Paul is pacing up and down outside Maggie's room when he gets a call from Michael who asks how Maggie is doing. Paul says she's doing good, and asks how Michael is. Michael smiles as he looks at Lauren playing with Fen; he's doing very well. Paul informs Michael that Maggie is being questioned by a detective and asked her to keep Michael and Lauren out of it as he was the one who locked Sheila up. Paul has his doubts about Maggie though, as she herself is a cop.

Katherine is drinking tea when Jill walks in. Katherine gives her the good news about the kidnapping being over. Jill says she knows. Katherine says Sheila got exactly what she deserved for stealing those babies. Jill asks what Katherine deserves for doing the same thing to her. Katherine tries to avoid the question and wants to go to bed. Jill doesn't want her to and demands Katherine stay up all night with her!

Devon and Daniel are on their computer while Lily speaks to Colleen. She learns Colleen and Adrian are dating. Colleen doesn't see anything wrong with their profession or age as they like each other and that's all that matters. Lily has her doubts which upset Colleen, but Lily says she does support her and hopes she knows what she's getting herself into.

Cane arrives back at his place with Amber. She goes through his CD collection and realizes they have similar tastes. Amber sees a picture and gets worried that Cane has someone else in his life. But he says the woman is no one as he got the apartment fully furnished and the photo was left behind.

Michael tells Lauren about Maggie being interviewed by the detective. Lauren doesn't see anything wrong with that, but Michael says Sheila and Maggie were locked in that cell for awhile and Sheila is no stranger to over sharing. Lauren says there is no way Michael and Paul can be arrested while Michael breaks the news that Lauren can be too depending on what Maggie says.

Jill and Katherine continue arguing. Jill tells Katherine about getting old newspapers from the time Phillip was born to now and that she's hoping Katherine can go through them and remember something. Katherine understands why Jill would blame her as she blames herself for what she's done.

Cane and Amber flirt with each other before he leaves to get food.

Daniel and Devon look on as Lily and Colleen talk. Daniel wishes he could do something to help. Devon wants them to work it out on their own, but Daniel was referring to Devon's trial. Devon is still worried about it.

Lily tells Colleen about her obsession with Adrian and the fact that outside of bed, Colleen and Adrian have no relationship with each other. Lily also mentions the fact Colleen doesn't know anything about his family or friends. Colleen talks about keeping secrets – life or death ones. Lily is confused. Colleen says when she's with Adrian all her fears go away and she likes the person she is when she's with Adrian. Lily wants to know what secrets Colleen is referring to.

The detective has finished questioning Maggie and informs Paul about Maggie mentioning him. The detective would like to take Paul down to the station for questioning.

Colleen tells Lily everything and Lily is shocked. Lily can't believe Colleen would keep all of this to herself. Colleen admits she used to believe her father was overreacting, but now fears he was right. Lily says Colleen can stay with her as long as she wants. Colleen says nowhere is safe and she doesn't want to put her friends in danger. She talks about finding out what the artifact meant with Adrian's help, but him not knowing the real reason behind it. She also mentions the bug.

Katherine and Jill are on the couch looking through the papers when Esther walks in believing they were asleep upstairs. Esther continues to be nice to Katherine which irritates Jill who wants Esther to know the truth and understand her anger. Esther is confused.

Paul is at the police station and calls Michael who tells him not to say a thing as he's on his way. Lauren feels Michael shouldn't go, but he says Paul risked his life for them and now it's time to return the favor. Lauren asks why this is happening to them as she thought for one day they could be a family and not have to worry.

Amber calls Daniel for tips on how to impress Cane as she noticed he is into rugby and boomerangs. Daniel helps her out just as Cane walks in so she immediately ends the call. She screws up while trying to impress Cane, but he doesn't mind.

Esther learns the truth but comes to Katherine's defense. Jill is upset; she goes through articles and shows one of the days after her son was born. Jill begs Katherine to think. Esther suggests Katherine get hypnotized, but Jill doesn't buy it. Jill believes Katherine is choosing not to remember. Katherine can't help Jill and goes to bed, while Jill is upset.

Michael arrives and meets Paul. Paul feels he should've involved the FBI to avoid this whole mess while Michael tries to convince him otherwise. The detective along with Will arrive and begin the questioning.

