Show #9032 - 12.01.08 - Director Andy Lee

The long Thanksgiving holiday at an end, it's back to business as usual in Genoa City and still Thanksgiving Day! At the coffee shop, Kevin and Jana and Gloria are expecting Michael and Lauren for dessert. Kevin is suddenly not worried about charging stuff to his credit card just as Gloria says that starting tomorrow he won't have to worry about money at all because "we'll be sitting pretty". Michael arrives to grumble about Lowell being in jail.

Jeff reports to Jack that Jill has called a meeting of the Jabot shareholders and he expects to be named CEO by Jack as it's Jack who has all the proxies. Never mind that Jack isn't supposed to show his face at Jabot.

At their little home, Amber and Daniel are in the kitchen and she's bawling that she burned the turkey.

A big freakout with the Winters and Tyra fearing what will happen to Ana. Devon says the law be damned, Ana will be coming home if he has anything to say about it.

Jeff assures Jack that he should be CEO so that Jack won't have to have Gloria watching over his shoulder all the time. Jack is in so long as Jeff don't botch the job.

Oh, oh. Michael got a call from Neil. There's an emergency that only Michael can handle. Ana is in protective custody. The best Michael can do is give Neil the names of some real attorneys he can call tomorrow. Besides, no judge would spring Ana on a holiday. Devon isn't happy. Can't they understand the hell Ana must be going through? Tyra is in a panic too as Billy says he just so happens to know where there's a public defender who handled a case he was involved in a few years ago and he's having dinner at the AC. Lily questions his ruining the guy's holiday, but goes off with Billy anyway.

The social worker has found a home for Ana. Devon objects. Neil has to calm him down and then tell the worker that Yolanda is a druggie. The worker reports that's not true. Yolanda cleaned up good and got married! Now she wants her daughter back. Tyra keeps says she's Ana's mother and then gripes "I should never have come to Genoa City." Neil assures her that he'll fix everything as Gill the cops shows up to say he had no choice but enforce the law. Surely they understand they aren't above the law. As Gill leaves, Tyra bitches, "He did not have to turn Ana in".

At the same time, Devon is praising the Winters for keeping him "alive". He snipes at Yolanda for being a bad mother and now she's trying to ruin Ana's life. Ana needs someone to love her. It took Devon many hard years to find real parents, and he won't let anyone take that away from Ana.

Michael wants Kevin to tell him what Gloria is hiding now. Kevin doesn't have a clue. Michael pleads, do it for me. This is my father we're talking about. Sorry, 'bro, Kevin can't help. But he does spill the Jabot takeover beans and that he, Kevin, is in on it. Oh lord, Jana is pissed. Michael reminds Kevin that he'll see - Gloria will take them all down with her.

Gloria reports to Jack that Jeff isn't in the game like he thinks he is. It is, Gloria says, she and Jack who will call the shots starting tomorrow.

Daniel and Amber went to Katherine's grave which is right next to Phillip III's. Amber can't stop bawling. It's all so tragic. Katherine died before her time. Boo, hoo.

Billy interrupted the lawyer, named Rafael Torres. Lily babbles about her family being in trouble. No problem, Rafael, who says he's an old friend of Billy's from school, will fix everything.

Jack and Gloria and Jeff toast to a better tomorrow. Jabot will become an Abbott family company again.

Neil swears no one will break the family up. He pleads with the worker to let them take Ana home. The worker says they should be thankful Tyra wasn't charged with kidnapping. Tyra keeps saying she's the mother even after the worker says she's only Ana's "closet relative".

At the coffee shop, Amber is feeling better. Daniel orders pie to go as Jeff and Gloria arrive. Michael warns them that Jack can't have anything to do with Jabot. Jeff says he won't be, because Jack is being used as a "pawn". All they need are the proxies. Hearing all this, Jana doesn't look pleased.

Ana runs into Devon's arms. "Don't let them send me away" she whines. Devon promises it'll only be one night that she'll be in custody. She'll always be with Devon no matter where they are.

Lily is so grateful to Billy, while at the same time Devon is spewing hate at Gill for ruining Ana's life. Rolled out again, Ana is allowed to say goodnight to Tyra who oddly didn't get to spend time with her like Devon did presumably because she lipped off to the worker. Ana is assured it's only for one night. She'll see. Time to go, Ana is taken away bawling as is Tyra.

