Sharon visits Dru in the psych ward. She's got with her brownies she baked with Noah. Dru isn't her usual self; she's looking sad and tired; she doesn't want to be there. Sharon needs to get back to work and feels bad when she leaves Dru abruptly.

Neil and Devon are in disbelief as they've found a young woman looking exactly like Carmen. Neil wants answers from David.

Brad is at work which takes Victoria by surprise. She learns Traci is with Colleen who Brad says is keeping Adrian from seeing Colleen. Brad wants to have a talk with Adrian, but Victoria advises him to think about it as they were wrong about Adrian before.

Phyllis reads the news about Kevin being innocent and Jana being the one behind the murders and attempted murder. Phyllis' first thought is to call Michael but she decides against it. Nick knows how hard it was for Phyllis to learn what Michael did and understands that it has to hurt her not having Michael at her wedding. Phyllis puts on a brave face saying she doesn't need them and her wedding day will be the happiest day of her life.

Jack shocks Phyllis when he announces he's running for senate which means Phyllis will be taking on more work than usual but she doesn't mind. Nick doesn't look happy, but Nikki and Victor are that their plan is working.

David pretends that he just met Ines (Carmen's cousin) and didn't know she was in GC. Ines plays along. Neil doesn't buy it and explains what has happened to Dru as a result of Ines being in town and wants her to accompany him to the hospital where they can prove that Dru is not crazy. Ines agrees and David wants to come too but Victor wants him at NE right away.

Victoria is taken by surprise that Jack is running for senate but is even more surprised when Phyllis asks her to be a bridesmaid at her wedding!

Nick and Sharon are in the break room. He wants Noah to spend the night with him, but Sharon says he has a sleepover tonight. Nick says their son is quite popular while Sharon talks about when Noah will start being into girls. Jack walks in and Sharon is happy that Jack is running for the senate while Nick is obviously not. Jack tells Sharon he will understand if she doesn't want to be in the limelight, but Sharon says she doesn't mind.

Neil and Devon bring Ines to see Dru. She's shocked at the resemblance to Carmen. Ines agrees to be at Dru's hearing to prove Dru is not crazy. Dru talks about the incidents that have happened to her; she wants Ines to admit she had something to do with them but Ines is clueless. Dru wants to go after her but is held back as Neil makes Ines go with Devon while he tries to calm Dru down.

Phyllis asks Nikki to be her matron of honor. Nikki accepts and they speak about Jack. Phyllis believes in Jack and knows Nikki's motives for supporting Jack are because he will have less to do with NVP.

Victoria and Nick speak about Phyllis and the wedding. She says Nick really lucked out this time and is happy that his family has accepted Phyllis. Victoria says there wasn't much to compare to. Nick realizes how deeply Victoria hates Sharon.

Brad runs into Sharon and she tells him she's thinking of going to Nick and Phyllis' wedding as Jack wants to go and they are a couple. Brad doesn't understand why either she or Jack would want to go. Brad understands that Sharon would go for Noah, but he knows her well and knows it will be torture and Nick has put her through enough of that.

Victoria admits ever since Nick told her about the kiss she can't get it out of her mind and says she caught them in a car again supposedly talking before their trip. Victoria apologizes to Nick for not telling him, but Nick says it's okay as he already got into it with their father. Plus, he blames Brad. Victoria says it bothered her when Sharon was able to comfort Brad about Colleen in ways she couldn't. Nick keeps joking around about what Brad and Sharon share, not taking what they have seriously. Nick says Sharon is dating Jack now, but Victoria still has her doubts as she feels Sharon should be backing off and wonders if Brad is in love with Sharon. As they speak, Brad and Sharon walk in together which ticks her off.

Nick notices Victoria's reaction and he's annoyed himself when Brad and Sharon talk about Jack running for senate. Brad and Nick are against it while Sharon has faith in Jack.

Ines changes her mind about helping Dru. She feels that the person she met is the same person who attacked Carmen on the videotape.

Brad wants no part of the press conference and walks away while Nick, Phyllis, Sharon, Nikki, Victor and David attend the conference. Nikki and Phyllis are shocked when Jack announces he's selling NVP land to promote himself, which doesn't seem to bother Victor.