Amber and Cane are eating when she receives a text from Daniel warning her not to have any sleepovers on her first date!

Devon notices Daniel text's to someone. Daniel tells him the truth about Amber wanting advice on how to impress Cane and feels sorry for Cane as Amber is using him. Devon isn't sure what Daniel is talking about so Daniel explains how Amber wants Cane to chase after her.

Will becomes suspicious of why Michael would rather be down at the police station than with Lauren and Fen. He explains Michael not being needed as all they wanted was a timeline of events regarding Sheila. Michael says he is fine.

Will asks how Paul knew where Sheila's cell was in the first place. Paul explains being a private investigator he needs to protect his sources. Will understands that, but doesn't understand why Michael and Paul are being so protective. Michael talks about what Sheila has done to his family, while Will reminds him of Tom Fisher, Sheila's accomplice from last time. Michael knows that and says if there was the slightest clue Sheila had an accomplish he would allow them to rip Paul to shreds and have every cop looking for that person. Will understands and doesn't have anymore questions. Michael thanks Will again for not prosecuting Lauren.

Paul and Michael go see Maggie who tells them what she told the cops. Maggie managed to cover for everyone. Paul feels guilty for almost getting Maggie killed, but Maggie says that was her fault as she went there with no backup. Michael thanks Maggie saying he owes her, she says he owes her nothing as now Sheila is dead!

Michael returns home and tells Lauren that it's over; Maggie was able to cover for all of them and they don't have to worry anymore.

Amber is ready to go home as she's learned Sheila is dead. She kisses Cane goodbye then goes out and texts Daniel. She followed his advice; Daniel laughs as Devon teases him.

Daniel and Lily are shown separately offering their support to both Devon and Colleen.

Katherine is running downstairs, yelling for Jill. Katherine tells Jill to wake up, as she remembers Violet's last name – Violet Montgomery!

Phyllis, Nick and Summer arrive at NE surprising Brad and Victoria who wish Phyllis had taken time off work due to her ordeal. Phyllis is determined to work and wanted to come and thank Jack personally for what he did for NVP.

Nikki and Victor look at the article in the paper about Jack exposing Senator Bodi. Nikki wants Victor to continue plotting to take Jack down as Victor always wins!

Sharon runs into Jack and congratulates him on what he's done with the Senator. Phyllis arrives with Summer and Jack gives her a hug as Nick arrives too, and like Sharon looks a bit uncomfortable with the hug.

Victoria fears what the people who bugged them heard and wonders if they bugged the office. Brad says both their home and NE was checked thoroughly; there is nothing to worry about. Brad wants to speak to Colleen as they left on bad term. Victoria says Colleen is in love and doesn't see things the way they do. Brad feels it's bad enough she's seeing Adrian, but to show him the code was foolish. Brad doesn't want Victoria to tell Colleen what they've been doing as they can't trust she'll keep her mouth shut.

Colleen arrives at Adrian's class and notices he's deciphering the code. She tells him to stop as he has better things to do, but he wants to do it.

Kevin, Michael and Gloria are at the police station with Jana's coat. Kevin begs the officer to find Jana, but the officer explains they have to file a police report first. Kevin is upset that the cops are not doing enough to help as the officer says it doesn't look like foul play and perhaps she doesn't want to be found.

Lauren arrives at the hospital asking about Jana then goes in to see Maggie to thank her for covering for everyone. Maggie is happy everyone is okay.

Kevin, Michael and Gloria go back home to check the Internet and hospitals as Michael speaks to Paul. Paul says Jana has not used her credit or debit cards. Kevin feels someone can't just vanish then gets a call from Lauren who says someone was just brought in matching Jana's description.

Victor congratulates Jack and tells him about an opening for a senator in Wisconsin!

Colleen and Adrian try to decipher the code. Adrian was hoping Colleen would say more about the inscription, but she continues to keep mum.

Victor helps Victoria decipher the rest of the code as Rebecca and Brad arrive. Together they find two more clues – Czech Republic and a grave!

Sharon and David have another run in; he talks about the kidnapping and is glad it had a happy ending. Sharon agrees all stories had that ending. He leaves while Sharon looks upset as she sees beautiful flowers pass by.

