Noah is getting
ready for school while Phyllis is getting ready for work. Jack asks how she
slept, Phyllis says she didn't as she continues to have nightmares and
Summer keeps her up due to her teething. Summer starts to cry and as Jack
tends to her Phyllis once again worries about her jail sentence.
Victoria and Brad are having breakfast and he's asking her to pass something
to him which she does rudely. Victoria gets a call from JT, but says she
can't talk and ends the call. Brad says it's early for her to be getting
calls from her boyfriend. Victoria says that's none of his business. Brad
hopes JT has a lot of room at his place, because he wants Victoria out of
his home by this afternoon!
Daniel tries to call Lily but she doesn't take his call. Phyllis calls
Daniel to say she wants to meet up with him so they agree to meet at the
coffeehouse.
Jack is holding Summer as Noah searches for his shoes and teases Summer
about taking his things. Phyllis finds his shoe as Sharon walks in obviously
wondering what's going on. She learns Phyllis spent the night as Noah leaves
with Phyllis and Summer then questions Jack as to why he didn't tell her
about Phyllis spending the night. Jack says he knows he was wrong, but he
didn't want to upset her. Jack says he understands and respects the fact
Sharon doesn't like Phyllis, but he didn't know what else to do as Phyllis
was going crazy and he didn't want her to be alone with the nightmares she's
having. Sharon tells Jack she understands and respects his friendship with
Phyllis, but asks if he thought about what this could do to his campaign.
She explains that if the media were to find out he had his ex-wife staying
at his home while his current wife was out of town, how would it look? Jack
sees what Sharon is saying and tells her this is her home and she has power
over his guests.
Kevin meets up with Gloria and Will at the AC and gives his mother a clock
saying time is ticking – don't get caught! Will has to leave for work, as
Gloria and Kevin stay behind.
William is on his way out when he speaks to someone over the phone about
wanting the DNA tests analyzed!
Victoria has packed her bags and says she'll be back for the rest of her
things later. Brad says there is no need and explains he wants her out fast
because Abby is coming home and he doesn't want her seeing Victoria packing
as she's already lived through one divorce.
Phyllis meets with Daniel and questions him about the phone on his cell as
well as the porn at work. Daniel says the photo was a joke sent by a friend
and it may have been sent by Amber, he doesn't know, and the porn at work
was not him. Daniel admits to his mother that he used to look at porn but he
stopped after Lily voiced her disapproval.
Amber's ex arrives at the boutique and lies by telling Lauren he is Amber's
cousin. Amber asks why he lied and Garrett says he couldn't tell the truth.
Amber knows Garrett wants something and he does – he wants her back!
Kevin calls Gloria "Mrs. Moneybags" while Gloria denies marrying William for
his money. She says she loves William while Kevin thought she loved Benjamin
Franklin! Gloria says William has not given her access to his accounts yet
and asks Kevin for a loan. After Kevin learns what the loan is for he denies
it.
Phyllis is on her way out of the coffeehouse when she runs into Jack. She
apologizes for any trouble she may have caused in his marriage as she didn't
stop to think how Sharon would feel. Jack says Sharon was understanding,
while Phyllis is surprised, saying if she were Sharon she wouldn't have
been. Phyllis says that was admirable of Sharon and Jack agrees saying
that's the type of person Sharon is.
Nikki catches
Victoria and JT hugging at work and JT leaves. Victoria tells her mother
she's just friends with JT and about her divorce from Brad. They fight again
over Nikki forcing Brad to turn Phyllis in when Victoria starts getting
pain. She says she's fine, but Nikki is concerned.
Phyllis goes to the boutique trying to talk to Lily on Daniel's behalf. Lily
doesn't want to hear it and reminds Phyllis that like Daniel, she too has
problems with honesty.
Evan meets with Gloria and tells her he knows about her switching the DNA
samples and threatens to tell William. Gloria denies it, but Evan saw her do
the trick he taught her. William walks in so Evan lies about the
conversation they were having and leaves.
