Ji Min denies that Jack is the owner of Jabot saying House of Kim owns Jabot which means he owns Jabot. Victor and Michael attempt to offer him a deal.

Adrian and Colleen are at the coffeehouse and talk about the upcoming fundraiser. Colleen tells Adrian that Kevin is her date, and says Kevin is cool with just being her cover. Adrian asks how she could afford such expensive tickets to a fundraiser and she explains Victoria did it. Colleen talks about Victoria and Brad donating art pieces, but she doesn't know where her father donated them and leaves for class while Adrian makes a call to the museum in France!

Daniel is with Phyllis at Newman wanting to talk to her about the extortion case. Phyllis doesn't want to talk and says it isn't a big deal; it's just a misunderstanding and Michael is going to help them. Daniel feels it's a big deal and is upset that his mother won't talk to him.

David is reading the headlines in the local newspapers about Phyllis' blackmail scheme. Both he and Karen say this has brought sympathy upon Nikki and a lot of heat on Jack. Nikki asks if her campaign will be affected because of her relationship to Phyllis. Karen and David say no, as Jack and Phyllis are close and Clear Springs was Jack's project. Karen is convinced Jack and Phyllis were in on this together, but David says Jack couldn't have been as he doesn't have the guts to fight dirty!

Jack is meeting with Ben who wants to be his campaign manager. Ben is telling Jack how what Phyllis did has hurt his campaign. Jack admits he never expected Phyllis would do this. Ben advises Jack on what to do and tells him he's in this to win and doesn't like losing. Jack tells Ben he's hired!

Gloria and Kevin arrive home and a furious Lauren confronts Gloria who denies everything but Lauren says she knows. Kevin realizes Lauren saw it on the laptop from the Jabot security cameras. Lauren realizes Michael knows despite Kevin and Gloria denying it. Lauren says a woman died because of what Gloria did. Gloria says she used the cream and she didn't die, neither did Abby, but Lauren is disgusted that Gloria would keep this to herself. Gloria begins playing the blame game saying it's Jack's fault as he sent the samples out early. Lauren has to tend to Fen while Kevin tries to warn Michael but he can't reach Michael. Gloria has more of her drugs in her hand which she plans on using again tonight!

Adrian is at NE confronting Brad as Victoria asks if she can stay. Brad doesn't see a problem with that as Adrian begins telling Brad off about what he did. Victoria is shocked that Brad donated Rebecca's painting to the museum in exchange for Adrian losing his job offer. Adrian tells Brad the more he tries to keep Colleen away from him, the more Colleen will want to be with him. Adrian threatens to marry Colleen if Brad doesn't back off!

Phyllis confronts Jack and asks if he hates her. Jack tells her about the impact her blackmailing scheme had on his personal life and campaign. Phyllis says it's a misunderstanding but Jack isn't convinced, Ben walks in and tells Phyllis to leave as he doesn't want her anywhere near Jack. Phyllis asks who he is and Ben says he's Jack's new campaign manager and wants her to leave. Jack agrees saying until his campaign is over, he can't be seen with Phyllis.

Victor and Michael talk about Ji Min not accepting their offer. Victor says what Ji Min did is a crime and he could lose his career over it. He asks Michael to find dirt on Ji Min in an effort to get him to turn on Jack!

Victoria is mad at Brad saying he has the best intentions in mind but he always ends up doing the wrong things. Victoria compares Brad to her father and tells him that he's going to end up losing everyone he loves if he doesn't stop what he is doing.

Kevin is at the coffeehouse when Colleen arrives to say she's going to have to cancel their date as Adrian believes she's using Kevin. Kevin says girls use him all the time and talks about the free food and drinks. Colleen says she can't do it. Kevin says lucky for her - he has backup plans.

Lauren confronts Michael over keeping what his mother did a secret. Michael says his mother didn't mean to harm anyone. Lauren describes the type of person Gloria is as Michael says she's his mother and he has to protect her. Lauren talks about Gloria having Kevin and Michael involved in all her schemes and how she is out on a date with Will right now.

Gloria meets Will at the AC and while he's away she once again drugs his drink!

Phyllis learns how poorly Daniel is doing in both school and work. Phyllis thinks it's all her fault and apologizes while Daniel isn't entirely honest with her.

Nikki goes into Victor's office complaining about how she can't get away from Phyllis and can't believe Phyllis would show up to work. Victor knows Phyllis isn't one to not show her face while Nikki hopes people can see how close Phyllis and Jack are. Victor says Jack is not that stupid but Nikki says he married Sharon. Victor tells Nikki that Jack is still leading and wishes she would back off.

