Show #9117 - 04.06.09 - Director: Mike Denney

Jack welcomes Mac home as
the silence is broken when they hear loud voices. All rush in to halt the
‘cake’ riot . Katherine delivers her good news, she is Brock’s mother and
that thing, pointing to Jill, is not her daughter. Billy and Mac’s eyes
connect.
Sharon begins to explain to Nick why she had Phyllis escorted out, he
understands and just wants to help her. She asks him to leave, but he is
hesitant. He apologizes for the way that he has spoken to her lately, but he
just wants to know what is going on with her.
Mac hugs Katherine, who is so happy. Billy goes up to Katherine and tells
her that he is sorry for not having believed her. Jill’s mouth goes on
flapping . Murphy remarks there is still some cake left to go another round.
Jack and Ash are discussing the “what if” factor after having witnessed the
look on Billy’s face when he saw Mac.
Chloe is thanking Colleen for standing up for her, who takes no time in
telling Chloe that she should get to know Mac, she has many interesting
stories to tell.
Brock and Mac are talking when Billy appears and Brock exits. They begin to
have a conversation, when as usual and on cue, Chloe interrupts. She
introduces the baby to Mac and then goes on at the wow factor by the recent
events and how Jill is having a bad time dealing with the news. Mac leaves
to clean up and Billy’s eyes fill up.
Sharon is singing her ‘swan’ song to Nick. He offers to be her friend and
leaves. As he closes the door, who is in the hallway but Phyllis. Again he
is forced to listen to her paranoia till a scuffle ensues and he leads her
out of the AC.
What a big name for such a
little baby remarks Katherine. Billy goes over to her and she says so you’re
the father. Yes, and boy this family is full of shockers. Hypocrite Cane
pushes his way through to Katherine, hugs her and asks his forgiveness
blah-blah. Katherine tells the two boys that even though they are not
related, nothing has changed for her. Jill is quick to point out that Cane
is Philip’s son. Jill goes out and sees Mac and tries yet again to stir up
trouble.
Up in the room, Ether ends up filling Chloe in on the whole Mac and Billy
saga. Chloe gets a worried look on her face.
Billy is outside racking his brain over these events when Jack comes out and
reminds him of the upcoming custody hearing.
Cobra Cane and Chloe are having a sour exchange of words when Billy
intervenes and pulls Chloe away – let’s split. After saying their goodnights
to all, they pass Cane who is smirking.
Katherine thanks Ash and Jack (recent believer) for their faith in her. When
they arrive at the AC, Ash tells him to not rush into business with
Katherine yet and Jack admits that he just became a believer. Ash wants to
know if going to the AC was an excuse to check up on Sharon.
Phyllis comes home to an awaiting Nick and they get into another heated
argument with her famous last words on Sharon – she’s a slut!
Chloe is in her negligee and exclaims to Billy at what a night this has
been, and what about Mac? Billy wants to change the subject and plants a wet
one on her.
Cobra Cane meets Mac and puts on the charm as only he can. You would think
Jill had enough, but, no, she gets into it with Katherine over how much she
was hoping that she would get her mother back, but she is not, so she has
decided to leave the mausoleum. Kay again tries to reach out to her but Jill
declines and leaves.
At the AC we find the 2 snakes, Cane and Jill hissing together. She tells
him that now she knows why there was always animosity between her and
Katherine – we’re not related.
As Nikki tries to apologize for Jill’s
behavior, but Katherine is taking it in stride. Murphy leaves them
and Nikki is quick to advise Kay to get the ball rolling on
rescinding her death certificate and the will.
Brock and Mac are having a heart-to-heart as she does admit that the
“what if” factor has crossed her mind.
Jack goes to check on Sharon and tells her that the wedding ended
early with a bang! He goes on to explain the results of the DNA,
etc. He takes this opportunity to start his same old same old about
how he feels about her.
Phyllis and Nick are in round 3 and still going at it. Can’t you see
that she is a liar, a kleptomaniac and a whore. Why can’t you take
her down from the pedestal that you have put her on. Nick continues
to defend Sharon. Phyllis is beyond herself, she wants Nick to
realize that he is just one more notch in Sharon’s belt and that he
means nothing to her except for sex. That is not true responds Nick.
Jack is now at the begging stage, one more chance, just one more
chance. Sharon tries to make him understand as she opens the drawer
and takes out the divorce papers. She has now signed them and would
like him to do the same. She feels that this is the best for both of
them.