Back at their crib, Daniel and Amber are eating pie. Amber can't stop yapping about Katherine; how she, Amber, so wanted to be like her. She doesn't know why Daniel loves her after she "killed" the turkey. Oh, but he does because Amber is so "amazing". He is the "luckiest guy in the world". And in the bed they go with Amber talking about publishing the memoirs. She's going to quit RSM. She wants him to quit to - and he will!

Saying he's a "spoiled little rich kid," Billy and Lily hug as Karen urges Neil to fight for Ana. Tyra recalls for Devon how when he was born he nearly died. Yolanda apparently gave birth in an abandoned building with no heat.

Back at the coffee shop, Jana has found the money! Kevin says it's not what she thinks. He admits it's Katherine's. She left it there; he tried to give it back, and now she's gone and Heather said finders keepers. Can we keep it? Please? Jana reminds him that he promised never to lie again; this is the last straw.

Out on the patio, Michael can't understand when Gloria became so twisted. Just wait, he'll be defending her and Jeff before they know it. At the same time, Jack is telling someone on the phone "they won't know what hit them".

Show #9033 - 12.02.08 - Director Dean LA Mont

As we join our merry band of thieves and adulterers, Jack is calling Ashley, leaving a message that Jabot will soon be in Abbott hands. Jeff and Gloria agree, as Jack makes them promise to keep him in the loop; stick to the script. As Gloria goes off, Jeff says he's got Gloria under control. At the right time he, Jeff, will announce he, Jeff, is the new CEO of Jabot.

Meanwhile, Jill and Cane are preparing for the shareholders meeting. She's been practicing her speech. She plans to brag about Cane's accomplishments and wants Billy to be there too. So, where is Billy, Chloe wonders. A disaster at the Winters? Lily? Cane must go.

Indeed the Winters, Devon, Tyra and all are being told by Rafael to play it cool. In time, Ana will be home. Ah, but Devon doesn't want to wait. Ana can't survive that long living with strangers.

Nikki and Ether are at the coffee shop arguing over something Jill took - the ring. Nikki wants it because she swears Katherine meant for her to have it.

At the diner, Katherine, being called Marge, is asked about her ring. It must be worth millions.

At the AC, Jill is trying to reach Cane. She gets his voice mail as shareholders arrive as do Jeff and Gloria. Jill snipes at Gloria for having gall. When Jack appears, Jill says she should have hired a bouncer; he has no say in what happens. Jack says he doesn't want a say; he's just observing. So why hasn't Jack ever attended any other meetings? Because this one involves the Abbott family. There's nothing that says he can't observe. Moments later, Jack is wondering where Billy is.

Oh poor Ana. When she was a baby she didn't have a crib because Yolanda sold it for drugs. Tyra says when she first saw Ana in that state the child cried out, "Mama". Rafael has filed a motion, don't worry. But Tyra can't stop bawling. If only they could see Ana.

"What are you doing here?" Lily asks as she opens the door and sees Cane.

Brad shows up for the shareholders meeting too. Jill has to be reminded that Colleen and Traci are Abbotts. That gives him a right to observe. Also there, Kevin who Gloria says she wants by her side. And there she is, Colleen to inform Chloe that she has as much right to be there as Chloe does. And then Nikki arrives to demand from Jill the ring.

Marge says the ring isn't real. She couldn't buy a good piece of junk for the $18 she made in tips yesterday. It must be the drinking causing Marge not to remember things.

Cane told Lily that if the family needs one, he'll be a good witness and informs Billy that the shareholders meeting is about to begin. Off Cane goes.

So how does Gloria plan to announce that she's the CEO? And what about Kevin's prize? No problem, all in good time. What about Jeff? No problem, Jeff will spend his time on the golf course. Speaking of Jeff, he's telling Jack again that everything is in place. Jill is pissed. Nikki interrupted her meeting because of a trivial piece of jewelry? Oh, it's not trivial. No matter, Jill told Nikki to get a life before Nikki ran into Jack and accused him of framing Victor.

Oh my, now Lily and Olivia are talking about Cane. Lily misses him so. So why is Billy hanging around? Olivia doesn't miss a thing. Billy is Cane's brother and that's a problem, says Olivia, adding that she's been there, done that with Neil and Malfunction.

