see Gina so Nikki takes her. Victoria and Victor are speaking about business when Jack walks in. At the bar Jack overhears the conversation then goes to call Ashley. He asks if she's sure Victor bought everything she said. Ashley is confident he did. While they speak, Nikki overhears.

Nikki returns while Victoria leaves to get Abby. Nikki tells Victor that Jack doesn't trust Victor as much as he says he does.

Katherine and Jill discuss the ongoing nightmares. Katherine talks about the ring and the baby running through the forest. She says the baby not being a girl but a boy Jill believes is Brock. Katherine has her doubts. They wonder if there is a possibility of them not being mother and daughter!

Michael and William meet at the courthouse to discuss convicting the wrong person for the murder of Carmen Mesta. Michael knows Will doesn't want to convict the wrong person and wants the go ahead on necessary equipment he will need to further his evidence. Will gives Michael the go ahead and Michael is more than pleased.

Paul warns Brad not to do anything stupid while Brad warns him not to let Michael get too close to his past.

Victoria and Abby arrive back at NE and get in the elevator with Jack. Abby asks if her uncle and mom are still fighting. Jack says they weren't fighting but speaking loudly. Abby believes him while Victoria asks what they were speaking loudly about. Jack says the same things Victoria probably speaks to Nick about. Jack gets a call from Victor who wants to meet him.

Katherine wants to know if Jill is really her daughter. While Jill understands Katherine's reason, she wonders if Katherine doesn't want her. Katherine says it's nothing like that and before the nightmares she never thought about Jill not being her own.

Devon is with Dru and Neil at the doctor's to have his hearing tested. The doctor places a device behind Devon's ear and begins testing by asking him questions while Devon's back is turned to him. Dru and Neil breathe a sigh of relief as Devon's hearing slowly begins coming back.

Jack meets with Victor and is surprised to see a woman there. They speak about the decision Jack made and later do something with flowers and talking about peace. Jack seems totally lost as to what's going on.

Michael talks to Paul about Jack and Brad being suspects and notices Paul's behavior anytime he speaks about Brad. Michael gets the impression Paul is covering for Brad and wonders why. Later, he tells Paul about Devon's adoption and how this can look good for his case. Michael says Devon needs an investigator dedicated to prove his innocence and not one who worries about protecting another client. Paul agrees and decides he's quitting the case.

Devon is having difficultly hearing entire sentences. Dru can't see Devon like this and begins to cry. She wants to go out and not have Devon see her like that. Devon heard what she said which makes both Neil and Dru extremely happy. Devon asks them to keep talking and they do. The doctor admires what Devon has accomplished.

Jack meets with Ashley and shows her the flower he made. He talks about Victor still not being in his right mind. Victor walks by the break room, smiles at Ashley and leaves. Ashley looks like she's a bit suspicious of Victor.

Show #8532 - 12.07.06

Michael expresses his anger to Lauren about Paul quitting the case. Lauren asks if Paul gave a reason why, Michael explains about Paul stating he works for Newman and Brad's his client, etc. Lauren finds it odd that Paul would only now bring that up. Amber arrives, as Lauren was going to take her to the boutique tonight. Michael wants Lauren and Amber to take Fen with them, as he has to take papers to Dru and Neil. Lauren says she'll take Fen. Gloria walks in, showing off the article about her appearance on the reality show. Michael doesn't seem pleased, but Gloria says there's nothing wrong with self promotion.

Jack continues to be baffled over Victor's behavior while Ashley is bothered for another reason. She is reading the papers, and comes across Gloria's promotion for her stint on the reality show. Needless to say, Ashley isn't pleased. Jack is also upset Gloria is continuing to use the Abbott name, as she wasn't legally married to John.

Katherine and Jill are at the coffeehouse. Jill is wondering if Charlotte was ever speaking the truth about her paternity. Katherine assures her no matter what the results, they will still be mother and daughter. Esther arrives and learns they were at the hospital, she's concerned. Katherine says she is fine and was taking care of something. Jill says it is none of Esther's business and she shouldn't worry.

