Adrian dreams of Colleen, but realizes he really slept with Amber!

Sheila is still looking at herself, thinking she looks like Phyllis and no one will be able to tell the difference. Paul walks in and gives her food. She wants to go out for a walk but Paul refuses.

Michael continues to wonder why the DA is not going after the other people linked to this murder investigation despite evidence against them.

Will runs into Jack and tells him about his DNA being a match on Carmen's earring.

Katherine continues to be plagued by the memories she had on New Years Eve and has no idea what they could mean.

While Adrian gets some coffee, Amber looks at his cell to see many calls to and from Colleen.

JT notices Colleen is continuing to act weird, and she tells him again they have to break up! She tells JT she doesn't think she's ready for a serious relationship and thinks it is best if she moves back in with her father. JT is upset by this and feels she is the same little girl who leaves every time things get tough.

Jack remembers Carmen wearing those earrings a lot, but has no idea why his DNA was found on them and assures Will and Sullivan he had nothing to do with her murder.

Lauren is confident Michael will be able to clear Devon's name and says it's too bad Paul can't help. Michael is still pissed at Paul for ditching them right in the middle of their case.

Colleen arrives at GCU; Amber is there as she would like to sit in for another one of Adrian's lectures. Colleen does not like this and states Amber is not a student. While Adrian is with another student, Amber makes a point to make Colleen realize she spent the night with Adrian!

Jill notices how awful her mother is looking and knows the impact the nightmares have had on her. Katherine knows back then she was an alcoholic and was capable of anything. Jill knows that. While Jill talks, Kay has flashbacks of handing over a child to another woman. Jill makes Katherine come back to reality and Katherine snaps at her and tells her to stay out of it.

Michael tells Lauren about his little plan to find out what Paul is hiding. He had Kevin place a tracking device on Paul's car! Lauren is fine with it, in fact she agrees to talk to Paul to see if he will tell her anything!

Jack tells Will that since Carmen's death her reputation has been tarnished and he doesn't think it's fair. Will in return tells Jack he appreciates how cooperative he's been throughout the investigation. Jack says he will do whatever he can to help.

Katherine visits Nikki at the ranch. They share a hug and Katherine tells Nikki she remembers! Nikki is shocked as Katherine reveals her belief she kidnapped Jill's son - Phillip!

Michael confronts Will about not taking into account the other suspects who are connected to Carmen's murder. Michael is confident that Devon is innocent while Will continues to have his doubt. Michael tells Will he will feel miserable when it is proven Devon is innocent!

JT confides in Victoria about Colleen and her anger towards him keeping secrets. He knows something is going on with her and she won't tell him what it is.

Amber and Colleen are sitting while Adrian gives his lecture. Amber tries to make conversation but Colleen is obviously annoyed!

Victoria attempts to convince JT that it is probably nothing, and he shouldn't worry about it.

Lauren is with Fen who is crying. Lauren can't seem to control her emotions and breaks down crying too. Paul arrives and sees Lauren's state; he consoles her.

Colleen confides in Lily about Amber and Adrian and about her breakup with JT. Colleen realizes Adrian has moved on because they can't be together. Lily cares about Colleen and warns her to stay away from Adrian!

Victoria again advises JT to send Colleen flowers. JT wishes it were that easy, but knows it isn't.

Paul offers to look after Fen while Lauren goes out but she refuses so he tells her to open some windows get some fresh air to which Lauren says she has a sore throat. Paul decides to cheer Lauren up by dancing with her around the room and she begins to laugh.

Lauren and Paul talk more as she tries to get him to open up but he changes the topic back to her behavior. Lauren admits when Fen was born she was worried sick learning about Sheila and was so relieved to hear Sheila was dead.

Michael is near Paul's car. He places a tracking device inside and then walks away,

Lily continues to tell Colleen to stay away from Adrian as she doesn't know a lot about him and could be throwing away what she has for nothing. As they speak, Colleen gets a text from Adrian who wants to meet for coffee. Lily shakes her head, while we see Adrian who seems to be waiting for her reply.

Paul is at the door ready to leave and is surprised Lauren hasn't come to hug him goodbye. She says that's so he can come back. He leaves.

Sheila is in her cell looking in the crib and holding a blanket. She's smiling as she sits in a chair and rocks the blanket as if it were a baby!

Michael is at his office looking at his computer and monitoring Paul's activity. He looks on to see where Paul is heading as the episode ends.