Sharon goes into a room where Nick is playing with Summer. She asks how his daughter is doing and Nick says Summer is completely unaffected by what has happened. Nick thanks Sharon for letting Noah spend time with them. Sharon didn't mind as Noah needed it and he too was affected by the ordeal. They speak about Phyllis and how emotional she seemed when she spoke to Jack. Nick asks Sharon about her Valentine Day plans with Jack.

Phyllis and Nikki are with Jack talking about the Senator. Nikki pretends to be all praise for Jack, while Phyllis is more sincere and says she is proud of him.

Michael and Kevin arrive at the hospital where the doctors are eager to know who the young woman is, but warn she's badly beaten. Keving goes another to check while Michael and Lauren thank Maggie for everything she's done. Kevin comes in later to call Gloria to say the woman found isn't Jana.

Nikki meets with Nick and says she's worried about him as she knows he was traumatized by the ordeal too. Nick admits he doesn't want to let his wife or daughter out of his sight again and asking where Phyllis is, learns she's with Jack.

Jack and Phyllis speak. There are tears in her eyes. She says she's okay, but Jack knows she isn't. She confides in him about no longer wanting a twin sister and how she felt seeing Sheila hold her daughter. Phyllis doesn't want to speak about the ordeal anymore. Sharon walks in and tells Phyllis it's good to have her back. Phyllis leaves to give them time alone. Jack tells Sharon he has to cancel their plans as he has to leave to testify against the Senator. He promises to make it up to her, but Sharon still looks upset.

Victor, Victoria, Rebecca and Brad continue to wonder what could be so important about a grave in the Czech Republic. Colleen and Adrian are at the same point Colleen's family is.

David introduces himself to Jack; he also praises Jack about the Senator as David knows the type of man Senator Bodi was.

Nikki confesses to Victor while Jack is not her favorite person, he is making NVP a success.

Gloria talks to William and wants him to help find Jana as she has a bad feeling.

Victoria finds a clue and shows Rebecca. Rebecca tells Victor, he decides to go to the Czech Republic!

Colleen leaves while Adrian begins his next class. He erases everything from the board.

Kevin returns home and Gloria tells him Will is going to get the police on the case.

Phyllis is with Summer when Nick walks in. She tells him about Jack, and how he's changed. He is no longer the person he used to be!

Jack is with David talking about politics as Victor looks on.

Nick gives Phyllis her Valentine's Day gift; a photo album of their wedding he made himself. Phyllis is touched, but she didn't get him anything.

Jack apologizes once again to Sharon for having to leave, but Sharon understands. He says he would rather be with her. Sharon says the citizens of Wisconsin need him more.

Victor meets with David and they speak about politics and David possibly representing Jack Abbott in the run for Senator!

Will tells Kevin and Gloria about finding blood by the lake, which could belong to Jana. Kevin wants to go look for her, but Will breaks the news to Kevin that the blood was enough that a person could not have survived!

Victoria decides to go with Brad and Victor, despite Brad being against it.

Daniel and Lily run into Amber, while Lily goes to get something, Amber asks Daniel his plans for Valentine's Day, he wants to go to the Athletic Club as his aunt runs the place and can hook them up. Amber suggests they go to Indigo, where he can dance with his wife the entire night and have fun! Devon and Lily arrive and agree to go to Indigo.

Lily goes to see Colleen, who is with Adrian. Lily wants to invite Colleen to hang out with them but she says she has to work, leaving Adrian smiling.

Neil gives Dru flowers for Valentine's Day; she asks Sharon what her plans are and learns Jack had to cancel. Dru thinks that sucks, but Sharon says that is alright. Dru says Sharon hasn't been with anyone post divorce and gives Sharon a flower from the bouquet she received. Sharon agrees joking around about if they make a sympathy card about that.

Neil arrives and both he and Dru invite Sharon to Indigo. Sharon refuses, saying she has plans – she is going to finish reading a book.

Amber, Daniel, Devon and Lily all arrive at Indigo. Amber goes to meet Cane who is busy working.

Sharon is eating chocolates, Brad meets her. He learns Jack is out of town, Sharon asks about him and Victoria. He says they have a lot of work to do, Sharon says he should cancel them and go out with Victoria.