Neil sneaks up on Devon, in an attempt to see if Devon can hear him. Devon can, and is happy he can hear again.

Dru tells Sharon about Devon's hearing being restored, or at least beginning to. She also tells Sharon about wanting to legally adopt Devon. Sharon is happy for them, and shares a hug with Dru.

Paul tells JT about quitting the case.

William tells Sullivan about wanting to prosecute Dru and Neil for perjury as they lied to the grand jury.

Lauren and Amber arrive at the boutique with Fen. Lauren introduces Amber to Lily, and says Amber will be working there. Lauren tells Amber to look around, while Gloria walks in. Lauren believes Gloria is there to check up on her, as she believes Lauren can't balance work and Fen at the same time. Lauren assures her she can, while Gloria has no objections about it.

Michael drops the papers for Neil, Dru and Devon to sign. Sharon says she'll leave, but Dru stops her saying she's part of their family too. Neil, Dru and Devon sign the papers. Michael says all they have to do is get this to a judge, and set up a meeting. It is just a formality and he doesn't see any reason why the judge would object. The Winters thank Michael and he leaves. Sharon congratulates them and asks Devon how he feels, he says he feels great! He admits he is thinking of his mom, and wished better for her. Neil and Dru understand and are proud of Devon.

After wrapping up her meeting with Adrian, Colleen goes out on the patio to meet JT and Paul. JT asks for some more time alone with Paul as they were in the middle of a discussion, Colleen understands and says she has to run some errands. She leaves. Paul and JT discuss the murder investigation. Paul knows Devon is innocent, but in the eyes of the DA they have enough evidence to convict him. JT and Paul decide to continue the investigation, without Michael's knowledge as whoever killed Carmen could be getting away with murder.

Michael is now at the boutique and has Fen in his arms. He is teasing Gloria as she wants a subtle outfit for the benefit, Lauren selects one for her and she goes to try it on.

Colleen is also looking for an outfit at the boutique and talks with Lily. She notices Amber is there and asks Lily what's Amber doing there.

Jill, Katherine and Esther arrive at the boutique and see Fen. They all go to see him, but he's sleeping. Lauren introduces Amber, to her good friends and Amber tells Katherine about the Forresters as they talk about her all the time. Amber explains she used to be a Forrester, but that's a long story. Esther says she used to be like royalty then, Katherine gives Esther a sign to keep her mouth shut. Michael decides to take Fen home, Lauren says she'll see them later.

Jack and Ashley attempt to get hold of Gloria, as they want to talk her out of doing the reality show. Ashley finally gets Gloria on her cell, and says she would like to meet with Gloria regarding Jabot. They agree to meet at the coffeehouse.

Michael is at home with Fen, and gets a call about a judge having a cancellation and being able to hear their case. He tells Neil the good news and agree to meet at the courthouse.

Lily asks Lauren if she can leave early as she gets the news to meet with her family at the courthouse. Lauren tells her to go. Later, Lauren leaves Amber alone to run the boutique as she wants to go home.

Ashley and Jack meet with Gloria and attempt to convince her not to do the show. Gloria refuses saying it is a good show, and they don't know what they're talking about. Jack and Ashley explain the show is just using Gloria for the Abbott name, Gloria thinks that will be a good idea and refuses to decline the offer.

The judge meets with Neil, Dru, Devon, Michael and Sharon (she's there for support). The judge says the papers are in order and would just like to ask a few questions. She questions Devon if he really wants this, and about his biological parents. Devon explains he hasn't seen his father in years, and his mother hasn't been much of a mother to him. Dru tells Devon it is okay, and she explains to the judge about Yolanda's drug use. The judge understands. Lily arrives just as the judge finalizes the adoption making Devon legally Dru and Neil's son. Dru wants to celebrate and wants Sharon to join them along with Michael and Lauren. Sharon doesn't want to intrude, while Dru says Sharon is her girl and would love for her to join.