Phyllis is still going at it. She tells him that she remembers how
he said he loved both of them. Nick says yes, but he chose her. When
will the light go on Nick? She is a thief, a manipulator, a tramp, a
liar. Nick interrupts her and says I think that I am beginning to
see who the real you is. With that, he storms out.
Poor Jack, sitting at the bar staring at the divorce papers. He
finally signs them. Jill passes by and the old Jack is back full
force as he gloats about her being out the mausoleum, Jabot and
Chancellor next? Jill responds that he always looks at the
misfortunes of others as an opportunity for him, so shove it.
Katherine hugs Murphy and exclaims happily – home at last.
Chloe awakens to find Billy is not next to her.
Mac is sitting outside in the garden as Billy approaches. What are
you doing here, she asks.

At the AC, Sharon is coming
down the stairs with the phone attached to her ear. She’s looking for Noah
who apparently has broken the rules. She leaves him a message to get back to
her.
Lo and behold, he and Eden are making out in a car. Eden feels the
vibrations but Noah doesn’t care and ignores the call.
Sharon calls Phyllis in the middle of the night and potentially wakes up
Summer. She asks to speak to Nick but Phyllis tells her to find someone
else. At the tack house, Phyllis is talking to herself wondering where Nick
is. Her paranoia gets the better of her and she wonders if maybe it’s all a
ruse and he’s with HER.
Nick is seen entering the AC and he runs into Jack. While glaring at each
other and in unison both take a seat at the bar.
Katherine is waking with Murph still asleep beside her in the bed. She needs
to talk and Murph is there for her. They snuggle. He is her rock.
Chloe is talking to Delia at the pool house. She’s reliving the wedding
ceremony. No surprise to find that Billy is AWOL.
Mac knows where he is since she’s at the mausoleum asking him what he is
doing with her. She reminds him they are all looking at the same moon
regardless of where they are, even Chloe does.
Murph and Kay are playing cards in bed and discussing the fight at the
wedding. He empathizes with her. Apparently, she says, it’s an easy world
for her to fall back into. She and Jill have that rhythm. Murph reminds her
how happy everyone is to have her back. He leaves out Amber and Kevin and
calls gin. They need to focus on the good things, like Mac. Assuredly, she
won’t be a problem.
Chloe continues to talk to
Delia trying to reaffirm to herself that she and Billy are forever. She
flashes back to a conversation at a greasy spoon type diner that she had
with a friend about Billy, Mr “never dates the same person twice”. In walks
Billy. Chloe eavesdrops and makes sure she is in the right place at the
right time to ensure she meets Billy.
Billy and Mac continue. She asks him again what he is doing there. Billy’s
trying to catch up. He explains the playboy lifestyle he’s been leading the
last 6 years. She asks him not to berate himself in order to beat her to the
punch. He thinks he’s an ass and she asks what that makes her since she ran
too. With that she takes off.
Chloe continues to explain everything to Delia, including her jealousy about
not being a real Chancellor. How crazy that daddy isn’t really even a
Chancellor. She flashes back to the diner, Chloe and Billy enter and she
plays hard to get. She’s perfect for him. She wants a no strings attached
deal with him. He tells her about Mac but Chloe didn’t believe him.
Billy follows Mac and continues to discuss the revelation they are not
cousins. He thinks they got robbed of their lives the day they thought they
were cousins and lost 6 years because of it. She reiterates that she has
moved on.
Phyllis and Sharon are at the tackhouse. Phyllis comes downstairs after
having looked for Noah. Sharon wonders where Nick is. Phyl admits he left.
Phyllis continues blaming Sharon’s poor needy behavior for attracting Nick.
She accuses Sharon of trying to hurt Nick. She’s trying to take him away
from Summer and her and that would destroy him.
Back at the AC, Nick and Jack are having a drink and confessing their life
woes. Jack tells him about signing the divorce papers. He goes on taunting
Nick about his part in that process. Nick challenges him on that and gets up
to leave. Jack admits he was being a smart ass and apologizes. He knows how
hard it is to watch someone suffer. Jack asserts that Phyllis loves him.
Sharon loves him too. Jack is being protective of the two women who love
Nick. He sees Nick living in a personal hell. One of the two will be hurt
pretty badly and it’s obvious this is tearing Nick up.