Colleen is working and Adrian is at the bar drinking when Brad walks in. He talks to Colleen about Clear Springs and wants her to work with Victoria and Adrian again. Colleen accepts then gets back to work while Adrian thanks Brad. After Brad leaves, Colleen wonders what has gotten into her father.

Jack meets with Ji Min who tries to advise him not to provoke Victor and talks about his career and company being at risk. He wants out but Jack tells him that he has covered his tracks well and Ji Min isn't going anywhere!

Michael finds leverage to use on Ji Min!

Lily meets up with Daniel at the coffeehouse and he tells her that this thing with his mom is a misunderstanding when Lily leaves to get back to class. Kevin asks Daniel to speak about his mom so Daniel says things are not looking good and she can face jail time. Daniel tells Kevin about his work evaluation report and how poorly he's doing. Daniel remembers the time he and Kevin stole liquor from Michael's cabinet and Kevin says they were young and stupid then asks Daniel to promise he won't do anything stupid again.

Brad tells Victoria about his conversation with Colleen and how he managed to keep his cool. Victoria begins having bad pain and asks Brad to call the doctor as she believes she's going into labor!

Phyllis is at the coffeehouse and runs into Lily who learns about Daniel doing poorly at work. Lily covers for Daniel, but Phyllis is suspicious that there is more going on.

Daniel arrives at work with an X rated film he bought and is playing it on the laptop computer!

Gloria proposes to a shocked Will.

Ben shows Jack something he plans on using against Nikki. Jack says Nikki brought this on herself and gives Ben the go ahead.

Michael shows Victor the dirt he found on Ji Min which has to do with the House of Kim books which could tie in with Jabot.

Victoria calls JT and tells him she's at the hospital, she really wanted to talk to him as she has fears about her unborn child.

Daniel continues to lie to Lily.

Lily asks Amber if she was able to get more hours at the boutique, Amber says she didn't have to as Cane decided to take the job.

Jack is suspicious when he sees Victor and Michael with Ji Min. Michael makes up a story which Jack buys, and praises Ji Min for the good job he's done with his father's company. Jack leaves with Jill while Victor and Michael continue their plans to get Ji Min to side with them.

JT offers to come by the hospital but Victoria says it is alright as Brad is with her. Brad learns she was talking to JT, and tells her their doctor is on his way. Brad asks how she's feeling, Victoria says she is no longer in pain but is afraid as she says this isn't normal.

Amber continues her scheme to get into the Chancellor mansion.

The doctor wants to run more tests on Victoria, as Victoria worries to know if her child is okay.

Victor and Michael show Ji Min the dirt the got on him.

Jack confronts Daniel over him looking at porn using the company's computer. Daniel denies it, but Jack says they double checked and are positive of what Daniel was doing. Daniel admits to it, Jack tells him that this is not allowed and wants Daniel to focus on his studies.

Victor and Michael explain to Ji Min the consequences of what could happen if Jack owning Jabot goes public. Ji Min continues to deny it, but Victor and Michael don't back down. Victor offers to ask Katherine to keep Ji Min on board as head of Jabot, but Ji Min believes Victor won't be able to hold that promise. Victor says Ji Min doesn't know him well, he can make it happen. They give Ji Min some time to think about their offer and leave.

JT comes to the hospital, and runs into Brad. Brad says Victoria told him not to come but JT said Victoria said he didn't have to but he wanted to as Victoria sounded terrified. JT wants to see her; at first Brad is resistant but decides to let JT see her. Brad observes the bond JT and Victoria share.

Amber stages a burglary at the Chancellor mansion!

Lily and Daniel are at the coffeehouse, while Daniel goes to order them something to eat and drink. Lily goes through his bag, and finds the X-rated movie!

Esther calls Katherine about the break in, Cane offers to go while Amber arrives back from her scheme acting like she had no prior knowledge about the break in.

Victoria asks Brad to get her something to drink; when Brad leaves the doctor arrives. Victoria can't wait for Brad to return and asks JT to stay with her as the doctor gives her the bad news, her child died in utero! Victoria blames herself as this is the second child she lost, the doctor tells her not to blame herself. JT comforts Victoria.

Lily confronts Daniel over continuing to lie to her.

Katherine, Cane, Amber and Esther are with the cops as they talk about the “break in”. Amber sneaks Katherine's keys back into Katherine purse, as she earlier stole them to use in her scheme.