Victor confronts Jack about his announcement and not consulting his colleagues. Jack replies he had his reasons and it was his land to sell. Victor gives him advice: in politics never make assumptions!

Phyllis and Nikki fume over what Jack has done. They are fed up with the fact Jack does things behind their backs which has a direct effect on their company. They agree it's time to put a stop to Jack's actions regarding their company!

Cane and Amber return to his place. He's overwhelmed by the fact he has found his family.

Jill is also overwhelmed and Kay is happy to see her daughter happy. Kay is worried though that they found Cane too easily and wants both Jill and Cane to take a DNA test. Jill refuses to humiliate Cane like that and states she knows Cane is her son. She continues to show her bitterness towards Kay for taking her son away from her all those years ago.

Cane is grateful to Amber for helping him out, but wants the marriage annulled. He admits to doing research and says since he was too drunk to remember it is possible to get their marriage annulled.

Adrian is at the boutique buying a present for Colleen. As he leaves, he runs into JT who is out on bail. JT is also buying a gift for Colleen. Lauren is cold towards JT when he asks about Kevin. Lauren is surprised he would ask that question as JT admits he made a mistake and was wrong. Lauren says he was, and says Kevin is doing well physically, but not emotionally.

Kevin is back to work at the coffeehouse when he learns from Michael that JT is out on bail. He's upset. Michael says JT may lose his investigative license and Kevin wants to pursue the matter.

Colleen is with Lily and Daniel at Jack's place. Daniel and Lily tease Colleen over Adrian and are glad that Brad won't be there to stop Adrian from visiting her. While Daniel gets something for Colleen to drink, Colleen admits to Lily that she is not sure she's completely over JT, but has feelings for Adrian. Daniel answers the door. It's Adrian so Daniel and Lily decide to give them privacy and leave.

Jack shows Victor his plans for NVP; Victor is impressed and gives Jack his support!

Colleen apologizes to Adrian for doubting his innocence; Adrian looks upset but understands.

Amber confides in Daniel about her marriage soon ending. Daniel feels Cane is a jerk as he just used Amber for sex. Amber says Cane is just confused and talks about Cane finding his birth mother – Jill! Daniel advises Amber that all the money in the world does not matter if Cane is just going to jerk her around. Amber requests Daniel's help.

Nikki is shocked when Victor says he is supporting Jack as his project has merit. Nikki is sick of this; she wants to expose Jack and be rid of him while Victor is against it. Nikki and Victor's disagreement leads to Nikki accusing Victor of becoming Jack as he's doing exactly what Jack used to do with Jabot which ultimately went down and Nikki refuses to let the same thing happen to her company!

Jack runs his plan for NVP by Phyllis who seems to like it.

Cane walks in as Daniel and Amber put their plan in action. Daniel says it's Cane's loss and pretends to give Amber the phone number of one of his friends. He leaves while Cane goes over to Amber. He's glad that she's wasting no time moving on.

Michael runs into Phyllis who continues to shut him out. Michael apologizes and asks what he can do to make things right. Phyllis says there is nothing he can do.

Colleen loves Adrian's gift and as they're about to kiss the doorbell rings. It's JT. Adrian decides to leave, surprising Colleen who thanks him once again for stopping by. Colleen thanks JT for helping save her life and asks if he saw Kevin. JT knew she would ask that. Colleen asks why he hurt Kevin. JT explains he lost it, assumed the worst in what he saw on the surveillance video, and just went after Kevin. JT admits to being wrong while Colleen feels bad for Kevin. JT says he may have a lot of time to think about what he did as he may be going to prison.

Amber's plan works as she and Cane head back to his place and have sex!

Nikki runs into Phyllis and voices her anger over Victor supporting Jack's proposal. Nikki realizes Phyllis supports Jack and is pissed. Phyllis explains Jack's proposal saying it makes sense while Nikki continues to be against it. Nikki accuses Phyllis of making this personal as Jack delivered Summer. Phyllis gets upset saying it's not personal - it's business. Victor overhears their argument and is happy Phyllis supports Jack while Nikki seems to have lost it as she walks away talking to herself.

Michael and Lauren talk about Phyllis; they miss her and Michael fears Phyllis will never forgive them.

JT apologizes to Kevin for what he did. Kevin doesn't want to hear it. He wants JT to know exactly how it feels to be viewed as a criminal.