Into the diner comes Murphy. How's it hanging? Say, did Murphy give Marge that ring? No. So why does Marge feel like a stranger in her own skin? When will she wake up?

Jack had to laugh at Nikki. She risked life and limb to find the old man only to have Victor tell her to go to hell. No matter to Nikki, she can live with herself. Can Jack?

So where are Billy and Cane? Jill is jumpy. Ah! There they are. Cane reports the bad news that Ana is in foster care and Billy was saving the day. Thank God, Jill has both sons to depend on, and as she looks at Cane, Billy looks at Jack.

Lily wants to go be with Billy. Neil grants her wish. Rafael has good news; a supervised visit with Ana at the coffee shop! Wouldn't they want to see where Ana is staying? Apparently not.

Colleen whines to Brad that the older she gets the less tolerant she is of stupid people. Well, Brad says that's what makes her his daughter. Meantime, Billy and Jack are checking to see if they're on the same page. They're doing this for their daddy - right?

Jill calls the meeting to order. Her mother, dead as she is, was a remarkable woman. Thanks for all the cards and letters. As Jill rambles on, Jack suggests to Nikki that she stick around. Oh no, Nikki couldn't stand it.

And presto! Everyone is at the coffee shop as Ana arrives. Did she sleep okay? They treating her good? Yea, she wants to go home. They are taking her "home to Devon" aren't they?

More with Marge's ring as Pearl swipes it.

Jill is convinced that Jabot will survive the financial mess. The power structure at Jabot is about to change. Gloria interrupts to say that as of today the Chancellors are out! John Abbott's children now control the company and that she will be Jabot's new CEO along with her husband, Jeff. Jill can't believe her ears as Gloria goes on to say that Jabot is back where it rightfully belongs.

Marge can't find her ring.

Nikki and Ether meet at the coffee shop to discuss the ring. Ether says it's gone. How about reporting it stolen? Great idea!

Ana is grumpy. She can't come home? Not now, and for damn sure she won't go back to Yolanda. Sit tight, kid. We'll get you out of this. Ana swears she'll be good forever and ever if they do. Karen chimes in to say when she was twelve, her mother died and she had to live with some strangers. But it was all good as it will be for Ana.

Now Jill knows why Gloria was so obsessed to get Katherine's stock. Gloria tells the crowd it was meant to be. Sorry for not getting a formal announcement out. Jill and her son Cane will be out by Friday. Jill says it'll never happen as Billy chimes in to say he'll be running Jabot. Curses! Jill has been foiled again.

Show #9034 - 12.03.08 - Director Sally McDonald

At the coffee shop, Michael, Lauren and Phyllis and Nick are talking about Nick and Phyllis in France.

At their tiny abode, Daniel and Amber are having trouble concentrating. They've got writer's and artist's block and here they're so rich now. What could explain it? Amber's got an idea. She pulls her dress off her shoulder.

Jill is stunned. How could Billy stab her in the back; let those "clowns" run Jabot? Because Billy is part of the coup along with his former step-mother, Gloria. Cane is pissed. Does Billy really want to turn on his mother? Jill doesn't blame him. She knows who's really behind the plot. It was Jack, wasn't it! It was, Jack admitted as much.

Noah is trying to get out of the house to "study" with a friend. Sharon wants to know his name, so he turns the information over to her sans Social Security number. All Sharon wants is to trust Noah, then saying she loves him, sends Noah on his way.

Back with Daniel and Amber, he's yapping about how he became famous when Jana comes calling. Playing hooky with the magazine are they? Better than that, they quit their jobs because they've got money.

Nick wants to know if life is harder for Lauren now with a teenager in the house. No, not much. Hey! What the hell is Noah doing there? He's been grounded.

Jill tells Jack he won't get away with it. Oh yes he will. Golly, Jack's been plotting this for months, hasn't he? Yes, with Gloria and Jeff and now they've won so Jill better get used to it. Cane chimes in to say his grandmother would never have approved. When stockholders find out Jabot stock will crumble. Looking at Billy, Jill says his deception will doom Jabot. As for Jack, once word gets out there will be a massive lawsuit as Jack is to have no contact with Jabot. Just then Ashley walked in to say she'll be running Jabot. Just off the plane from London, Ashley says it's true that her brother has made mistakes, but nothing that can't be overlooked. Calling her the "new sheriff in town", Brad snipes as Ashley says she had nothing to do with the tainted skin cream scandal. She has great experience to run Jabot again, blah, blah.