Jack introduces Ben to Victor and Michael.

Brad returns as Victoria breaks the news to him about their child. Brad comforts her.

Phyllis reads the article in the newspaper about her blackmailing scheme then shows Nick a statement she wants to issue to the Press which Nick feels is the kiss of death and tells her not to go through with it.

Jack and Ben are talking to a reporter as they question Jack about Phyllis. Jack keeps his comments short, and says he has a business to run so he leaves.

Victor gives Ji Min a tape recorder to catch Jack admitting he is the owner of Jabot.

Michael is with Kevin and Gloria at the coffeehouse and he's not in a good mood as Lauren isn't too thrilled with him lying to her again. Gloria says Lauren needs to understand he did what he did to protect her. When Gloria tells her kids about proposing to William both are shocked as Michael says he doesn't have time for this. William arrives so Michael talks with him about Phyllis' case. Michael says he isn't accepting the deal William offered in which Phyllis would serve six months in jail.

Lily confides in Colleen about Daniel continuing to lie to her as she found the X-rated DVD in his bag.

Jack is with Brad trying to talk him out of dropping the charges against Phyllis. Brad believes Jack is just doing this for the good of his campaign. Jack feels it will benefit everyone; most people know it was Nikki who forced Brad to turn Phyllis in so it would make Nikki look bad but at the same time put a stop to the nonsense and be good for his marriage and his child. Brad doesn't reveal his child has died and says Phyllis brought this on herself.

Colleen and Lily are at the coffeehouse telling Kevin about Daniel hoping Kevin will help them by looking at Daniel's hard drive. Kevin refuses saying Daniel is his friend and he can't go behind his back.

Nikki is talking to David preparing for how they will handle the questions asked about Nikki being the one to force Brad to turn Phyllis in. David is impressed by Nikki's statement and wants to issue a press release.

Phyllis tells Brad about her trial and still tries to convince him to drop the charges. Phyllis tells Brad questions will arise at the trial and how she can reveal the land deal Brad obtained illegally. She talks about his unborn child and how he could end up in jail, but Brad doesn't talk about the baby having died. Phyllis says she's sorry for what she's done, Brad says he is touched, but that if he goes down in flames so will she!

Gloria runs into an old friend, Evan. They met during a cruise when John and Gloria married. Gloria tells Evan about John's death and how she's found someone new, but she hasn't exactly snagged him yet.

Kevin advises Daniel to stop with his porn or else he could lose Lily!

Ji Min sets up Jack in which he tells him about a deal he made where he invested a good sum of money. Ji Min gets Jack to admit he owns House of Kim, he owns Jabot, he even owns Ji Min!

Lily visits the Strangers By Night website and is shocked to see photos of Daniel posted on it. Colleen decides to have Lily send Daniel a fake email.

Nick tries to get his parents to compromise with Phyllis; Victor wants to talk to Nikki alone as Nick leaves. Victor tells Nikki to talk Brad into dropping the charges against Phyllis and watch Jack's destruction, but Nikki refuses saying Victor is on his own.

Victoria calls Brad; she's still in pain as Brad tells her to have the doctor give her something. Brad says he has kept his promise and has not revealed their child has died to anyone, especially her parents. Victor walks in so Brad lies and says Victoria is having morning sickness. Victor tries to get Brad to drop the charges against Phyllis but Brad refuses.

Victor tells Jack, who is with Phyllis, about Brad and Jack says they've all tried but Brad isn't changing his mind. Jack tells Phyllis he cares a lot about her, he always will, and wants her to take Will's deal but Phyllis says it's too late as she's going to trial.

Williams sees Gloria and Evan eating together at the AC.

Nick tells Phyllis his mother said no to their offer. Phyllis says she did this and has no one to blame but herself. Nick says there is enough blame to go around. Phyllis worries about their daughter but Nick says Michael will get them through this. Phyllis says she did something good to deserve Nick and that they are going to kick butt at the trial.

Michael tells Phyllis there is always a chance she could be convicted but Phyllis says that won't happen as Michael is a good attorney. Michael appreciates Phyllis' confidence as he leaves to work on the trial.

Colleen goes to see her father and knows something is wrong. Brad tells her about the baby and begs Colleen not to tell anyone as he promised Victoria he wouldn't. Colleen promises. Michael interrupts saying he needs Brad's statement, but first Brad needs to tell Colleen that she grew up before his eyes and they hug.

Jack and Nikki discuss Phyllis' trial and have to issue a joint statement. But first they want to speak to Phyllis.