Noah and Eden are still slobbering in the car. Noah’s upset they have to
sneak around this way. He only wants to be with her.
Sharon is sorry Nick left but her only concern is Noah. Phyllis dares to ask
if Sharon loves Nick. She claims she’s not the reason Nick ran out on her.
Phyllis asserts that Nick thinks he broke her so he has to fix her.
Sharon thinks she may actually be
thinking about someone else but really she just wants to blame her
for the marital problems. Phyllis begs Sharon to get some help. All
of a sudden Sharon is talking about Brad. Sharon denies it all.
Jack and Nick continue discussing the attributes of each woman. Jack
knows what Nick is going through and asks that they be completely
honest. He doesn’t want to be conned tonight. He thinks Nick is here
trying to decide which one he loves. Then it hits him, poor fool
that Nick is, he loves them both equally. Nick leaves with no idea
where he is headed.
Back to Chloe and her stories. She’s on the net looking up Billy and
Mac from the past.
Mac tells Billy they can’t make up for lost time that they never
lost in the first place. Life went on. Mac is going back to Darfur.
All they have is right now and then she’s gone.
Back at the AC, Mary Jane is at the bar talking to Jack, another
night owl. She’s making arrangements to go back to New York. Jack
wants her to stay, after all the struggle with Jabot has just begun,
he will need her more than ever. She is not so sure about that. She
gets a text from her husband.
Noah returns home to an angry Sharon. She reads him the riot act. He
asks if he is like a dog to her. She was worried, and do you hear
the disrespect in your voice. Noah tells her she wants everyone else
to be miserable because she is.
Billy asks Mac to save him as he tries to explain how he feels about
Chloe. Just then Chloe arrives with Delia and announces that she has
found daddy.
Katherine and Murphy are still playing cards as they continue to
discuss Amber and Kevin and what they did for her. Murph realizes
what a tough broad she is, and no matter what, she can’t fix
everything, no matter how badly she wants to.
Chloe begins to lie about why she is there and goes on telling Delia
about the bad news that daddy got today. She then tells them what a
whiplash it must be to them both of them. Chloe then points out to
Billy that since he is so wide awake, he could take over the next
feeding.
Sharon and Noah are continuing to argue over Eden and their
relationship. Sharon then insists that all this has to stop. Noah
then tells his mother that all this is not about him and Eden, it is
about mom’s past and how he is sure that if she could she would want
it all back. Nick arrives.
In bed, Chloe is taunting Billy re-Mac. His expression is not one of
‘wedding night bliss’.
Katherine sees Mac and as they hug, Katherine offers to do whatever
she can for her.
Jack suggest that maybe he should go work for Newman. Ha! Your
nemesis says Mary Jane. She prepares to leave and Jack asks her to
stay and have another drink. She declines and leaves.
Nick and Sharon are discussing Noah. Phyllis comes in and adds her
two cents. Sharon leaves. Phyllis remarks gladly to Nick that he
came back. Outside we see Sharon peeking in the window.

In a restaurant, Mike, Jana
and Daniel are sure that Kevin is not far, but where exactly. In the
meantime, Jeff and ShAmos are outside the box car. ShAmos feels that he is
no longer of use, so off he goes. (great bounty hunter). Jeff places a call
to Gloria to tell her that he has found Kevin and is bringing him and her
husband home.
Kevin is screaming in pain as Amber pours liquor over his wound. She
comments that it is looking better. He thanks her for not deserting him, but
is she sure that ‘dad’ won’t find them. No, it’s safe for them to go home.
Neil and Karen are preparing to receive the social services visit. Ana makes
a remark about not having seen Tyra for quite some time. Karen wants things
straightened up to make a good impression. Neil feels that they should see
the real them. Karen disagrees, but Neil wants to talk ‘about this
marriage’.
Mitchell has arrived at Katherine’s and is so happy to see her, it is so
hard for him to believe it. They begin to discuss the rescinding of the will
and some of the consequences.
Jack is goading Gloria over the stock and how she will have zilch now that
it has to be returned. Gloria says that the transaction was done in good
faith. Won’t it be a bummer if I have to testify that she is in breech of
contract since Katherine was alive when she made the deal. He keeps trying
to find out who she sold it to, but Gloria’s lips are sealed. As she leaves,
she places a call to Victor.