Sharon and Phyllis are at NE. Sharon asks if Jack is Phyllis' only friend,
as it certainly looks that way due to the fact Phyllis spent the night.
Sharon basically makes her message clear that she wants Phyllis out of her
home. Phyllis understands as they start working on Jack's campaign.
Jack meets with Daniel and tells him to get his act together. Daniel says
he's trying as he stopped looking at porn and cancelled his membership, but
it isn't enough. Daniel says he's willing to do anything to get Lily back as
Jack asks if Lily knows this and tells Daniel if he really wants Lily back
he can do it
William and Gloria are talking about a party they are planning. She moves
closer to him and as he holds her his hand gets stuck in her hair (purposely
pulling it out!).
Victoria asks JT to take her to the hospital as she continues having pain.
Brad runs into Nikki who says her family is finally rid of him, but Brad is
quick to remind her is he still on the board of directors!
Away from Gloria, William puts her hair into a plastic bag and makes a call
saying he wants it tested and that the person is to only contact him on his
cell - not at the office!
Daniel arrives home and attempts to talk to Lily. She doesn't want to talk
to him, but does tell him to see a therapist and calls him a pervert!
Jack is with Phyllis at home impressed with the work she and Sharon have
done on his campaign. Jack, in not so many words, makes it clear he doesn't
want her to stay there anymore. Phyllis is hurt but tries not to show it.
Brad and Sharon are at the AC where Sharon tells him she knows that Phyllis
is going through a hard time but she could have spent the night at her other
friends' place. Sharon wonders why Jack allowed it while Brad admits he
won't defend Jack to Sharon. Sharon says he doesn't have to as that's her
job, but right now she is having difficulty doing that. Brad tells Sharon
that his marriage to Victoria was a mistake and says her marriage to Jack
was also a mistake. Brad reminds Sharon of what she told him after her
accident - about thinking about him when she thought she was dying. Sharon
begs Brad to stop but he continues basically saying he wants Sharon.
Victoria learns from her doctor that she's pregnant!
Brad asks Sharon to have dinner with him as he wants to celebrate his
divorce. Sharon doesn't think it's anything to celebrate. Brad tells her
that it's not right to stay in a marriage that you know was a mistake, and
feels Sharon should be with the one her thoughts are with. Sharon regrets
telling Brad she thought of him when she believed she was dying. Brad
reminds Sharon of Jack's campaign and inviting Phyllis to stay with them.
Sharon says it's only temporary, but Brad believes she's wrong.
Phyllis tells Jack she knew her stay was temporary and was planning on
leaving. Jack says she's welcome to call him anytime. Phyllis asks what if
Sharon were to answer so Jack says she can call his cell. Phyllis has tears
in her eyes, saying it doesn't matter where she sleeps, she will still have
the nightmares.
Nikki learns from David and Karen that she's winning the race against Jack.
Jack is about to talk to Phyllis when Ben calls. Phyllis tells him to take
the call while she lets herself out. Ben informs Jack about them falling
behind in the race and says they have to do something fast!
Garrett asks Amber if her husband knows about the website she once had and
Amber says his threats won't work against her. Cane walks in and Garrett
introduces himself as Amber's cousin sayings everyone was shocked to learn
of Amber's marriage.
Nikki tells David and Karen she wants to hold off going negative with her
campaign as she believes Jack will dig his own grave.
Kevin learns what Lily said to Daniel and advises Daniel to take Lily's
advice. Daniel denies having a problem, but Kevin says he does as he's
staying with him [Kevin]. Kevin tells Daniel that if he continues to stay
he'll be charged rent!
Brad is at home when Victoria returns as Brad was on his way to pick up Abby
from the airport. Victoria says she came back for her jewelry and Brad tells
her he's spoken with a lawyer about their assets being split 50/50. Victoria
sees that Brad is wasting no time and says she will consult her lawyer. Brad
notices Victoria doesn't look well, but Victoria says she's fine.