Lily sends the fake email to Daniel despite Colleen having second thoughts about her advice. Daniel receives it!

Ji Min hands over the tape recorder to Victor as they toast to Jack's downfall.

Jack, Ben, David and Nikki meet and agree to a joint press statement. Nick and Phyllis arrive as Jack and Nikki issue the news to Phyllis – she is now on leave from NVP, must pack her things and vacate the building. Phyllis says she will not be convicted and will accept a joint apology while Nick says he won't.

Brad is questioned by Michael and Will. They want to know exactly what happened.

Lily is pissed off when Daniel sends her a reply claiming to be single. Lily says you have a wife you jerk!

Brad is questioned by Michael with Will present. Brad says that he felt pressured by Phyllis to vote for Neil because she found out about him being unfaithful to Victoria. Michael gets Brad to admit that he could have misunderstood what Phyllis was saying, as he didn't know for sure if she would tell Victoria the truth.

Jack and Sharon are at the coffeehouse talking about having to redo the photo shoot – the one from the cliff. Jack is happy Sharon is doing it, and knows it can't be easy for her. Jack says the location will be different though and he will be accompanying her. Jack and Sharon talk about Noah and how he's weakening to the idea of moving to Jack's. Sharon can't wait. Jack has to go but says he will pick Sharon up later and they can go on the Newman jet together as Sharon got Victor's permission to use it for the shoot.

Victoria walks into the coffeehouse and thanks Sharon for taking her to the hospital the other day. Sharon asks about the baby and Victoria says there is no baby as she had a miscarriage. Sharon is shocked and tells Victoria she's sorry for her loss. Victoria tells Sharon her parents don't know and asks Sharon not to tell them. Sharon agrees.

Victor is in his office listening to the tape of Jack admitting he owns Jabot. He calls Nick who is making out with Phyllis wanting Nick to go to Clear Springs. Nick doesn't want to leave Phyllis and wants Jack to go instead. Victor says Jack is busy and feels Nick going is important as he can go with Sharon as she's using the Newman jet for a photoshoot. Nick agrees.

Lily confronts Daniel about his lies and shows him the email he sent. Daniel believes Lily broke into his account, but Lily reveals she is Luscious Lips and Daniel has been emailing her about meeting other women. Daniel realizes he's been busted!

Nick and Phyllis are about to go upstairs as they continue making out when Victoria arrives. Nick says she has bad timing, but then realizes something is wrong so he lets her in. Victoria tells him about her miscarriage.

Sharon is in the break room at NE with Brad. She offers him some coffee and tells him how sorry she is for his loss as she spoke with Victoria earlier. Brad doesn't understand why these things happen and knows it hasn't hit Victoria yet. Sharon is at a loss for words as Brad says just talking to her helps. They change the subject to Sharon's upcoming interview with the DA at which Brad wants her to lie!

Daniel tells Lily what he did was no big deal as he never intended meeting a stranger. Lily feels it is a big deal.

Victor gives Michael the tape recorder and wants him to be the judge of if they can use it in court!

Sharon tells Brad lying to the DA is a crime and says the DA already knows Phyllis blackmailed Brad. Sharon figures out Brad already lied to the DA and Brad admits he said he may have understood what Phyllis said. Sharon asks why he would do that and Brad says Phyllis going to jail will not benefit anyone.

Phyllis tells Victoria how sorry she is for her loss and goes to call Michael giving Nick and Victoria time alone. Victoria confides in Nick about believing she will never have kids of her own, but Nick tries to give her hope and tells her what a great sister she is. Victoria confides in Nick about being unfaithful to Brad with JT.

Victor runs into Sharon and asks for Jack. Sharon explains he's in a meeting and Victor is relieved as he thought Jack was avoiding him. Sharon says she never thought she would say this, but Jack looks forward to seeing Victor these days. Victor asks Sharon how she and Jack are holding up with the Phyllis situation. Sharon says she's relieved to be going away for a few days. Victor advises her about her upcoming interview with the DA.

Michael and Phyllis meet up and he tells her how Brad changed his testimony. Phyllis knows what she told Brad earlier had an impact on him changing his testimony, but Michael warns Phyllis that his statement to the police still holds weight.

Nick tells Victoria he's been there and understands her sleeping with JT. She says she and Brad was not connecting and she needed someone who understands. Nick says Phyllis is his someone. Nick talks about his trip to Clear Springs and how when he returns he and Victoria can go horseback riding. Victoria agrees and says she knows the reason she came here was because Nick could make her laugh.