Victor and Mary Jane are having a meeting, going over the last developments
and the upcoming plan. He gives her some documentation and she would like to
know how he has so much knowledge of Jack. He replies that you must always
know the weaknesses of your enemy to set the perfect trap.
Jack meets up with Mary Jane and offers her job back. How says Mary Jane.
She is his secret weapon when he meets up with Katherine.
Neil and Karen are getting into a heated argument over Tyra being put
between their marriage. She tells him he is to blame for all this. He had a
chance to back out of the marriage but didn’t.
Michael gets a call from Gloria for advice re: the stock. He puts her off
and she tells him that Kevin has been found by Jeff near some box car. The
trio set off and a policeman calls in that he is on their tail.
Amber is getting Kevin ready to leave when Jeff comes in with a greeting
that sets Kevin back into his hallucinatory state. Jeff begins to bark
orders while Amber is trying to calm Kevin down. Jeff grabs Amber and Kevin
agrees to leave. Outside, the Trio have arrived at the box car and listen to
what is going on. Inside, Kevin rises and hits Jeff with the butt of his
gun. Kevin asks Amber if he is dead and she asks him to put the gun away.
This is heard outside as Jana exclaims, he has a gun! Amber tells Kevin not
to shoot.
Gloria is meeting with
Victor over the sale of the stock. He is annoyed that she seems to have
broken her deal with him that it was to remain a secret. She tells him that
Jack is poking his nose over it.
Jack is lap-licking Katherine, but she is no fool and is wise to him and
what he is after. He then introduces her to Mary Jane, the person that will
make him squeaky clean to the public.
Karen tells Neil that she may be overacting over the ‘kiss’, but they should
be able to work through this and what is best for Ana is to have two loving
parents. We can go to counseling and please do not take Ana away from her.
Mary Jane is introduced to Katherine. Mrs. C. is asking her why she should
hire someone that is willing to clean up Jack’s image.
Gloria is worried that Victor will back out of the deal. He reminds her that
she owes him and that at anytime he will need a favor from her, she better
be ready. Speaking of favors, she would like one for her son Kevin.
Amber suggests tying up Jeff when Michael walks in with a rope in hand. He
speaks softly to Kevin and offers to tie ‘the scum of the earth’ up. Amber
explains to Michael that Kevin thinks this is ‘Tom’. Michael continues to
pacify Kevin and wants to know what punishment does ‘Tom’ deserve. Michael
then punches Jeff and urges Kevin to do the same. Michael sends Amber out
and then continues the charade with his brother.
Katherine is going over the research that Mary Jane has of Jack. Mary Jane
tries to convince her to put Jack back in charge. Katherine agrees, but only
if she is also hired.
Amber jumps into Daniel’s arms and as she is explaining what is going on,
the police arrive and cuff her.
Mike is still coaxing Kevin to punish ‘Tom’. Kevin begins to punch Jeff
repeatedly. Michael pulls Kevin away and is holding him. What do we do now,
asks Kevin.
Neil and Karen are into some heated
argument over the kiss and what it has done to their marriage. Karen
says she will try to get over it, after all it was just a stupid
kiss. But Neil covers his face and she realizes that it was not just
‘a kiss’. She is devastated. There is a knock at the door.
Kevin is looking for his gun. Michael tells him of the repercussions
should he kill him. He would be locked up forever. Suddenly, they
hear the police bellowing out for him to come out. Jana wants to
talk to her husband. Out of nowhere a helicopter is heard and Gloria
appears. Kevin becomes panicky. Michael tries to calm him down.
Neil suggests sending the social worker away, but Karen refuses and
tells Neil that for the next ten minutes he is going to stand up and
be the man that she thought she married.
Jack is congratulating Mary Jane on her convincing Katherine. He
would very much like to know her source of information on him. She
reveals nothing to him which leaves him more intrigued.
Victor is visiting Katherine. Was that Jack leaving as I arrived and
was he here about his old job back. They talk for awhile and when
Victor leaves, outside the door he mentally says, well done Mary
Jane.
Michael convinces Kevin that he will not leave him and helps him to
exit. As they come out of the box car, the police are waiting, guns
pointed. Michael unfortunately says, there is Jeff, and Kevin goes
ballistic. Amber and Kevin are handcuffed leaning against the fence.
She asks him if he is mad at her, no answer. Michael comes over and
tries to speak to Kevin, but he is in a comatose state.

Cane is at the AC leaving a
message for Michael. He wants to push forward for the custody of Delia. Lily
tells him he just can’t let it go.