Sharon returns home to see Jack helping Noah with his homework and is happy
to see them bond. When Noah leaves, Jack tells Sharon he told Phyllis she
can't stay there and apologizes for not consulting her before asking Phyllis
to stay. Sharon is happy that Jack understands and tells him it's okay; it's
ancient history. Sharon tells Jack she needs to make a call as Jack talks to
Ben who has come by to talk about the campaign.
Sharon calls Brad and says she won't be able to have dinner with him tonight
as she's having dinner with Jack and Noah then cuts the call. Brad looks
disappointed as he hears Victoria slam the door on her way out.
Phyllis returns home as Nick reappears saying he was waiting for her.
Phyllis says he isn't real and doesn't give him a chance to talk. Phyllis
says she wanted to see Nick again, but not like this and feels she's crazy
for talking to ghosts. Summer starts to cry, so she tends to her as Nick
vanishes.
Victoria tells Nikki about Brad wanting their assets split 50/50. Nikki says
that's a good thing and it's lucky she and Brad don't have any children
involved or nothing jointly owned. Victoria hides her pregnancy from Nikki
too.
Amber worries when Garrett hints to exposing her past life so she seeks
Daniel's help in getting rid of him.
Nikki and David are flirting with each other which irritates Karen who looks
on.
Victoria tells Neil she's divorcing Brad and that she's pregnant. Neil
congratulate her as Victoria says that Brad doesn't know, nor does anyone
else and that she wants Neil to keep the secret. Neil says she can't keep
her pregnancy a secret for long and Brad will find out sooner or later.
Victoria knows and they stop talking as JT walks in, hands a file to
Victoria with tickets inside to what looks like an auto race. Victoria tells
JT she'll talk to him later as he leaves. Neil already suspects something is
going on and Victoria doesn't deny it!
Sharon, Ben and Jack
are talking about ways to bring Nikki down when Phyllis shows up with Summer
saying they started without her. Sharon becomes annoyed and Jack tells her
from now on they'll have the meetings elsewhere. Ben and Phyllis are on fire
with their brainstorming and give each other a high five. That's when
Phyllis takes a fall on her back and screams in pain.
Sharon, Jack and Ben tend to Phyllis who continues to cry in pain. Sharon
tells Phyllis to lie still while Ben takes off Phyllis' shoes to see if she
can move her toes. Sharon decides to take Summer upstairs as Noah will watch
her as Jack looks torn on what to do.
Victoria tells Brad she has put Neil in charge of the company as she's
cutting back her workload.
Karen tells David to stop flirting with Nikki; he denies it, saying he
doesn't go after married woman.
Neil and Brad argue over Neil's control of the company. Neil tells Brad to
give him a reason to fire him, because Neil will do it!
A doctor comes by the house to see Phyllis; she asks for some privacy with
her doctor so Sharon, Jack and Ben leave her alone. Ben and Sharon go into
the dining room when Ben says he doesn't like Phyllis spending so much time
with Jack. Sharon learns that Ben never asked Phyllis to come over, he just
asked her to call!
Daniel asks Kevin if Garrett can stay with them. Kevin is not happy but says
okay as he can sleep in the spare room. Daniel calls Amber and tells her the
good news. Kevin makes sure Amber knows the stay is temporary.
Noah and Jack come downstairs and tell Phyllis that Summer is asleep. The
doctor tells Phyllis he's going to prescribe something for her pain and
advises her to be careful when driving on her way home due to her injury.
Sharon has her hands behind her back as she holds a towel tightly as Noah
says Phyllis can stay with them. Sharon is in disbelief, but can't say no.
Sharon tells Phyllis she will pick up her prescription as she needs to run
some errands. Sharon and Jack go into the dining room where he tells her
what she did was generous and he would have never asked her to do such a
thing. Sharon says they don't have a choice as Phyllis can't move. Sharon
decides to get a get well REALLY soon card.