Sharon arrives for her interview, but refuses to answer questions. Will tells her he could always issue a subpoena but again Sharon says she won't answer any questions. Will asks Sharon to wait outside while he tells Michael he's suspicious about Sharon and Brad's change of heart. He suspects Michael and Phyllis did something to change their minds and says he feels sorry for Sharon as she hasn't done anything wrong but he knows Brad was lying to him and he believes it has to do with something Phyllis did. Will says he doesn't like being lied to and seems more determined to find out the truth.

Jack calls Sharon and tells her he will not be able to join her for the shoot as he has to do more campaigning. Sharon gets upset but says she can do it on her own. Phyllis walks in and tells Sharon she knows what she said in the interview. Sharon says she didn't do that for Phyllis and if it were up to her, Phyllis would rot in jail.

Nick covers for Victoria with his parents saying she's not well. They talk about Sharon not saying anything to the DA; Nick is happy and lashes out at his mother for being selfish enough to put their private lives in the public just for her campaign. Nikki says what Phyllis did was wrong and she doesn't feel the same way Nick does.

Daniel packs his things and says he's moving in with Kevin. He's very defensive towards Lily who tells him to leave.

Sharon and Jack are with Noah. She tells him to be on his best behavior while she's away and Jack tells Noah he has tickets to see Pirates on Ice. Noah gets excited, thanks Jack then leaves to see Victor as Sharon is issued a subpoena to appear in front of a judge. Nikki walks in looking for Noah but Sharon says he's with Victor. Jack decides to leave while Nikki tells Sharon she is now forced to tell the truth something she isn't used to doing. Sharon says she no longer has to answer to Nikki as she isn't her mother in law. Nikki agrees and is grateful for that!

Nick kisses Summer and Phyllis goodbye as he leaves for his trip.

Sharon lashes out at Brad for putting her in this position and says she should have never let him in her hotel room that night. Brad says she doesn't mean that. Sharon says she doesn't know and that she loved Nick and he hurt her so badly. Sharon hopes to love Jack one day, but says she still loves Brad even though he causes her as much pain as Nick did.

Nick is on the jet as Sharon arrives. Sharon is happy that Nick is there for company as she learns he's going to Clear Springs too. Nick makes Sharon a drink, one that she always drinks. Nick talks about how long they were married and knows something is bothering her. Sharon knows she could never hide her feelings from Nick and admits she needs advice as she's in trouble.

Jack is confronted by Victor and realizes he's busted!

Daniel calls Kevin and gets voicemail. He wants a place to crash for the night and asks Kevin to get back at him. Daniel runs into Colleen and asks if she spoke to Lily. Colleen says as cool as he is, he isn't always the topic of conversation. Daniel talks about the fight he had with Lily, but doesn't go into detail. Colleen tells him to say he's sorry, but Daniel feels he isn't in the wrong.

Amber is bragging about how big her closet at the Chancellor estate is saying it's bigger than their apartment. Cane has to go meet with Katherine as she wants to introduce him to everyone at work. After Cane leaves Amber gets a call from Daniel and it doesn't take her long to realize something is wrong.

Nick says all the Newman women seem to be getting in trouble lately. Sharon talks about Nikki enjoying every minute of what is happening. Nick questions Sharon as to when she's moving in with Jack and Sharon says probably after she returns from the shoot. Nick admits he's going to miss having Sharon and Noah close by and Sharon knows it won't be easy for Noah. Nick thought this is what was troubling Sharon, but she tells him about being subpoenaed to appear in front of the grand jury and tells Nick she won't perjure herself to save Phyllis.

Nikki tells Phyllis about Sharon being subpoenaed and how she will have to tell the truth. Phyllis knows Nikki is enjoying this and Nikki doesn't deny it, saying Phyllis shouldn't be worrying about her trial instead of office files she's fooling with.

Jack says he and Victor are friends and how much their friendship means to him, but Victor doesn't believe him. Victor confronts Jack for taking advantage of him when he was ill and betraying him. Victor says Jack has known him for years and knows he can't get away with this. Jack asks what he wants so Victor says he wants NVP back. In exchange he will continue to support Jack's campaign publicly. Jack is surprised that's all Victor wants and says he would have done it long ago if Victor had just asked him.

Ji Min is distracted as he keeps looking at his PDA; he apologizes to Jill and asks her out to dinner. Katherine and Cane arrive as Jill and Katherine introduce Cane to Ji Min and explain he will be working with the construction company.