Brad meets Victoria, he gives Victoria a rose. She also has one, they share a kiss.

Devon sets his eyes on a girl, Cane notices and helps him out. Unknowing to Devon, he gives the young lady a drink compliments of Devon! Amber notices but Cane asks her to keep quiet.

Sharon is at Crimson Lights and runs into David. She gives him a Valentine's cookie, from one divorcee to another. David feels they should make broken hearts for these occasions.

Despite Gloria advising Kevin not to confront Adrian because he has no proof. Kevin confronts Adrian and once again Colleen opens her mouth accusing Kevin of doing something to Jana. She says Kevin has always been out of his mind. Gloria tells Colleen she isn't perfect and has done things she will regret (Gloria refers to Adrian). Colleen is her snobby self as Gloria and Kevin leave.

Kevin thinks this would've been his first Valentine's Day with Jana and what he had planned for them.

Devon and Monique meet up. They hit if off well, Devon thanks Cane.

Daniel gives Lily a gift certificate to get her car detailed, he seems very serious about the gift but then gives Lily her real gift - a purse she has wanted.

Dru and Neil arrive at Indigo and love the turnout. They notice Devon has met a girl, and are happy.

Sharon and David talk about Carmen and how tough it must be to hear about her death. Sharon realizes how much David really loved Carmen. David talks about his regret for not being there for her, and is hoping the justice system works. Sharon says Devon is innocent and so is Dru. David knows Sharon will stand by her friend. David realizes they have a lot in common and both want the same thing – the truth about Carmen's murder.

Colleen and Adrian exchange Valentine's Day gifts and then have sex!

Daniel helps Amber once again with Cane but is honest with Lily this time around.

Cane becomes jealous believing Amber has another man.

Kevin tells JT about Jana's disappearance, but Kevin isn't convinced JT will help him as all he thinks about is Colleen.

David and Sharon are at NE; they had a good time and agree to meet up again. David has some more work to do while Sharon plans on going home. She is about to leave when Brad arrives and asks to speak to her. He requests they speak in her car so no one can hear. Sharon is hesitant but agrees. Brad tells her about the trip and wants her to be careful. Sharon feels the trip is a bad idea and they should just contact the authorities. Brad has his hand near Sharon and tells her not to worry. Sharon says she will worry until she knows he's safe. Sharon holds his hand as Victoria walks by, she knocks on the window startling them. They are out of the car now. Sharon wishes them the best on their trip, she leaves while Brad tries to defend himself to Victoria who doesn't want to hear it.

Kevin is determined to find Jana.

Adrian goes to shower while Colleen gets a bottle of water. She looks for a glass in the cupboard and accidentally knocks over something. She is shocked at what she sees; Jana's hair extensions and Carmen's driver license!

Kevin is upset that much cannot be done to find Jana due to the weather. Kevin takes out his anger on Will saying the blood will be on his hands as Gloria tries to calm him down. Kevin says it took a favor to help them find out it was Jana. Will tells Michael there was so much blood it was impossible for anyone to survive.

Colleen stares at Carmen's driver's license and hearing Adrian is still in the shower, quickly changes into her clothes.

Dru and Neil continue celebrating Valentine's Day at home.

Cane and Amber are talking when her cell interrupts. He wants to make a bet with her; go one hour without using her cell, as he believes she's addicted to it. Amber agrees.

Jill is upset that Katherine tracked her down at the coffeehouse, but Katherine says Paul has some news. Jill can't wait until tomorrow and wants Paul to meet them now. Katherine stops her, saying she already asked Paul to meet them. Jill snaps, saying her mother tortured her all this time knowing Paul was coming.

Amber tells Cane about speaking to an attorney regarding his visa problem. The attorney said Cane can either get a Geophysics degree, or marry an American citizen. He smiles as he teases Amber about being desperate to marry him.

Kevin is questioned by police and is upset when he gets the feeling the cops believe he did something to Jana. Will does admit that because of the rumors about Kevin's past, they are suspicious. Michael, Lauren and Gloria say they are wrong; Kevin has been worried sick about Jana and his past has nothing to do with it. Kevin asks why he would go to the cops if he was the one to do something to Jana and tells them about Adrian being the last to speak to her.