Nikki learns about Jack's latest move against her about her supporting
legalized prostitution and decides it's time to fight fire with fire!
Garret arrives at Kevin's place.
JT asks Victoria to move in with him!
Sharon meets Brad at the AC saying she needed to get away from Phyllis. Brad
is shocked to learn she told Phyllis to stay with them, but Sharon makes it
known that if Phyllis makes one move on Jack, she's history! Brad says
Sharon should let Phyllis have him, but Sharon says that won't happen. Brad
feels Sharon is being foolish, but Sharon explains how good Jack is with her
son and how much that means to her. Brad asks what Sharon needs and Sharon
says she needs Jack; she wants to be with him as they are meant to be
together and she can never be with Brad!
When Jack goes upstairs, Phyllis gets up from the couch pain free and then
lies down again, obviously faking her injury.
Gloria and Lauren
are planning Gloria's reception party when Lauren gets a call from Phyllis
and takes the call privately. Evan arrives surprising Gloria as she thought
he'd left town after she paid him off only he's not there for the money!
Brad is still at the AC where Colleen asks him to tell her about the divorce
and says she isn't surprised as Brad did cheat on Victoria and is facing
perjury charges. Brad thanks her for being honest so Colleen tries to cheer
him up by saying Victoria is not a saint as she slept with JT while she was
still technically engaged to Brad. Elsewhere, Victoria is thinking about
JT's offer to move in with him.
Nikki is with David and Karen and when David says he has a video perfect for
the situation she tells him to use it.
Noah helps ease Phyllis's pain by putting a pillow near her feet. She tells
Jack and Noah that she'll hire a private nurse and that's when Sharon walks
in with a big smile on her face referring to herself as Nurse Sharon and
she's got Phyllis' medication. Jack tells Sharon she doesn't have to do
that, but Sharon says it's fine as she and Jack can take turns looking after
Phyllis.
Jack takes Sharon into the dining room and tells her again. Sharon admits
she doesn't want Phyllis in her home, but Phyllis had an accident and she
needs help. Jack is amazed by how well Sharon is handling the situation; he
kisses her and leaves for work. Sharon returns to the living room to ask
Phyllis if she needs anything. Phyllis wants to know why Sharon is being so
nice to which Sharon says it's easier being nice than Phyllis' friends would
be and they are not friends. Sharon says Phyllis needs some new friends and
leaves.
Evan tells Gloria about a woman he met and how he told her he was a wealthy
man. Gloria says she's given Evan everything she's got and doesn't have
anything else to give him. Evan believes she does – he wants her jewelry!
Victoria declines JT's offer as she isn't ready. Besides, she's still a
married woman.
Lauren arrives at the Abbott home with Phyllis' favorite food as she knows
Phyllis wouldn't feel safe eating Sharon's food. Phyllis thanks Lauren and
tells her how nice Sharon is being and how when she's around Jack she acts
like Mother Theresa! Lauren asks how Sharon is when Jack isn't around and
Phyllis says she's still nice which is creepy. Lauren tells Phyllis she's
welcome to stay with them as a spare room will be available soon as Gloria
is in the process of moving out. Phyllis thanks her and says for the time
being she's in Sharon's daycare! Sharon walks in with flowers and hears her
name being said. Lauren covers for Phyllis saying she felt guilty for
inconveniencing her. Sharon says its fine as Phyllis is injured. Sharon
leaves while Lauren agrees with Phyllis about Sharon's behavior being
creepy.
Jack and Ben realize someone has hacked into Jack's website and posted a
video of Jack supposedly meeting someone planning on building casinos in
Clear Springs! Jack tells Ben to shut down the site immediately.
Victoria meets with Brad and they discuss the divorce. She also wants Brad
to resign his board seat!