At the apartment, Neil questions whether Karen wants to lie to the social
worker who has just knocked at their door. Why should he have a problem with
it? What’s the difference? He’s been lying to his wife.
The gang at the mausoleum are raving about Esther’s meal. Mac sees a picture
of Billy which triggers a flashback to their conversation from his wedding
night. She remembers Chloe and her heap of blankets intruding on their
intimate talk. Kay is wondering whether either of Brock or Mac can stay.
Chloe arrives home and announces she is going to cook to celebrate their
first anniversary. Billy insists he needs to visit his mom. Chloe questions
whether he wouldn’t rather take another walk in the moonlight.
Ana opens the door to Mrs. Harris. She has good news. The hearing will be
next week. She is happy with what she has seen but she sees the dazed look
on Neil’s face and questions whether they are still wanting to continue with
the adoption.
Devon is visiting Tyra at Indigo’s. She wonders why no one is returning her
calls. He tells her he saw her and Neil and what they did. She is so sorry
but he’s not buying it. They were selfish and not thinking of anyone else.
She claims it was wrong but it is over. He thought Neil was a person he
could depend on to do the right thing. He tells her he has spoken to Neil.
Neil couldn’t answer Devon about whether he was in love with Tyra. Is it
really over?
Lily and Cane continue to talk as he wonders why he is being made to be the
bad guy. She is defending Billy and Chloe. Cane thinks it’s all about the
competition. Lily doesn’t believe that. He’s sure Chloe has done a number on
Lily with her act. He is sure she will use Delia to get whatever she wants
but she doesn’t have an ounce of altruism in her.
Billy and Chloe talk Mac. He tries to reassure her that she has nothing to
worry about.
Brock is prodding Mac to get moving in order to avoid missing their plane.
Mac and Murphy talk. He wants to set her straight.
Lily wants to leave and Cane hates that she is being hoodwinked. They would
be married now if they hadn’t lied in the first place. They are further
apart now than ever.
Mrs. Harris is going over Ana’s report and is impressed. The teachers say
she is doing well and is lucky to find herself with 2 loving parents. They
see her out. Karen thanks Neil for not ruining things. He asks her to give
him a break. Karen argues that he gave her the dream of having a child to
begin with. He made her believe it was possible. She asks him to just go.
She falls into the couch and begins to sob.
Neil reaches out to Tyra. She doesn’t think that’s a good idea for them to
see each other. Devon is standing there and rubs in the “it’s a one time
deal”.
Chloe apologizes for giving
Billy a hard time about Mac. Does he still have a thing for Zena the warrior
princess. There’s a knock at the door. It’s Lily here to see how married
life is for them. Just peachy keen thanks. She gets her digs in about Billy
being unemployed and plods through billy’s history with Mac. Chloe asks her
to leave a she continues. Billy escapes under the guise of looking for
formula.
Murphy tells Mac she could do a whole lot of good here. Katherine needs some
family around her. Brock asks if she is ready for their imminent departure.
She asks for 5.
Billy arrives at the mausoleum door as Brock opens it. Billy wonders if he’s
too late.
Devon’s at the door and Karen lets him in. He has a CD to give Ana. He
thinks it would be good if Tyra could visit her too. He wonders why her
calls haven’t been returned. Karen says it’s complicated and he has no idea.
He let’s Karen in on a secret. He knows exactly what’s going on. He hates
what has happened and how it’s hurting Karen. However, he argues that Tyra
has raised Ana since pretty much day one and they share a special bond that
can’t be broken.
Neil and Cane are sitting at the bar at the AC. Neil’s drowning his sorrows
with club soda. Cane wants to talk. It’s news to Neil that they were even
engaged so to tell him she broke it off is an even bigger shock. He’s been
pretty self absorbed to have noticed.
Chloe and Lily continue discussing Lily’s reason for visiting. Yes, she’s
there to spy, but not at Cane’s request. Apparently Lily has appointed
herself judge and jury. She’s seen for herself and is now convinced Cordelia
is right where she belongs.
Billy tells Brock he can’t let Mac leave without talking to her. He hands
him a paper with his phone number and asks him to give it to Mac to decide.
Karen admonishes Devon to not dare take Tyra’s side. After all, she slept
with her husband. Devon continues to argue that Ana shouldn’t have to
suffer. Karen informs a shocked Devon that they are going to court next week
and then she insists Tyra will not be anything more than Ana’s aunt, no more
than what she’s been all along.