Colleen is dressed and she leaves very fast. Adrian comes out of the shower, puzzled until he sees the front door open and looks for her outside but she's gone.

Dru thinks she hears something in the living room and asks Neil to go see. Neil returns and says no one was there. Dru doesn't seem convinced.

Amber tries to turn off her phone but Cane says part of the bet is to leave the phone on. He lies and says he needs to get something from the stockroom, but he's really going to call Amber to see if she answers her phone. She doesn't.

Colleen is now in the garage trying to unlock her car, but someone walks up from behind and chloroform's her!

Despite Michael being against the search, Kevin gives the police permission to search his place.

Paul tells Jill and Katherine that JT had another case to work on so he's helping out. He informs them he found a woman named Violet Montgomery; unfortunately she died two weeks after Phillip's birth.

Cane taunts Amber as she receives a text. He tries to touch her, but she warns him saying if he'd like to keep his fingers he won't touch her.

Paul gives Katherine a copy of the obituary; she confirms it's Violet – the woman she gave Jill's baby to.

Kevin tries to reach Jana without luck. He wants to go with the police to search his place, but they won't let him while Michael says he'll witness the search. When they leave, Kevin is with Lauren and Gloria feeling that if he was a Newman they would've searched for Jana before she was missing. Gloria says Will has helped them a lot, but Kevin feels they lost an entire day due to the fact no one took him seriously. Lauren understands, she knows it's not an excuse, but does say many were caught up with Sheila. Kevin tells them about Adrian fighting with Jana at the coffeehouse and believing he did something to her.

Jill wonders why a woman would meet another woman in the bar and want to exchange children. Jill reads the obituary and learns Violet died of complications of pneumonia and had an older brother.

Amber wins the bet and learns it was Cane who sent the text. They share a kiss then Amber once again plays hard to get.

Michael and Will return. They didn't find anything but Will does ask about Jana's scrapbook. They all say Jana was fascinated with murders and always asked about Carmen's murder. Will wants to keep the book and returns Kevin's keys. He'll be in touch and leaves. Gloria wonders if Jana found a clue in Carmen's murder but everyone doubts it. Michael says the cops don't have much to go on and it's going to be rough.

Dru has a nightmare about David slashing her tires and then sees Carmen doing the same thing. Later, she sees Carmen in her bedroom and screams. Neil calms her down saying it was a bad dream but Dru is positive it wasn't.

Jill and Katherine would like to know where the child they raised came from.

Amber and Cane walk into the coffee shop and Amber notices the flyers about Jana's disappearance.

Adrian arrives home and sees the police along with Will. He pretends not to know Jana disappeared. Will finds it odd that Adrian would go for a jog so late at night; they want to know what he was arguing with Jana about. He agrees to speak to them and lets them into his place.

Kevin is determined to find Jana and wants to confront Adrian one more time. Michael tries to stop him, but Kevin says he will make Adrian tell him!

Amber goes over to say hi to Jill and Katherine and tells Katherine about the spring collection arriving. She notices the article about Violet Montgomery and gives them flyers on Jana while picking up the article.

Michael is finally able to stop Kevin from going after Adrian. They go back inside their apartment and Kevin asks everyone to leave him alone.

Adrian says Jana was spreading false allegations about him. He admits he found a body but it being ruled a suicide. He said Jana twisted it in her own way. Adrian admits to confronting Jana, saying he spoke calmly to her, but after a while he did get irritated. He says he left after he wasn't getting anywhere with her, but doesn't know if anyone saw him leave. He takes away some files a cop was going through and says without a search warrant he doesn't want them searching his place. Will seems suspicious and says he'll be in touch. After they leave, Adrian looks nervous like he got a lucky break this time around.

Colleen is shown on a floor unconscious while Jana is shown in the same room looking frightened as she stares at Colleen.

JT sees Adrian leave and knocks on his door assuming Colleen is inside. She isn't. JT tries calling her but it goes straight to voicemail. He saw her car in the garage, but there's no sign of her and he wants to make sure she's safe as he promised Brad.

Lily worries about Colleen as she never came home last night and fears Colleen is getting herself in too deep with Adrian.

Colleen awakens, but is a little weak. She wakes Jana up who asks if she's alright. Colleen wants to know where they are and who did this. Jana says Adrian did and he's been holding prisoner too!