Jack notices Abby waiting in the break room and teases her saying he didn't know she works there. Abby laughs and says she is waiting for her mom. She says Jack can join them next time and he can bring along his friend. Jack is unsure who Abby is talking about and says, Mr. Kim? Jack says they are not friends and Mr. Kim is just Ashley's boss.

Lily is in disbelief as Colleen texts Adrian, agreeing to meet him for coffee!

Michael arrives at the abandoned place Paul has Sheila. He picks the lock and enters! A gun is held to his head, he stands still. The person tells him to turn around and have his hands where he can see them. Michael turns around to see Paul who is angry to see Michael. We hear Sheila scream for Michael as sge pretends to be Phyllis and has Michael convinced. Paul tells him it's not Phyllis but Sheila. Michael doesn't believe him as he looks on at Sheila's crocodile tears.

Phyllis is with Summer at Lauren's and tells her about the first fight she had with Nick.

Nick meets with his father who confronts him about lying about Brad's past. Nick defends himself stating Victor was ill and was away when Sharon was in trouble. Victor understands Nick had to act quickly but says Nick should've told him and that he's disappointed in Nick.

Jack tells Ashley about Abby figuring out about his friendship with Ji Min. Ashley replies Abby is a perceptive child. Jack requests Ashley to explain that Ji Min is there to talk business with Ashley. She refuses to lie to her daughter.

Lauren asks if Nick was hiding anything. Phyllis admits he was and she just found out about it. Lauren asks if she would like to talk about it, but Phyllis says she can't and that everything is fine now.

Michael calls Lauren to ask if Phyllis is there. Lauren says she is. Michael asks to speak to her. They talk and Michael asks her a very odd and uncomfortable question. He asks her about the time they were involved a couple years back when they used to have sex in his office. He asks where the best place in his office was. Phyllis is caught off guard, but replies the swivel chair. He agrees and ends the call. Phyllis tells Lauren he has a weird sense of humor while Lauren looks puzzled.

Michael is in disbelief as Sheila continues her attempt to convince him she is Phyllis. Paul tells her to shut up as Michael knows the truth. Michael is still in a state of shock as Paul explains how he found out Sheila is still alive. He talks about when Fen was born he went to buy a gift for him and ran into Phyllis buying baby clothes. Paul explains how he felt something was wrong and followed her to this place. He knew it was Sheila the moment he saw the place. Michael doesn't understand. Paul points it out to him. The place was built to look exactly like Fen's nursery!

Victor says Nick betrayed him just like the time he turned him in to the authorities. Nick denies betraying his father, stating he is his own man, he makes his own decisions and he stands up for what he believes.

JT calls Colleen and wants to meet her. She refuses saying they can meet later. Colleen has a big smile on her face seeing Adrian, he also smiles. They are sitting at a table in the coffeehouse and talk about how he has still not found a research assistant.

Lily arrives at NE looking for Daniel. She learns he went to run an errand. We see Amber kicking the tires on her car, as the tire is flat. Daniel comes and offers assistance as a relieved Amber feels Daniel is her hero!

Jack and Ashley continue to argue and he assumes her anger has to do with Victor. Jack talks about wanting to take advantage of his relationship with House of Kim and their market. He wants Ashley to go to Hong Kong for a couple weeks or months to help increase sales for Jabot. Ashley feels he wants to get rid of her like he did with Carmen and Billy.

Paul is continuing his conversation with Michael. He explains how he waited here for Sheila to return and when she did he confronted her. We see a flashback of Sheila arriving, Paul pointing a gun at her, and both pretending she is Phyllis. She pretends to be shocked at the place and the nursery. She talks about reporting it and it being creepy. She attempts to escape but Paul stops her. He has her up against the bars and the gun is to her throat. He reveals he knows she's Sheila and tells her to get behind the bars. Back to reality, we see Michael in disbelief looking at Sheila who has a smile on her face.

Lauren and Phyllis are getting ready to leave to go to the doctor's for the kids checkup but Lauren is making excuses again to go out. Phyllis picks up on her behavior and tries to get her to talk about it by asking if Michael helps out enough and if Lauren is getting enough rest. Lauren says she's fine and is okay with taking care of Fen, but Phyllis is concerned about her.

Michael continues looking at Sheila and the nursery – every detail is the same as his son's room. He realizes she was in his apartment and was going to kidnap his son. His shock turns to anger. He asks Paul why he never told him. Paul wanted to, but thought against it. He knows how Lauren is and talks about how Lauren somehow knew Sheila was near and was going to harm her and her child. He did it to protect Lauren as he did not want to see her in that state of mind again.