Amber calls Daniel saying the plan was a success and shows her gratitude to Daniel in a very interesting way. She sends him a picture of her, most likely a nude one. Daniel is quick to close his cell when Lily arrives.

Cane visits Jill and is offended when Jill requests a DNA test. His offense moves to bitterness as he states Jill gave him away and he leaves while Jill looks heartbroken.

Kevin visits Colleen who begs him to forgive JT. Colleen knows Kevin has changed while Kevin says he hasn't changed that much. Colleen says JT helped saved Kevin's life. Kevin feels if Adrian wasn't there, JT would have watched him die. Colleen admits JT was dead wrong for hurting Kevin, but feels JT has his whole future ahead of him. Colleen asks what she can do to change Kevin's mind. Kevin reminds her that she hated him for four years, kept reminding everyone in GC about what he did, and continually wanted him to pay for hurting her. Kevin wants JT to go through the same thing; he apologizes to Colleen but wants JT to pay!

Jill takes out her anger on Kay for going along with the plans to get a DNA test. Jill doesn’t blame Cane for reacting the way he did. Cane is with Amber, he's hurt over Jill's request. Amber tries to give him hope but Cane would rather go back home. Amber is able to convince him to hear Jill out as she believes no mother would want to give their child up just like that.

Michael and Neil are discussing Dru's competency hearing. Michael says they don't need Ines to testify but it would help a great deal if David testified. Neil will try. Michael gets a call; Dru's hearing has been moved up by an hour. Neil views this as a good thing.

Phyllis and Nick are at the coffeehouse discussing Jack's plan. She's able to convince him that the plan is a good one and Nick gives her support!

Nikki and Victoria are against Victor supporting Jack's project, but Victor's mind is made up.

Brad and Traci are with Colleen at Jack's. Traci and Brad's attitude changes when Adrian walks in with lecture notes so Colleen won't fall behind. He's about to leave when Colleen stops him saying she had some questions and requests her parents leave her alone. Jack realizes something is going on. Brad and Traci stay and Adrian feels uncomfortable. After awhile Adrian decides to leave. Jack shows him out and is kind to him. Colleen blasts her parents for their treatment towards Adrian and says she isn't a child anymore. Brad wants Colleen to move back home, but she refuses. Jack says Colleen can live with him. Brad's against it as he feels Jack will be too busy, but Colleen takes Jack up on his offer.

Jill meets with JT at the coffeehouse and JT learns that Paul found Jill's son. JT is shocked to learn it's Cane and tells Jill to get a DNA test to be sure.

Cane goes to the Chancellor estate, but Jill's not home. Katherine wants him to stay and explains she is the one who urged Jill to get a DNA test and whatever has occurred in Cane's life is a result of what she did!

Brad and Jack are at NE where Brad rips into Jack about Colleen. Jack says Colleen was clear she didn't want to stay with Brad so he thought it would be a good idea. Brad thought so at first, but fears Jack will allow Adrian to see Colleen. Jack learns about Colleen and Adrian's relationship and tells Brad to give it time. Brad fears Colleen will end up the same way Traci did.

Traci reveals to Colleen what happened to her when she got involved with her professor. Traci fears Colleen's relationship with Adrian will end in heartbreak just like hers did. Colleen learns that her mother was pregnant and miscarried; she also learns her mother tried to kill herself. Colleen has faith that Adrian wouldn't do that to her, but Traci worries it could happen and wants Colleen to think about what she's doing.

Phyllis returns to work and gets into a disagreement with Victoria and Nikki as both are against Jacks plan.

Nick voices his support for Jack to his father and wants to make Victor proud of him again. Victor is happy to hear that.

David runs into Ines at the boutique and talks about Neil's request for him to testify at Dru's hearing. David says it would be suspicious if he didn't and says he has to win people over.

As JT and Jill speak, Adrian walks in. Jill notices JT's hatred for Adrian. She learns too that Colleen's relationship with Adrian goes beyond student-teacher. When Jill has to take a call, JT goes over to speak to Adrian. He wants to know how Adrian could be the same person who turned in another professor for having an affair with a student can turn around and have one himself. Adrian says he isn't perfect and advises JT to concentrate more on his case than Adrian.