At the same time, Jeff and Gloria are telling each other they won't be taking a back seat.

Nick rips into Noah for lying again. Wasn't he going to the library? Phyllis and Michael haggle over how she dealt with Daniel, as Nick keeps at Noah. Nick expected so much more from him. Near tears, Phyllis tells Michael she thinks she's losing her mind. She saw Nick and Sharon kissing in Paris. Michael's mouth drops open. What does she mean kiss? On the lips? And that bitch, Sharon, she's sucking around Nick every chance she gets. So needy, always calling, and Nick goes running to her. Michael thinks she's up to something; playing a dangerous game; don't do anything dangerous.

Amber told Jana about seeing Kevin with a wad of money on the coffee shop patio. This causes Jana to have a flashback to Kevin trying to weasel his way out of a lie. Nevertheless, Jana says Kevin must have been able to afford the scooter he bought for her.

Colleen and Lily discuss Billy's loyalty as Cane tells Jill they need to look into whether the takeover is legal. Trying to talk with Jill, Cane bellows at Billy to stay away. Jack thanks Ashley for her timely arrival. He can't imagine that she's giving up Forrester Creations. Oh, she is. She's in town to keep an eye on Jack too. Gosh, Jack didn't have a clue this could happen when she took up with Victor again? What if Jack was to tell the world that Ashley isn't a biological Abbott? Does he know?

Michael warns Phyllis that if Nick finds out what's she's doing, Nick could leave her flat. Meantime, Nick and Lauren agree that Eden and Noah can't see each other. Noah balks. He won't do it.

Billy tries to explain to Jill what he did. Cane gives Billy the evil eye as he says he should have known Billy was no brother. Brad badgers Gloria as Jack informs Jeff he's sorry things didn't go down quite as planned. Fine with Jeff, so long as Jack keeps the Bardwell's happy they'll all get along.

Now it's Lily's turn to chat with Cane. She's sure he'll find a new job, what with his many skills. So how's Ana? Lily's not sure. He knows she's been spending time with Billy, it's none of his business but... that's right. None of his business as Lily's trots off.

Ashley informs Billy that she's fully confident he'll do good at Jabot. Too bad she can't say the same for his mother. Gloria quizzes Jeff. Did he think she'd really cut him out? He doesn't know it yet, but the recent developments may have saved their marriage.

Kevin doesn't like the idea of having to suck up to Billy. He goes by Daniel's place to say as much. Amber told him maybe that's what he wanted all along. Didn't he want Katherine to die? Kevin said it's absurd. Jana comes to the rescue; that's not what Amber is saying - is it?

Cane is having a flashback to Billy telling him that in Genoa City it's often necessary to "get bloody". In real time, Chloe tries to sooth his nerves. He throws out that if she's worried that he's broke now, don't.

Nick will take Noah home as Sharon says "we need to work this out as a family". Phyllis isn't happy with that so she calls Brad to say that Sharon's about to get some bad news about her husband. She wants Brad to be there when Sharon falls.

More with Jeff and Gloria with her trying to convince him that Jill will come around. Meantime, Jill warns Ashley that she'll be watching her and Jack. Given a chance, Jill will take them down. At the same time, Jack instructs Billy as to how to play his role. They have a deal. Jack paid his way for two years in Hong Kong. Now it's payback time. Billy agrees; what does Jack want him to do? Jack says he'll let him know.

Show #9036 - 12.05.08 - Director Andy Lee

The end of another week finds Victor meeting again with Frank Ellis. Michael is on the way too. Victor won't pay a damn dime. Frank admits he's the forger and if Victor plays his cards right Frank will tell who paid him to forge the journal/diary.

Jack is so sorry. The truth is he's a sex addict. Is this a joke? No, he never wanted it to come out this way. But it has. Sharon doesn't believe it. She knows he was at the motel, but it had to be for some other reason. Michael chimes in to ask what Jack is really hiding.

Their dinner in an AC room complete, Nick's belly is full. He wonders what other surprise Phyllis has. All in good time, she must first call room service, but really calls to alert Brad that it's show time and sure enough Sharon needs a ride home after she calls and leaves Nick a message that her world blew up.