Adrian is at the coffeehouse reading the article about Jana's blood being found by the lake.

Lauren is also reading the article to Kevin. He's upset and wants to offer a reward for Jana's safe return. Lauren and Michael offer up $10,000 while Gloria offers to put up whatever is in her bank account. Kevin is grateful and leaves. Gloria wonders if they'll ever find Jana.

Katherine tells Jill about finding Violet's brother who lived in Australia. Amber overhears.

Michael is on the phone with Will while Kevin tells Lauren and Gloria he's going out for some air. After Michael is through with his call and learns Kevin left, he already knows where Kevin is going!

Lily and Daniel ask Adrian where Colleen is. He says he hasn't seen her since last night. Later, JT questions Lily and Daniel who refuse to speak about Colleen's personal life, but JT tells them this is serious. Daniel says Colleen didn't come home and Adrian says he hasn't seen her either.

Colleen is trying to find a way out as Jana tells her it's hopeless! Colleen regrets not listening to JT, or her father, saying she trusted Adrian, she thought he loved her. Jana understands Colleen didn't believe her, nor did anyone else when she spoke about Adrian.

Jill is overjoyed at the possibility she could soon find her son.

Amber talks to a travel agent about a flight to Las Vegas, but wants it to be flexible so she can leave whenever she wants. Amber's eyes pop out after learning about the cost of two tickets!

Kevin confronts Adrian but Michael stops him before he can do anything. Kevin admits he wanted to beat the crap out of Adrian for what he did to Jana, he begs Adrian to tell him where Jana is. Kevin says if Jana is unharmed, they won't do anything to Adrian ort go to the cops. Adrian understands where Michael and Kevin are coming from, but continues to say he's innocent. Michael says he will have Adrian investigated and if they find anything out about him, he will be arrested.

Colleen tells Jana about finding her hair extensions and necklace along with Carmen's driver license; she doesn't understand why Carmen was involved. Jana tells her about a portfolio containing the Newman Art Collection. Colleen says that was stolen from Victoria's car. Jana says Adrian and Carmen witnessed it and when Adrian found out he wanted to shut her up permanently! Colleen believes it's hopeless as they are locked in a refrigerator, but Jana tells her Adrian has an accomplice; a man who has been asking her about some sort of inscription. Jana is clueless but Colleen knows what they are after and realizes her father was right all along.

JT searches Adrian's apartment and finds an earring.

Amber asks Daniel about a pawn shop where she plans on pawning her ring!

Lily and Daniel ask Adrian about Colleen and learn she wasn't in class. They want the truth as to where she is as her car was found in his garage. They say JT saw it. Adrian calls Colleen and says he is going to look for her.

Colleen wants some water and Jana is about to get it when she hears footsteps. A man comes in; the same one who planted the bug in Brad's home. Jana tries to go after him, but he stun guns her. He demands Colleen tell him about the inscription, but she swears she knows nothing. He warns her he will be back and wants the truth or else.

Daniel and Lily are at Michael's; Kevin tells them about going to the lake and seeing Jana's blood. He breaks down. He hoped he would find a clue, hoped that maybe the cops missed something, but he didn't.

Adrian returns and finds JT in his home. He's upset that JT broke into his home and even more upset that he's being accused once again of having something to do with someone's disappearance. JT says Colleen was last seen there and her car is in the garage. Adrian does not know what has happened, but says he is innocent.

Jana is weak but awake. Colleen tells her about the inscription. Colleen agrees to help Jana fight, but Jana wants to tell the man what they know. Colleen says as soon as those people know, she and Jana are dead. The man returns. Colleen guards a weak Jana and refuses to speak about the inscription. He threatens to hurt Jana once again, but Jana says she will say everything Colleen said. Colleen begs her not to, but the man drags her away while Colleen screams.

Amber meets Cane and tells him the immigration officer is there. She covers for him, while Cane looks afraid. He is able to escape this time as Amber says she'll walk the officer out. She takes out an envelope and gives it to the officer! She set the entire thing up!

Lily, Daniel, Lauren, Gloria and Michael try to reassure Kevin they can find Jana; she's a fighter. Kevin is thinking something and says he's going for a drive.

Amber and Cane agree to get married!