Katherine reveals all to a shocked Cane. Cane is upset, saying he grew up without parents because of what Kay did. Kay wants Cane to hate her, blame her, Cane feels that won't do any good. Kay tells Cane to get the DNA test.

Jack doesn't seem pleased when Phyllis says Nick will be working with them on the project.

Nick and Victoria argue over Jack's plan and soon Nikki and Victor join in. Jack walks in and says the zoning board has cleared the way for the project to go through. Nikki and Victoria are not happy!

Dru's hearing gets underway with Devon taking the stand first. Devon is shocked when he sees David walk in, as is Lily. After Devon testifies, David is up.

Jill goes to the boutique and asks Amber about Cane. Amber admits Cane was hurt but tells Jill to give him time. Jill feels guilty over the way she handled things with Cane as she knows she went about it all wrong.

Brad rants to Victoria about Jack who advises him to lighten up as Colleen will only be pushed further away. Brad is upset because he has always been close to Colleen and now there's a strain in their relationship. Victoria says there comes an age when children stop listening to their parents. Nikki walks in and teams up with Brad and Victoria to stop Jack's plan.

Jack is happy that he has Nick, Phyllis and Victor's support, but all are shocked when Brad, Victoria and Nikki walk in saying they are going to have a board meeting putting Jack's plan to a vote. Victor is not pleased.

Jill and Amber go back to the Chancellor estate where Jill apologizes to Cane for what she did. Cane understands completely, they hug as Cane agrees to take the test.

David testifies on behalf of Dru and admits Ines looks exactly like Carmen and if Dru were to see her she wouldn't be able to tell the difference. After David finishes his testimony he's shocked to see Ines as is everyone else!

Adrian tells Colleen that someone reported their relationship to the dean, we see JT, Brad, and Traci separately.

Cane and Amber go back to his place. Amber is in disbelief over what Katherine did and wonders whose child Jill raised. Cane doesn't know but is willing to take a DNA test for Jill's sake; he hates Katherine for what she has done. Cane is happy that he has found his birth mother, and Amber is upset that Cane is still planning on going through with the annulment.

Dru is on the stand giving her testimony. Michael asks her to explain the other incidents that occurred in her life. Dru explains her tires being slashed, clothes being shredded, and the prank calls. She believes she was being stalked and is convinced it was Carmen after seeing her many times. Michael shows a picture of Carmen to the judge and then points out Ines saying she is a dead wringer for Carmen and Dru had reason to believe it was Carmen.

Phyllis, Nikki and Victoria are at the boutique and are not on good terms as they continue to argue over Jack's decision. Nikki accuses Phyllis of allowing herself to be manipulated by her ex husband, but Phyllis denies it and asks not to get into it as she's there to shop for her wedding. Phyllis and Lauren are surprised to see each other as Phyllis was told by Lily that Lauren wouldn't be there. Phyllis explains she's there to pick up a dress order she placed a while back and gloats to Lauren about Nikki and Victoria being in her wedding. Lauren feels bad, but kind of brushes it off by going to get Phyllis' order.

Dr. Lynch testifies on behalf of Dru. He admits to believing she was delusional but now that he has seen Ines with his own two eyes he knows he was wrong. Dr. Lynch states Dru does not need to be in the psych ward anymore but does recommend she continue therapy. The judge takes a break and Dru believes she has won, but Michael notices Ines speaking to Sinclair (the other lawyer). Sinclair comes over and says she wants to call Ines as a witness. Michael is completely against it.

Phyllis wants to go with a vintage wedding gown while Nikki and Victoria slam into her again. Lauren witnesses this and tries to give her advice but Phyllis doesn't want it. Phyllis says she wants the vintage dress and that's final.

Adrian confronts JT at the coffeehouse as he believes JT is the one who reported him and Colleen to the dean. Adrian says JT doesn't know Colleen at all and their relationship is more than a fling. JT feels Adrian is getting exactly what he deserves.

Colleen visits her father at NE and confronts him about her belief that he or her mother reported her relationship with Adrian to the dean. Brad doesn't admit nor does he deny it. He does admit not believing Adrian is a bad guy but doesn't feel Adrian is right for Colleen. Brad wants to know if Colleen loves Adrian. She doesn't know yet, but she does know she wants to be with him. Colleen knows how much her father loves her, and reminds him of what he told her while she was in the hospital. He told her how he used to concentrate on all the wrong things and he is still doing that now. Brad seems to understand where Colleen is coming from and offers to go with her to the dean.