Daniel fixes Amber's tire. Amber says Lily is a really nice person as is Colleen. Amber digs information about Colleen and while Daniel gives a brief summary of Colleen texts Adrian who doesn't reply. Later, Amber is relieved when Daniel is finished fixing her tire. He says she needs to get a new tire and needs to get her car to a mechanic. Amber is still grateful to him as at least she can get her car moving. She wants to pay him but he refuses to take her money. Amber says she will have to find another way to repay him, he smiles.

Lily meets with Colleen. Colleen is upset, as Adrian wants to get rid of her. Lily and Colleen are shocked to see Daniel and Amber together, laughing!

Paul asks Michael not to tell a soul about what he knows, as no one except the two of them knows Sheila is alive. Michael doesn't know how he can keep this a secret, but Paul tells him to think of his son and wife, while Paul thinks of what to do with Sheila!

Ashley is lost in thoughts as Victor sees her. She admits she's been having a rough time. He asks if she would like to talk about it. She does. They go into his office and talk about production and her possibly going to Hong Kong. Victor knows something is wrong. Ashley says ever since her father's death things have been going wrong and there are things she doesn't approve of.

Jack is shown asking Ji Min to come over and talk business with Ashley in front of Abby.

Michael is back home, hugging Lauren and gets jumpy when Phyllis comes in. She asks if she doesn't get a hug too, so he hugs her and pulls her hair! Phyllis notices his behavior but Michael just says he is surprised to see her as he thought she was at the doctor's. Phyllis says neither one of them went as Lauren was not well so they rescheduled. Michael still looks like he's seen a ghost.

Sheila is shown looking in the mirror. She thinks she can escape saying she built this place and there must be a way out. Sheila's tone of voice quickly changes when she says shut up! She knows there is no way out, and she's stuck! She smiles!

Ashley continues her conversation with Victor; he knows whatever is bothering her has to do with Jack.

Jack and Nikki are talking business, well, mostly Jack. He's surprised that Nikki isn’t more pleased as NVP sales are high. Nikki voices her concern over her investment in Jabot as their sales were not at the mark.

Brad is at the coffeehouse with a feeling that someone is following him, watching him. He looks around him.

Colleen is in the process of packing her things, as JT realizes she really is moving out. She states she needs time, and this is for the best.

Nick is with Phyllis and Summer at NE. He tells her about his confrontation with Victor. She knows how much family loyalty means to Victor and he probably feels Nick betrayed him just like she felt. Nick states Phyllis forgave him though, and hopes his father does the same.

Ashley tells Victor there is something he needs to know. Victor says he understands what she's been through this past year with the Glo again disaster, her father's passing and Katherine selling Jabot. Ashley mentions Jack cutting the NVP-Jabot tie-in and hurting the business as well as a lot of people over a stupid photo and ad campaign. She doesn't agree with his decision and felt he overreacted. She attempts to tell him about Jack but he stops her. He gives her some sound advice, she hugs him and leaves.

Phyllis tells Nick she can never stay mad at him. Nick continues what he told his father about him being ill, but Victor stated that is an excuse. Phyllis can't believe Victor and calls him a hypocrite as he's done things behind people's back many times, including his kids and wife. She also talks about the conviction and what Victor has done in the past to Victoria's boyfriends.

JT asks Colleen what he did wrong and why she's moving out. She spaces out again thinking about Adrian and all the times they had together – their one night stand, him giving her book and their kisses. JT brings her back to reality and says she's been doing this a lot (spacing out). Colleen says she doesn't know how to tell him, she doesn't know what she wants anymore, she doesn't even know if she wants to be a couple anymore!

Brad reaches NE and tells Victoria about his fears and suspicion about being followed. Victoria thinks he's imagining but Brad says when he was driving over he saw a car behind him it was the same car he'd seen before. He wonders if Victor may have tipped someone off while he still had Brad under investigation.

JT is still puzzled and demands to know what is going on. Colleen uses her same old excuse about his job and secrecy. JT stops her and is pissed. He believes this has to do with Victoria, but Colleen denies it. She takes her things and is ready to leave, but JT grabs her and kisses her. She pulls away saying they won't make up and have sex, but JT says they don't have to and they can just have sex – and so they do!