Daniel arrives at the Chancellor estate and confides in Amber about his fight with Lily and how he walked out on her.

Lily confides in Colleen about Daniel and Colleen regrets giving her advice but Lily is glad she did. Colleen advises Lily to let things cool down while Lily is upset that Daniel was in the wrong.

Sharon apologizes for snapping at Nick earlier while Nick understands and says he would have never asked Sharon to lie for Phyllis. Nick and Sharon talk about Cassie, their divorce, and how both screwed up their marriage. Sharon slips up when she talks about Nick falling in love with Phyllis while she fell in love with Brad. Nick is pissed that Sharon has loved Brad all this time while he was filled with guilt for hurting her. Nick asks Sharon if Brad tried to get her to leave him. Sharon admits he did. but she was committed to working on her marriage. Sharon says she loved Nick too, but then there was the thing with Phyllis and she got confused. Sharon admits she told Brad how she felt about him and when Jack proposed to her she panicked. Sharon says she is married to Jack, he's running for senate, Brad is married to Victoria, and they are or were going to have a child together. Nick now knows everything Victoria has ever said to him about her fears were true and wonders if Brad would leave her now that there is no child. Sharon doesn't know and admits she made a mess of things.

Amber tries to tell Daniel how Lily views things and says in her mind Daniel lied to her and he walked out when she confronted him. Daniel feels Amber is taking Lily's side, but Amber tries to tell him how Lily is feeling. Daniel believes Lily will never forgive him, but Amber tries to give him hope.

Victor tells Nikki they have NVP back but he doesn't reveal how or why Jack sold it to him.

Jack is in the break room and he looks horrible! He goes to the sink, washes his face, and throws up. His face is red.

Amber comes by to see Lily pretending not to know what went on. Lily doesn't feel like talking, while Colleen tells Amber what happened. Colleen and Amber decide to work together to get Daniel and Lily back together.

Victor tells Nikki his plans to get Jack are not over yet!

Jack meets Phyllis at Crimson Lights and tells her Victor set him up. Phyllis asks what he means so Jack talks about when he lost Jabot and how disappointed his father was. Jack says he was willing to do anything to get Jabot back even if it meant lying, cheating and stealing. Jack finally tells Phyllis he owns Jabot!

Nick wonders what both Sharon and Victoria see in Brad and wishes the best for her and Jack. Sharon thanks him and says she understands why he did what he did and knows what it's like to be in love with two people at the same time. Sharon knows it's been a long time and they are probably past this, but she wanted Nick to know she forgives him. Nick admits he needed to hear that and they share a hug.

Phyllis tells Jack she understands why he did what he did, but can't believe Victor would do this to him. Jack says Victor is just getting back at him as he took advantage of Victor when he was ill. Phyllis says Jack shouldn't let Victor get away with this.

Daniel and Lily meet up at the coffeehouse thanks to Colleen and Amber. Lily is still fuming over what Daniel has done, Daniel still doesn't feel he has done anything wrong and leaves with Colleen.

Sharon tells Nick about Noah warming up to Jack and how great Jack is with kids. Nick agrees. Sharon talks about the basketball court Jack is building for Noah, so Nick talks about building a soccer field for Noah too. Sharon says it isn't a competition while Nick says it is as their son knows how to play both parents. They share a few jokes as the PA comes on and tells them the jet can finally take off. Sharon says she is disappointed they're taking off soon, Nick agrees as he says it was nice spending time with Sharon.

Jack confronts Ji Min, who denies making any deal with Victor or turning Jack in. Jack doesn't buy it saying Ji Min is the only one who could have recorded that conversation. Ji Min sticks to his story saying he will call security and find out if any bugs are at Jabot.

Phyllis confronts Nikki and Victor for what they've done to Jack and asks if they are happy and how they are heartless. Nikki feels Jack is being portrayed as the victim while Victor talks about how Jack betrayed and took advantage of him. Victor talks about Phyllis being charged with extortion and how naive she is.

Ji Min and Jill decide to go on a trip together!

Jack meets with Katherine and comes clean about owning Jabot. Katherine gets upset but cools down and asks why Jack wants to sell Jabot back to her especially when it's doing well. Jack says he wants to make things right and wants to win the election and make a name for himself out of his father's company. Jack says after his father's death, his life fell apart, but this past year he's learned about friendship and honesty. Katherine can see Jack is sincere.

Phyllis calls Nick but gets his voicemail. She wants to tell him about what his parents did to Jack and tells Nick she loves him.

Victor gets the news the jet Nick and Sharon were on has gone down!