Amber confides in Daniel over Cane wanting to go through with the annulment. Later, Daniel helps Amber once again with Cane!

Ines testifies against Dru explaining how Dru accused her of slashing her tires, shredding her clothes, and how Dru tried to come after her. David is smiling while Dru looks pissed! Michael questions Ines and accuses her of wanting revenge/justice for what was done to her cousin as she believed Dru had killed Carmen. Sinclair and the judge stop Michael, saying he has no proof. Michael is finished with his questioning and Ines steps down.

Lauren and Phyllis go at it again with Lauren once again apologizing for what she's done. Nikki and Victoria notice that something is not right with Lauren and Phyllis and offer to meet Phyllis back at the office. Lauren says that won't be necessary as Phyllis was just leaving.

Brad confronts JT believing JT is the one who turned Colleen and Adrian in. JT asks if Brad did, but Brad denies it while JT denies the same. Brad wants JT to find out who did. JT doesn't want to, but Brad demands he do it as Colleen is being affected as a result.

Colleen and Adrian both have meetings with the dean but at different times. Colleen tells Adrian about what happened to her mother as the story is similar to the student who committed suicide at Adrian's previous school. Adrian can now understand why Traci might report them. Colleen wants to talk to her mother but Adrian advises her against it as he believes the person who reported them will not admit to it.

Cane looks upset that Amber may be going out of his life for good and finally admits to her that he is falling in love with her. Amber is happy and they share a kiss.

The judge rules for Dru to be released from the psych ward. Dru is grateful to Michael and thanks him with a hug. She then hugs her family and looks on at Ines and David neither one whom look happy.

Colleen wants to lie to the dean but Adrian advises her against it as it won't solve their problems. He also fears it would only make things worse for Colleen. Adrian wants to resign from the university.

Ines and David are outside the courtroom. Ines fears they will be linked to the incidents that occurred with Dru. David promises Ines that won't happen and Ines leaves. David goes back in the courtroom saying he didn't know about Ines and Dru was right all along. Dru also apologizes for her behavior towards David and he accepts.

Michael is at the boutique with Lauren. He learns about Lauren's fight with Phyllis. Lauren doesn't blame Phyllis but can't help but feel hurt.

Nikki and Phyllis once again argue at NE. Nikki tells Phyllis she did not appreciate being a part of Phyllis and Lauren's fight and Phyllis should have taken it behind closed doors. Phyllis accuses Nikki of being a hypocrite and tells Nikki if she wants to argue about loyalty she should be going to her son and husband. Nikki says her family is forever, while business partners aren't!

Amber thanks Daniel for helping her once again and wants to make it up to him by telling him about a website. She states it's one of those sites where you meet people. Amber gives Daniel her account name and password so he won't have to sign up.

Colleen tells Adrian not to resign as she plans on lying to the dean. Adrian says the lies will begin to pile up. Colleen wants to know what will happen to them. Adrian does not know, but he wants to do what is best for Colleen.

Jack shows Sharon his plans for NVP and she's impressed. Sharon asks how he plans on running for office and work on the project. Jack explains having Nick and Phyllis' support. Sharon is a bit surprised with Nick's involvement and asks if NVP can finance such a project. Jack explains Victor is financing it and Nick is a part of NE. Sharon wonders if the board of directors have a say. Jack is confident things will go his way as he has Victor's support, but Sharon looks skeptical. Scenes are shown with Nick, Phyllis, Brad and Victoria separately trying to convince people about being for or against Jack's proposal.

Daniel looks completely stressed out from work, school, and his essay paper. He decides to check out the site Amber told him about and realizes it's a site with Amber and quickly switches sites when Devon walks in.

Lily is with Colleen relieved that her family can finally move on with their lives while Colleen's mind is somewhere else. Colleen tells Lily about someone reporting her relationship with Adrian to the dean. Lily is shocked and wonders who could do that and what it means for Colleen and Adrian.