Michael is on his way out of the courthouse and runs into Will. Michael gets a call from Lauren who is frantic as she can't find Fen. Michael explains, Fen is with him and he's on his way home. Lauren quickly disconnects, leaving Michael a bit puzzled. Will gives Michael the papers, and explains he is going ahead with the trial for perjury!

Sylvia Brown makes an appearance at the AC, and meets Jill, Katherine and Esther. She tells Katherine about getting new shoes, while Esther continues to go on and on. Jill decides to take Sylvia back to her table, and Sylvia advises Jill to be careful. She tells Jill that another woman is going after the man she's dating! Later, Sylvia's words come to past as the heel of Katherine's shoe breaks.

Sullivan and Paul meet and have a conversation. She asks why he quit the case, he avoids the question. They jokingly talk about exchanging phone numbers to learn more about each other, as Sullivan seems quite interested in finding out why Paul quit the case.

Michael returns home with Fen, and tells Lauren about the adoption being finalized. She's happy for them, and thinks it is great. Michael wants to go to the celebration while Lauren wants to stay home, she tells him to go. He does, and says he won't be long.

Jack and Ashley meet with their lawyer and say Gloria refuses their plea. The lawyer says they will have to speed the process up and take action now.

Sharon arrives with the Winters at the AC, she called Gina in advance, so a table is set up for them. Dru thanks Sharon. They sit, and Sharon gives them a gift. It is a photo frame, saying it's a boy. While Devon gives Dru and Neil two mugs saying I love Mom, I love Dad. They are touched. Michael walks in, they notice his mood his off. They want to know what's on his mind, and he finally reveals Will is going ahead with the trial on perjury.

Amber is at the AC and meets Adrian. As they speak, Colleen looks from a distance. She doesn't seem happy.

Gloria returns home and tells Lauren to get some rest. She promises she won't go anywhere with Fen.

Jack and Ashley toast to erasing Gloria from the Abbott name, and are glad Gloria didn't agree to the offer as it makes things even better for them!

Gloria is with Fen, there's a knock at the door. A man serves Gloria Fisher papers and leaves. She opens it and is shocked to see it is a temporary restraining order. She is not allowed to use the Abbott name!

Phyllis is in the break room when Nick walks in and notices she's still up to trying home remedies to have her baby. Phyllis is desperate to try anything. Nick asks her to let nature take its course, but Phyllis is determined to have her baby now. Phyllis says she's grateful that she was able to have a child again, but she's tired and feels like she's carrying around a bowling ball. She wants to have her body back and have her baby. She drinks the home remedy and doesn't look like she likes it.

Katherine and Jill await the results of the DNA test.

Michael reads the restraining order as Gloria and Lauren both express their upset over Jack and Ashley's actions. Lauren feels they went too far, while Gloria wonders what she's going to do as everything she owns says Gloria Abbott - her license, her checks, everything!

Detective Sullivan is at the coffeehouse and Jana questions her about the murder investigation. Jana explains it's the hottest topic around and there are odd rumors surrounding the murder. Detective Sullivan asks Jana if Carmen came to the coffeehouse the day of her death. Jana doesn't think so. Jana tells Sullivan she wishes she could help as Devon doesn't look like the murdering type and believes he may be covering for Dru. Jana talks about Dru's temper. Sullivan asks if Carmen's car was there the day of her murder. Jana doesn't know what type of car Carmen drove. Kevin walks in and says he knows what type of car Carmen drove.

Gloria is crushed when she receives a package from Extreme Catwalk canceling her appearance. The show wants to avoid any possible lawsuits as they've learned about the order against her. Gloria is upset and asks Michael to take care of the paperwork while she goes to work. Michael seems frustrated with his mother's actions.

Jill receives a call from Extreme Catwalk asking her to be a guest judge. Katherine overhears and tells Jill to accept!

Phyllis is breaking out in a rash and feeling very hot. Nick wants to take her to the doctor, but she refuses saying she just needs fresh air. Nick goes with her on the elevator where she continues to itch. Nick decides to take her to the doctor.