Cane tries to convince Neil about the reasons behind his custody battle for
Cordelia and why Neil should support him. Of all people, Neil should
understand. As the discussion progresses he brings Devon and finally Ana
into the equation. He wonders how Neil can adopt her but not support his
fight for Cordelia. Neil is sorry but he just can’t help Cane out.
Murph and Kay are giggling on the couch when the phone rings. Mac answers to
a perturbed Chloe who is looking for Esther. When Chloe speaks to Esther,
she asks if Billy is there.
Karen is not denying Ana and Tyra’s
history. What does Ana think of all this? Devon’s cell phone rings
to Tyra who begs him not to hang up. She wonders if he’s at Neil’s
apt. She asks if she can speak to Ana and Devon accommodates. As a
bewildered Karen looks on, Ana relays how she really wants to see
Tyra.
Billy’s home and Chloe asks him where the formula is. They were out
of it , and by the way, he’s not hungry.
Brock gives Mac the phone number Billy has left. Kay thanks Brock
and Mac for visiting. As Brock is hugging Esther good-bye, Mac
announces that she’s not leaving. She walks Brock out and explains
to him why she’s staying. In denial, she tells him it’s for
Katherine, not Billy.
Lily arrives at the AC to find Cane at the bar. She relays her
experience at the Abbott apartment. She tries to convince him that
Cordelia is perfectly fine right where she is.
Tyra is saying good bye to Ana just as Neil walks in to Indigo. She
says that his timing is impeccable. Devon just chewed her out for
being a slut. So he knows and she is sure by now that Karen must
know too. Neil confirms that Karen knows because she guessed. Tyra
just can’t understand why Karen is trying to take her daughter and
why Neil is standing by her. Tyra wonders what she is supposed to
do. Neil is going to try and get Rafe to get permission for Tyra to
have custody of Ana. He doesn’t care about the cost. It’s the right
thing to do. Now he’s concerned about the right thing?
Devon tells Karen she is not thinking straight and he is only
looking out for Ana’s welfare. Karen explains that she is unable to
have children. Even still, Devon insists that this is about Ana, not
her. She is not Ana’s mother. He has to make sure that Tyra is in
Ana’s life.
Billy is wondering if Chloe has seen his cell phone which he then
goes to check. He sits down to eat, appetite improved after all.
Mac is sitting outside on the step looking at Billy’s phone number
while flashing back again to the other night. She rips up the note.
Katherine comes to check on her and invites her in to play gin rummy
with her and Murphy. They walk back in to the mansion arm in arm as
Kay tell Mac she will help her find her way.

Sharon and Bore us are
dining at the AC. Her mother is very concerned about Sharon’s lack of
appetite. In typical mother fashion, she is trying to fix Sharon’s problems
starting with her living arrangements. She offers to have Sharon come live
with her. Sharon is more concerned about Noah and that girl.
Noah and Eden are doing what they do best, making out. They talk about going
to Jack’s cabin. Eden is all for it.
Nick and Phyllis are at the tack house lamenting their lack of sexual games.
Instead they are having a serious discussion about how things can’t continue
like this. She doesn’t want to talk relationships anymore and seeing a
therapist would be a death knell. Knock at the door and in walks an anxious
Daniel. He is asking them to post bail for Amber who is being arraigned.
They may not have to because Mrs. C. enters the courthouse to be with Amber.
She is grateful to Amber for giving her her life back. She’s here now to
help her. Amber is more worried about Kevin. He’s in the jail cell and
Michael is talking to him from the other side of the bars. Kevin remains
catatonic. Mike tries to remind Kevin of what he did to Tom. Kevin is still
in child mode promising to never do anything bad again if he gets out of
there.
At the AC, Ash apologizes to Jack for the finality of the divorce. As they
are talking, Mary Jane walks in. Together, she and Jack announce that the
Abbotts are back at Jabot courtesy of Katherine. They discuss focusing on
positive and thereby forgoing the civil suit against Gloria.
At the jitter joint, Gloria, Jeff, Lauren and Jana are talking about Kevin.
Jeff looks like a raccoon and bares no hard feelings toward Kevin. He claims
he did his part and now it’s up to Mikey.