Victor tells Nikki that Ashley almost told him the truth, but he stopped her. Nikki badmouths Ashley while Victor defends her saying it wasn't easy for Ashley to come to him and she was in pain. Nikki says if Ashley had spoken the truth it would've ruined their plans.Ashley is upset and tells Jack she almost told Victor the truth. Jack states whatever he's done; it has been for their family. Ashley says he did it for himself; he's selfish and it is like he sold his soul to the devil. She implies he killed Carmen to keep his secret and fears he will do the same to her. Jack flat out denies it, stating he didn't kill Carmen and isn't capable of murder. Ashley doesn't know what he is capable of anymore. Jack asks what she's going to do. Ashley says she won't be his puppet anymore, she will not lie for him anymore. Jack signals her to lower her voice and begs her not to do anything rash.

Victor is meditating while Nikki is thinking about what Jack has done. She says she and Ashley have one thing in common; they hate Jack for what he's done to Jabot and its shareholders. If Nikki didn't know any better she would feel Jack deliberately wants Jabot to fail. Victor wants Nikki to meditate with him as he seems calm and peaceful. He says it helps him to think.

Jack looks upset when Phyllis stops by. She notices his mood and says she has something to cheer him up. She shows him Summer. Jack's face lights up as he asks Summer if she remembers him – Uncle Jack.

Nick tells Brad he told Phyllis everything including the murder. Brad is pissed saying Phyllis could be in danger now and she could spill the beans about him. Nick says she won't and he had to tell her because she matters more to him than Brad's secret past!

Jack and Phyllis talk NVP while Phyllis looks at and sees deliveries coming in. Jack didn't want her to see, but she already has. He reveals what was supposed to be a surprise; he's building a nursery for Summer at NVP because Phyllis won't take her proper maternity leave. Phyllis is touched. She talks about the photos of Sharon and their disagreement. She's shocked when Jack says she was right and he was wrong! Jack says it takes him time, but when he sees something, he admits to it. He compliments Phyllis and her work ethics and is all ears to hear what she has to say. She looks happy.

Victor advises Ashley to accept the offer in Hong Kong as a favor to him!

Phyllis tells Nick she believes Jack's actions were sincere even though in the past he's been sneaky. Nick tells Phyllis he told Brad everything. Phyllis asks how that went.

Brad is angry and tells Victoria. He's shocked when Victoria defends her family by saying they are all in this mess because of him and he should back off!

JT begs Colleen not to leave, but does say she should do what makes her happy and no matter what, they are cool. Colleen takes out some of her things and puts them back.

Jack is shocked when Ashley reveals she's going to Hong Kong!

Nikki doesn't know and is shocked to learn Ashley accepted the offer. She asks what will happen to Abby. Victor doesn't know.

Victoria tells Nick he was stupid to tell Phyllis and he should hope that it doesn't come back to haunt any of them.

Brad and Phyllis have a confrontation as Phyllis says he put many people's lives in danger and everyone in that church could get in trouble with the cops. She says the Newmans may be able to get past what he's done but she won't! We see her leave and it seems like someone is following Brad!

Colleen has decided to remain at the loft. JT advises her to talk to someone about what is bothering her. Colleen says she can get over it by herself.

Amber is at the coffeehouse and Adrian joins her. She wants to meet up with him later, but Adrian states he has papers to grade. Amber is on the computer continuing her research on Katherine.

Katherine is shown having the same flashback of handing over the crying baby to another woman. It's like she's being haunted by them as Jill walks in. Jill is in a very good mood, has decided to have more fun in her life and she knows exactly who to have it with! She notices her mother's thoughts are far and tries to get her back to reality. Katherine is happy for her and says it's funny how everything can change in a moment. Jill is puzzled.

Nikki is at the ranch when the phone rings. The person wants to speak to Victor and refuses to give Nikki information about who they are. She gives the phone to Victor and gathers from what Victor is saying it has to do with Brad. Victor is trying to find out how the men who kidnapped Sharon really died.

Brad is in his office and nervous as he feels someone is looking at him. He keeps looking outside first seeing nothing but then seeing someone dressed in black pass by his office. He goes out, looks around him and feels someone's presence behind him. He turns around and holds the person by their neck – it's Victoria! As soon as Brad realizes he hugs her while Victoria wonders what's wrong.

Brad takes Victoria into his office to explain feeling like someone is following him again. Victoria thinks it's his imagination and he's just stressed out. Brad is positive someone is following him and then thinks about Abby's safety. But then he knows she's alright as Abby is with Ashley. Brad says they need to change their plans and stay at the AC tonight. He wants Victoria to bring her work there and stay with him. She refuses, but after Brad pleads, she agrees.