Michael and Lauren are enjoying time alone on their one year anniversary together. He gives her earrings and wants to take her out to dinner. Lauren doesn't want to leave Fen alone, but Michael says Jana and Kevin will be looking after him. Just as Michael and Lauren start getting comfortable and romantic with each other, Fen begins to cry. Later, Michael has to get to work and leaves Fen with Lauren. She looks sad as Michael leaves.

Gloria is at Jabot when a delivery man comes by with a package for Jill Abbott. Gloria lies and says she's Jill Abbott. She opens the package and sees that Jill is going to be on extreme catwalk. She confronts Jill for stealing her thunder. Jill says she's sorry, but she's accepted the show and isn't changing her mind. Gloria begins whining, irritating Jill who tells her for once to bow out gracefully. Gloria then complains about what Jack and Ashley did to her. Jill is shocked.

Paul meets Sullivan at the coffeehouse and learns from Jana that Sullivan believed Carmen and her car were there the day of her murder.

Michael is at the AC making arrangements for his anniversary dinner with Lauren. Paul calls with a tip that may help Devon. Michael is upset with Paul, saying he quit the case, but Paul asks if he wants the information or not. Michael says he's on his way.

Jill confronts Ashley about what she's done to poor Gloria. Ashley says she's done nothing. Jill asks if she too should stop using the Abbott name. Ashley says Jill was legally married to her father while Gloria wasn't. Jill calls Ashley a hypocrite and talks about how she has changed since her father's death. Ashley denies she has changed and asks Jill honestly if she feels Gloria would have been the best choice to represent both the Abbott name and Jabot on a national television show. Jill says that's not the point, it's about what they're doing to Gloria. Ashley is sorry she feels that way.

Nick takes Phyllis to the doctor. She had an allergic reaction to the herbs she mixed in the drink. The doctor warns her to be cautious as information on the web can be misleading. He wants to run a test on Phyllis due to the fact she's late. He explains about the possibility her baby girl may lose weight inside the womb and if that's the case they would need to do an immediate c-section!

Paul tells Michael about the tip. Michael gets into it with him over quitting the case. Paul strikes back, saying Michael needs to put his clients needs before his ego!

Lauren is on her way out with Fen, but as she reaches the door a sudden fear comes over her. She tells herself she'll go later and goes back in the living room. Fen begins to cry. Lauren is frustrated and begs him to stop. She takes off her jacket and looks like she's going to break down.

Jill tells Katherine about what Jack and Ashley have done and her lost enthusiasm over doing Extreme Catwalk.

Gloria is attempting to call Jack, but isn't getting through. She sees Ashley getting on the elevator and wants to speak to her. The doors close on Gloria.

Michael asks Jana and Kevin if they saw Carmen's car parked outside on the day of her murder. Neither one saw it, but say they will ask around.

Paul tells Sullivan he just wants to help Devon. Sullivan notices his concern over Devon and questions Paul as to why he quit the case and wants the truth this time.

Phyllis learns her daughter is fine, but the doctor would like to see her in a couple days. Phyllis feels awful that she could have put her daughter's life in danger, but Nick assures her she did nothing wrong. He remembers today is Michael and Lauren's wedding anniversary.

Michael returns home and Lauren asks if they can go out another time. He's fine with that and cancels their plans.

Paul says he has other cases he has to work on and Devon's case involves a full time gig. He believes Devon is innocent and will do his best to help him.

Kevin wonders why Jana is saving articles regarding Carmen's murder.

Gloria arrives at the Abbott house and makes a scene outside. Ashley lets her in and Gloria says Ashley won't get away with what she's done. Ashley replies Gloria won't get away with making an embarrassment of the Abbott name or Jabot. Gloria says she's going to put Ashley and Jack through the mud and won't let them get away with what they've done. Ashley tells her to get out and slams the door.

Katherine and Jill learn the DNA tests are in.