William calls Sharon to say he'd like to meet with her to review some things
with regard to Phyllis' trial. Sharon says she can't leave the house, but
William can come over if he'd like.
Brad refuses to give up his seat while Victoria reminds him of the land he
purchased in Clear Springs. He can keep the seat if he sells the property to
NVP.
Gloria meets with William and learns Evan is wanted on credit card fraud.
Gloria looks happy.
Jack confronts Nikki
who denies doing anything and they argue as Karen receives a call about
wreckage of the Newman jet being found at the bottom of the lake. Nikki
nearly faints, as Jack holds onto her. Nikki is lying down on the couch
while Jack tries to reach Sharon and asks if Nikki plans to tell Phyllis.
Nikki says Phyllis is no longer her problem so Jack says Phyllis has a right
to know and tries to get her.
Sharon has put Phyllis' cell at a distance and won't let her have it when it
starts ringing. Phyllis has the TV remote in her hand which Sharon also
takes away saying watching TV at an angle can add more stress to her neck
and back.
Ben suggests that Jack and Nikki suspend their campaigns for a week. Jack is
agreeable, while Nikki isn't.
William arrives at the Abbott home and Sharon tells him they should talk
outside as she doesn't want Noah to hear and doesn't reveal that Phyllis is
there.
Nikki breaks the news to Victoria about wreckage.
Sharon returns with William and hands him an envelope as he learns Phyllis
is there due to her injury. William feels for Sharon having to put up with
Phyllis and leaves. When Phyllis starts questioning Sharon about what
William wanted, she says she can't talk about it as it's a legal matter.
Phyllis asks if that's good or bad. Sharon admits things are not looking
good. Phyllis asks for her or Sharon. Sharon says it's amazing that even
though Phyllis is injured she can still have a sense of humor and talks
about not wanting to upset Phyllis as she may try to drink all her pain
killers. Phyllis says Sharon is evil. Sharon denies is saying she knows
Phyllis is suffering.
Colleen is working and runs into JT. She tells him about Abby coming home
and her concern for Abby learning of their father's divorce as just before
Abby left she was getting closer to Victoria. Colleen tells JT that she
knows Victoria is going to turn to someone for comfort and asks JT to hold
off being that person.
Brad gets a call from Abby waiting for him at the airport. He asks Colleen
to come by his place to surprise Abby but Colleen says she can't as she's
working but promises to be by later.
Gloria is with Evan at her place when William arrives with the police to
arrest Evan on charges of credit card fraud. Evan tells William about Gloria
and how she hired him to make William jealous. Evan is being hauled off
while Gloria denies Evan's allegations.
Jack returns home to breaks the news to Sharon and Phyllis about the
wreckage. Both women are upset as they hoped Nick would be alive. Sharon
decides to put some coffee on, sees Jack comforting Phyllis, but is
understanding as she leaves.
David meets Nikki at the AC and comforts her as her hands tremble thinking
about the news.
Victoria arrives at JT's to tell him about the wreckage and how she was
holding out hope Nick was alive. She talks about Nick always being a joker
and their childhood then cries as JT's comforts her.
Brad arrives home with Abby and is surprised to see Colleen who was able to
get off work. Abby compliments how good Colleen looks while Colleen
compliments her. When Abby asks for Noah and Victoria, Brad says Noah is
with his mom, while Victoria isn't home. Abby has brought presents for
everyone and goes upstairs to leave Victoria's gift in her room. Colleen
realizes Brad hasn't told Abby about Victoria yet.
William and Gloria meet at the AC. She's worried that William believes Evan
and her marriage is over, but William's behavior says otherwise. A relieved
Gloria wants to celebrate so she goes to get some champagne while William
makes a call to the lab asking for the DNA results – the results are in!
Gloria is with William talking about their honeymoon when she notices
William is distracted. He's having flashbacks of pulling Gloria's hair out
and having it sent to the lab to be tested. Gloria snaps him back into
reality as William says he was daydreaming. She says that's fine as long as
it was about her.