Phyllis overhears when Victoria speaks to one of the members for the board of directors and they argue once again. Victoria accuses Phyllis of coaxing Nick into siding with her and warns her to stay out of Newman family business. Phyllis says she's a Newman. Victoria says she only married one! Phyllis denies coaxing Nick into anything saying he has his own mind and if Victoria is so concerned about the architecture, then she should work for a non-profit organization.

Nick and Brad are more civil to one another as they discuss another business project and Brad asks about Summer. Nick says she's doing great and he took some more photos of her. Brad asks if he could see them and admits she is a sweetheart. Nick says Summer is just like her mother.

Colleen meets with the dean earlier than expected. She denies having a relationship with Adrian saying she is only his research assistant and does well in his class. Colleen feels someone is just jealous of her success. Colleen would like to know who reported her, but the dean won't say. She does warn Colleen that there is a zero tolerance for student/teacher relationships, however, and requests Colleen come back tomorrow when her appointment was scheduled.

Daniel learns how Dru's trial went and is happy Michael came through for them. Devon goes to take a shower and Daniel logs back on to Amber's site but is interrupted once again by Lily.

Nick and Phyllis are shown speaking about Brad and Victoria while Brad and Victoria are shown talking about Nick and Phyllis. It's interesting as Nick and Victoria are described and admit to being similar, while Brad and Phyllis admit the same. However, they all try to explain how their similarities differ from each other as some are hard working while the others aren't.

Sharon speaks to Noah over the phone. He wants to spend the night at a friend's house. Sharon refuses saying he can stay for dinner but he has to come home. Sharon decides to take advantage of the situation as she knows Jack will become busy with his campaign and the project and knows that means she won't be seeing him as often as she does. Jack agrees and asks Sharon out for dinner. She accepts.

Colleen meets Adrian at the coffeehouse. He thinks it is a bad idea for her to be seen with him but she wanted to tell him ahead of time that she lied to the dean and he doesn't need to resign. Adrian is upset as he warned Colleen not to do that.

Brad is irritated when Colleen does not answer her phone. Victoria can understand where Colleen is coming from and advises Brad on how to deal with her.

There is tension as Nick, Phyllis, Victoria and Brad all leave NE at the same time.

Adrian meets with the dean and denies being involved with Colleen. The dean reminds him that he came to GCU highly recommended and wouldn't like to see Adrian's career end this way.

Tensions arise when Nick/Phyllis, Brad/Victoria, and Jack/Sharon all have dinner at the Athletic Club.

Colleen runs into Adrian once again at the Athletic Club claiming she's there to pick up her paycheck. Adrian informs Colleen he confirmed her story, but he doesn't look happy as he pays for his drink and leaves.

Sharon tells Jack about Dru's trial and Ines. Jack is shocked, but glad that Dru is cleared now. He asks why Sharon isn't celebrating with Dru. Sharon explains that tonight is a family night for Dru, but she is spending the day with Dru tomorrow. Jack asks what Sharon's plans after that. Sharon explains being free as Noah is spending the night with Nick so Jack invites Sharon to join him on his business trip. Sharon looks excited, but her mood quickly changes when Jack mentions the hotel they will be staying at is the same as the one she spent with Brad in.

Cane and Jill have taken the DNA test and are awaiting the results. Cane is excited and wonders how he will get to know Jill more.

Daniel stays back while Lily and Devon go to Dru's. He has to finish his paper, but can't get his mind off Amber's site as he once again checks it out.

Brad has just finished a phone call and looks happy. He asks the waiter to send over champagne to Nick and Phyllis' table.

Nick and Phyllis are shocked at who the waiter is – it's Rocky! Nick and Phyllis are glad to see him as Rocky serves the champagne. Nick learns it was Brad and Victoria who sent it.

Rocky flirts with Colleen and she seems to like it. Brad interrupts as he would like to go with Colleen to the dean tomorrow but she informs him she already went and what she said. Brad doesn't seem happy with what she did and looks even more upset when Colleen asks for Rocky's phone number.

Colleen is now outside of the Athletic club. Adrian stops her and they share a passionate kiss.

Sharon tells Brad about Jack's invitation and having to stay at the same hotel. Sharon says it would be too awkward and is kind of hoping for some advice but the only thing Brad says is that he doesn't like her being around Jack at all!