At the coffee shop, Nikki spots Ashley. She tells of talking with Victor, how he told her to go to hell, and it's all Ashley's fault.

Michael won't get off Jack's back. He looks for Sharon and is told by the waiter that she left with a "gentleman".

Seeing there's a message on Nick's phone, Phyllis deletes it without Nick knowing. He was preparing a bubble bath and wants her to hurry up and join him. Calling room service, she orders more food and drink.

Victor seems to know all about Frank, his wife and kid. But don't worry, Victor isn't threatening Frank's family so long as Frank spills his guts about the diary. If he does, Frank's family will never have financial worries again. So how 'bout it? Start talking now Mr. Ellis. And he does. Franks puts the blame entirely on Jack. Sure, Adam played a role, but Jack suckered him. The plan is for Adam to take the fall. Victor is happy. Now Mr. Ellis, you will put that in writing.

At home, Sharon is freaking. Brad is there for her. She says it's no big deal; they had a fight is all. But how could Jack do this to her? Sniveling now, she feels betrayed. Brad understands.

Phyllis informs Nick that she checked his phone messages; there weren't any. Nick is appreciative; he loves when she takes care of him and she loves doing it. She hopes their daughter finds a man as good as Nick. Summer's birthday is right around the corner and they'll save the economy with all the gifts they shower her with. Summer's birthday is, according to Nick, on the 19th no matter that Summer was born in an elevator on Thanksgiving. So what can St. Nick bring Phyllis for Christmas? This moment in a bottle? A snow globe? She wants to remember how he smells, and tastes. Oh yes, Phyllis. Nick promises you'll always have him.

Back at the jail, Michael is with Victor. Can they take Frank's word? Where's the proof? Well, Frank told Victor he did it. Yeah, but Frank's a loser. Damn you Michael! Why do you keep throwing cold water on my freedom?

Nikki continues ripping Ashley after all Ashley did for her. Ashley tells her as much, calling Nikki a vindictive bitch.

While Brad is going upstairs to fetch a sweater for Sharon, she's trying to reach Nick to no available. At the same time Jack is coming in through the dining room and hides when he hears Brad coming back down.

Victor hands Michael Frank's written confession and still Michael isn't sold. Will Victor go after Jack next?

Nick talks about a federal law that they can't drink champagne without making a toast. And so they do. Still, Nick is wondering why Phyllis set this evening up even though she already told him. So she tells him again. It was her way to show how much she loves her man. Yeah, but where did her inspiration come from? Time is her inspiration. She wants him to know who loves him the most. Okay, Nick took the bait. He swears he'll never love anyone else.

Jack shows himself. He tells Brad to get out as Sharon whines she needed a ride home. When Brad is gone, Jack says he's not really a sex addict. No matter, Sharon is tired of his crap. She wants him out - tonight! How convenient too that the door was left ajar so Brad could hear Jack get his marching orders.

Nikki's nose in the air, she tells Ashley that next time, if there is one, she won't get her hopes up. Go screw yourself, Ashley said in so many words.

Brad reports to Phyllis that all went well. Sharon is throwing Jack out of his own house. So what is Brad doing? He needs to get back to the house; be there for Sharon; do it now as Phyllis demands! Hey babe, who was that on the phone? Magazine business? Nick's got a feeling she isn't telling him something. She needs to trust him if there's something going on.

Getting ready to leave, Jack and Sharon rehash better days. He wants another chance. No! He doesn't want anyone but himself. Don't touch! Go! Get out. Before going, Jack swears again he's crazy for her. As he goes, Sharon bawls.

His latest visitor, Ashley reports to Victor that she's back from London. Abby couldn't come with her, but will be home by Christmas. Victor has bad news. Her brother framed him.

Phyllis says there's nothing going on except that she wants Nick. So what would he like for Christmas? C'mon Phyllis, there's something wrong. What is it? Nothing, absolutely nothing.

At the same time Sharon is sitting alone flashing back to the kiss in Paris. Oh, to be in Nick's arms again. Back in real time, Brad is back. He thought he'd take Colleen to his place so Sharon could have some space. Colleen? Colleen's not there. Oh, Brad. My life is such a train wreck. Meanwhile, Jack is checking into the AC. He'll be staying awhile.