Jack gives Phyllis something to drink and asks how she slept. Phyllis says
okay as Jack says Summer has been fed and changed and is back to sleep.
Sharon comes downstairs disappointed when Phyllis says she doesn't feel any
better than she did yesterday. Ben arrives and shows Jack the morning
papers. The news reports tell of Jack moving his ex wife in with him and his
current wife and the fact Sharon testified to the grand jury. Phyllis
smiles, then puts on a serious face.
Brad is with Abby who's showing him pictures she drew of him, Colleen, her
mom and Victoria. Abby wants to show Noah all the presents Brad gave her and
Brad says she can as Colleen says she'll take her. When Abby leaves the room
Brad asks Colleen to keep Abby occupied as William is coming over to discuss
the trial.
Nikki and Victoria are together at the coffeehouse neither one able to fully
digest the news that Nick is really gone. Nikki asks Victoria if she needs
some company, but Victoria says she's fine as she's meeting Adrian to
discuss business. Nikki sees Adrian walk in and tells Victoria to go.
David walks into the coffeehouse with a huge smile on his face as he shows
Nikki the papers about Phyllis moving in with Jack and Sharon. Nikki is in
disbelief!
Michael and Lauren are making out when Gloria walks in to say she came to
get the rest of her things. Gloria shows Michael the papers and he realizes
he needs to see Phyllis right away.
Phyllis tells Jack she's causing trouble and should leave. Jack says he
can't risk her injuring herself again and decides to do an interview in
which, he, Sharon and Phyllis will be present so he can set the facts
straight about why Phyllis is really staying with them.
William meets with Brad and gives him one last chance to testify against
Phyllis. If he does charges against him will be dropped. William gives Brad
until noon to decide. Colleen overhears and when William leaves tells Brad
to take the offer because she doesn't want him going to jail.
Nikki is with David brainstorming ways to bring Jack down. She smiles saying
Phyllis is ruining Jack's campaign without help.
Michael is with Phyllis discussing what she should and should not say during
the interview with Jack and Sharon. Jack, Sharon and Ben walk in from the
dining room and together try to get their stories straight. They agree not
to mention anything about the grand jury.
Brad and Victoria are at NE where she learns Abby doesn't know about the
divorce. Brad asks Victoria to be present when he breaks the news to Abby so
she agrees. Victoria asks Brad if he has thought about the offer she made as
NVP wants an answer soon. Brad says he isn't selling so Victoria reminds him
of the legal trouble he could face if he doesn't. Plus, he gets to keep his
board seat. Brad can't believe Victoria is using this against him because he
did it for her. Victoria says it's just business.
Lauren is helping Gloria pack as Gloria says how happy she is with William
and Lauren is happy for her.
Michael confronts
William about having Sharon's testimony to the grand jury leaked and decides
to file a motion throwing out the case because of it. They get into a heated
argument but finally cool down as Michael leaves.
Phyllis calls Brad asking if he remembers what she told him about him
exposing him illegally purchasing land in Clear Springs if he testifies
against her. Sharon walks in and overhears when Phyllis tells Brad he better
stick to his story or they will both lose. Sharon confronts Phyllis, as
she's amazed that despite everything that has happened Phyllis is still
threatening Brad. Sharon realizes Phyllis won't change while Phyllis denies
her allegations. Sharon says she heard everything as Jack walks in with the
interviewer from the papers so she and Phyllis stop talking.
Nikki tells David that Jack having Phyllis move in with him will blow up in
his face as she herself couldn't stand to be in the same room with Phyllis
for a few minutes. Nikki says Sharon won't make it living in the same home
with Phyllis. Michael, Lauren and Victoria arrive as they're holding a
meeting regarding Clear Springs. Nikki and Victoria present their idea to
Lauren about having a department store from the 1920's involved with
Lauren's boutique. Victoria explains those places are landmarks and they
want to work in restoring the buildings instead of breaking them down and
working from scratch. Michael and Lauren feel it's too risky and turn Nikki
down!