Katherine and Jill are talking when William calls. Jill takes the call while Katherine looks upset.

Brad and Victoria are working when Brad again notices someone watching him. He signals to Victoria to pretend they are going over sales figures while he goes out the door. A man is running away. Brad catches him and starts to beat him. Victoria is trying to stop him, but Brad continues and get the man in a chokehold demanding to know who he is or else he'll kill him! Victoria looks on both worried and stunned!

The man asks for some breathing room but Brad isn't ready to let go. The man breaks his silence and reveals he is a PI from Madison who was hired to follow Brad. Brad and Victoria ask who and why. The man doesn't want to reveal but Brad put the hold tighter. He reveals it was Victor Newman! Victoria realizes Brad was right all along.

Nikki and Victor continue talking as Nikki doesn't like the idea of Victoria knowing and being involved in the truth of how the kidnappers died. She gets a call from Katherine who sounds very troubled. Nikki asks if she told Jill the truth. Katherine says she can't. Katherine doesn't want to break Jill's heart and asks Nikki for help.

Colleen and JT are talking. She says her New Years resolution is to speak the truth to those she loves even if it means hurting them. JT changes the subject and says he's hungry and it was Colleen's turn to buy groceries. He looks in the fridge to see there's hardly anything there.

Adrian is helping Amber with her research about what the tarot card reader said. She's having no luck.

Katherine is attempting to tell Jill that Sylvia's words were right and her nightmares were very real – it was a memory. Jill consoles her mother and says she will listen to whatever she has to say but still believes it wasn't real. Nikki arrives. Jill says it's not a good time but Katherine explains she called Nikki over. Nikki goes to Katherine who says she feels terrible and hasn't told Jill yet. Jill overhears them and wants to know what it is. Jill worries her mother has a brain tumor or something that is making her have nightmares. Katherine begs Jill to just listen.

Colleen and JT arrive at the coffeehouse. While JT talks to Colleen her eyes are on the professor. She smiles as does Adrian. JT sees him. Adrian waves. JT wishes he would get out of their lives. Colleen says she may not be working for Adrian anymore, but he's still her professor and realizes she has a paper due and needs to get started. JT decides to get the order to go while Colleen continues smiling at Adrian. He's waving at her but quickly stops when he sees JT looking. JT says Colleen is busted. She gets scared, but JT is thinking something else. While JT steps away for a moment, Adrian meets Colleen and gives her a book. Amber and JT arrive and Adrian says the book is just a loan and JT should look at it sometime.

Brad and Victoria are at NE. She apologizes for doubting him and can't believe her father would do this as they explained what could happen.

With Nikki's support, Katherine begins to reveal the truth behind her nightmares. She talks to Jill about Phillip and nearly buying him from Jill. Jill is upset as she nearly sold her son and took the money. She blames herself. Jill is puzzled as to why her mother would bring this up now. Katherine says it is necessary. She has to take Jill back to that time.

Brad and Victoria arrive and confront Victor for hiring a PI to investigate Brad. They're both upset while Victor defends himself saying he doesn't like half truths and he wouldn't be able to live with himself if something happened to Victoria. Brad understands and stops Victoria before she can say anything. He decides it's time to tell Victor the entire truth and admits to killing two men! Brad and Victoria explain they were the men who kidnapped Sharon, and Brad did it in self-defense. He talks about one of the kidnappers being the son of the man who killed his family, and how the man joyfully talked about how his family was killed. Brad says if he had to do it again, he would. Victoria hopes her father understands now and feels that if anyone can understand it would be him.

Amber goes back to Adrian's place to use his laptop while he makes something for them to eat. She found interesting information on the search engine that led her to an adoption site about a boy looking for his birth mother and having an adoptive mother named Violet but she died before he could ever find his real parents. His name is "Mr. Searcher".

Jill is shocked as Katherine reveals the truth about the child they both love not being her son! Jill thinks her mother needs help or is on medication. Katherine and Nikki both say she is perfectly fine and sober. Katherine explains how back then she hated Jill, and was in a drunken rage. She couldn't bear the thought of Jill raising that little boy so she gave him away! She screams she gave Phillip away as Jill looks on completely stunned.

Victor has heard Brad's story and says he understands what Brad did and would've done the same if he was in Brad's position. Victoria thanks her father for understanding. Victor offers his help to Brad, saying they are in this together now. Brad says they are now allies!

Amber and Adrian begin making out just as "Mr. Searcher" replies to Amber's message.