Colleen and Adrian meet at the AC where she learns Adrian is writing about
her family finding the treasures and she doesn't like it.
Brad meets with William again ready to accept the deal on one condition. He
wants William to grant to immunity on another deal. William doesn't seem
interested, but Brad says William needs him and asks if he's willing to play
hard ball.
Colleen tells Adrian her family has been through a lot and doesn't feel
comfortable with Adrian writing about them. She offers him a deal: They'll
talk to Brad first; if he agrees the book is a go.
Sharon, Phyllis and Jack give their interviews. The interviewer asks how
Phyllis and Sharon are able to live under the same roof after their
publicized fight resulting in Dru's death. Sharon and Phyllis both say it
was a tragic accident. The interviewer asks how long Phyllis will stay with
them and Jack says until Phyllis is able to take care of herself and her
daughter.
Nikki and Victoria try to convince Lauren and Michael to accept their offer
and explain that the rent would be much lower in the area they are planning
on rebuilding. Lauren and Michael seem interested and say they will talk to
Nikki's legal team about it. Michael and Lauren leave, while Victoria tells
Nikki that Brad has nowhere else to turn; he will have to accept their
offer.
Brad calls Jack who is at the door showing the interviewer out. Brad says he
has a proposition for Jack, one he's going to want to hear and they agree to
meet in the conference room in an hour.
Colleen and Adrian turn their conversation to Jana. Colleen wishes Jana was
locked up as she still has nightmares about her. Adrian feels it's a lesson
to be learned as good or bad you never know the lengths people can go to if
they want something desperately.
William receives the DNA results.
David meets with Nikki and compliments her on how well she's doing and how
when she puts her mind to something it gets done. Nikki thanks David for
being so supportive as they share a hug and then a kiss.
Brad meets with Jack and tells him he wants to sell his Clear Springs
properties to Jack!
Michael arrives at the Abbott home where Sharon asks if he's going to be
there a while as she wants to get out of the house. Michael tells her to go
ahead as Sharon leaves. Michael tells Phyllis about Brad cutting a deal with
the DA; he is going to testify against her!
Jack realizes that
Brad wants to sell his properties to Jack to stick it to Nikki. Brad says
the thought never crossed his mind.
William shows up at Gloria's looking pale and upset.
Sharon is at the AC when Victoria approaches saying she knew this would
happen and tells Sharon that her testimony to the grand jury has been leaked
and now everyone knows she had a ONS with Brad. Sharon is shocked then
checks her phone and says it's unreal as she didn't speak to anyone.
Victoria gets a call from JT who gives his support to her through this
difficult time. Sharon says her testimony was supposed to be confidential
and Victoria says just like her husband was supposed to be faithful, adding
she expected too much and thanks Sharon for making her humiliation complete.
Nikki and David learn from Karen that Sharon and Brad's ONS is public
knowledge. Nikki feels for Victoria while Karen believes it will have the
public sympathize with Victoria and increase the votes for Nikki.
Jack gets a phone call learning about the grand jury leak and tells Brad who
is equally shocked. Jack says Brad has managed to embarrass everyone while
Brad says he never wanted this to happen. Jack is rethinking accepting
Brad's offer, but Brad tells him this is a good business deal and after
telling Jack about his divorce, Jack says he's in!
Michael spends time with Summer and asks Phyllis to move in with them as he
feels her imposing on Sharon is ridiculous when she can be with friends.
Phyllis refuses despite Michael's insistence. and her finally realizes she's
faking an injury so she can be close to Jack. Phyllis denies it and as he's
scolding her Noah walks in so Michael stays quiet. Noah gives Phyllis a get
well card he made while Michael looks on irritated.
William confronts Gloria about knowing she's behind the Jabot scandal. She
tries to deny it but William says he knows she switched the DNA results.
Gloria has no choice but to admit to her crime causing William to be sad.
Victoria and Brad are on the NE elevator where she shows him the news and
talks about how he has humiliated her. Brad says that's all he's been
hearing about and says she is not the only one who has been humiliated, he
has too along with Sharon and Jack and reminds Victoria this even caused
Dru's death. Brad tells Victoria to leave and not let the divorce papers hit
her on the way out. Victoria leaves but not before reminding Brad to sell
the properties to her mother. Brad keeps silent.
Sharon wonders why this should matter now as her ONS occurred before she got
involved with Jack. Jack says they are married so it automatically becomes a
scandal for them. Sharon says they should have waited to get married, but
Jack says he doesn't regret marrying her and it's not her fault. He says his
lawyers are looking into who leaked Sharon's testimony.
Michael tells Phyllis she's not being fair to Sharon while Phyllis blames
Sharon for her faking an injury. Phyllis says Sharon's testimony could bury
her and she needs to make amends with Sharon. Michael says Sharon is only
going to be angrier at Phyllis if she were to learn the truth.
Nikki tells Victoria
how sorry she is for Sharon's testimony being leaked. They all wonder who
leaked the testimony as they don't believe Jack would to embarrass Sharon.
Nikki suggests Victoria take a short vacation with Brad, but Victoria is
against it saying her marriage is over. Victoria accuses Nikki of acting
like Victor – selfish. Victoria refuses to lie or delay her divorce for the
sake of Nikki's campaign and storms out.
Sharon has a run in with Brad in the break room. Brad says she can't avoid
him as they work in the same building. Sharon gets her cup of coffee, as
they speak about their ONS becoming public knowledge. Brad says this is what
happens when you marry into the Newmans. Sharon says what bothers her most
is the effect this has on Jack's campaign.
Jack is upset saying Phyllis brought all this on herself and should have
known it would blow up in her face. Jack says he would love to help her, as
he doesn't want to see her behind bars and Summer without her mother, but
there's nothing he can do. Phyllis says he can get Brad and Sharon to back
off. Jack gets more upset saying he won't do that. Phyllis says Sharon can
help her, but Jack is completely against it saying he will not have his wife
put her neck on the line to help Phyllis; he can't do it as Sharon is his
wife and they are a family now! Phyllis has tears in her eyes.
Victoria is with JT at his loft thinking about her mother's selfish behavior
saying she can't move back there and needs to find her own place. JT says
his offer still stands but Victoria says she can't move in with him.
Gloria explains to William why she did what she did and how she never meant
for people to get hurt. William asks if that were the case why she didn't
come forward. Gloria tries to justify her actions, but she can't as William
says he has to turn her in to the police!
JT gives Victoria a dartboard and her a choice of targets by holding up
pictures of Brad, Sharon and Nikki. Victoria chooses Nikki's and also takes
JT up on his offer.
Sharon returns home and notices Summer in a playpen while Phyllis is singing
to her from the couch. Sharon learns Jack brought it up from the attic and
asks if Phyllis needs anything before she goes upstairs. Phyllis says she
doesn't and tries to make amends with Sharon saying she's done wrong to
Sharon but wants that to change. Sharon says that would be good but she
isn't going to get her hopes up.
William tells Gloria he still cares about her as Gloria asks him to get rid
of the test. William tells her he can't and once again becomes weak and
falls to the ground!
Jack overhears Karen and David's conversation about David becoming closer to
Nikki.
JT finds out Victoria is pregnant when her prenatal vitamins fall out of her
purse.
Michael arrives home as Gloria tries to wake William up. She explains she
called the paramedics, but they haven't arrived yet and she believes William
had a stroke. Michael tells Gloria to remain calm and tries talking to
William.
Summer is crying as Phyllis looks around and sees she's alone so she gets up
to tend to Summer. Sharon comes downstairs and looks on at Phyllis realizing
she's been faking her injury all this time.