Amber and Katherine go over the events of the last couple of days and the
final DNA test results. Amber is ecstatic to learn that Murphy and Kay are
engaged. Katherine believes in Amber and Kevin the way they believed in her
and they will never give up.
Michael is crying and wiping
away his tears while still outside the jail cell. He asks Kevin if he can
remember what happened. Michael tries to reassure a fearful, anxious and
repentant Kevin that he will do whatever he can and won’t leave him alone.
Daniel joins Katherine and Amber at the courthouse. They go over what
happened. The rest of them are there too. Michael warns them that Kevin will
not get bail. In anger, Mike lashes out at Gloria. Lauren takes him aside
and they talk about Kevin and how he is “almost checked out”. Lauren
encourages him to give all that he can, which might not be enough. Heather’s
voice is heard announcing the judge is in chambers.
Michael talks to a stone cold Heather who is telling him there’s nothing to
explain about Kevin.
On their way to the cabin, Eden is sure she is ready for “this”. Suddenly
she is having second thoughts. Noah accepts that as a ranger shows up and
with a flashlight and looks into the car to check on them.
Jack tells Mary Jane about Ashes’ pregnancy. The two stay behind as Ashley
departs. A forest ranger gives Jack a call notifying him of Noah and Eden’s
appearance at the cabin.
Jack excuses himself and locates and tells Sharon the news. That’s OK, she
is going to handle this on her own.
Sitting on the couch, Nick asks Phyl if she knows how much she and Summer
mean to him. She says she doesn’t because he keeps on leaving them. They
role play as if they are in each other’s shoes. The phone rings and it’s
Sharon, right on cue. Phyllis repeatedly asks Nick to not answer but he has
to. Sharon tells him about their son’s antics. So much for handling it on
her own, as Nick agrees to pick her up. An argument ensues at the tack
house. He is “not going up to the cabin with that slut.” You bet he is as he
grabs the keys and leaves without her.
Victoria makes an appearance at the ranch. She and Ash try to have a civil
discussion but it fails.
At the courthouse Katherine yells at a combative Glo to just shut up.
Another person is drawn into the Noah Eden crisis as Lauren receives a call
and leaves. Michael continues to defend Kevin to Heather. With a straight
face, she accuses him of not being objective. Michael argues for Stockholm
Syndrome. For reasons known only to her, she will object to a psych
evaluation. Kevin is in the cell telling himself repeatedly that it will be
OK.
Mary Jane and jack talk about how easily he can be read. He still wants
Sharon but has accepted you can’t always get what you want.
Phyllis is leaving a message for Nick
under the guise of being concerned about Noah. She apologizes for
how she behaved earlier and begins to cry. She is just so confused!
She tells him she’ll wait up and they can make up.
Sharon and Nick are at the cabin and find no sign of Noah and Eden.
They put together a couple of scenarios as to why they are not
there. Nick goes to try and find a signal to contact Phyllis as
Sharon flashes back to their hot lovin' in the cabin.
Victoria is talking with Estella as Ashley enters and asks if Adam
is still there. She says her good byes. Ashley asks about the red
egg that Sabrina gave Victor. She asks Estella is she asked the
staff about it. Estella gives a snarky response. In an attempt at
humor, Adam says he hasn’t seen it. Estella guides him to his room
and Adam questions her dislike for Ashley.
Lauren finds Eden and Noah at the JJ. They try to explain. Lauren
ensures them she is on to them. They are so sorry if they scared
anyone. Michael can’t be expected to take any more problems.
Katherine offers to put the bail money up for each captor. She
offers to talk to the police because of her memory loss. Turns out
Paul is looking for Annie and Roger. Jeff and Michael get into a
heated argument over what transpired at the boxcar. Mike tells them
he is changing his strategy and asking for a psychological
assessment while being detained in a hospital.
Jack asks Mary Jane about her husband and whether he’ll be joining
her.
Ash has fallen asleep on the couch and startles awake yelling
“Sabrina”. Estella comes in and asks after her. She gets off the
couch and a silver rattle drops.
Lauren calls Phyllis to tell her the kids are safe. Phyllis is
confused since Nick and Sharon are at the cabin. Phyllis assumes
Nick is on his way home.
Nick comes into the cabin and advises Sharon of Lauren’s call. Guess
they can go now?
In the court, they are awaiting Kevin’s arrival. Michael implores
Gloria to not interfere. In walks a despondent Kevin. His mother and
wife are alarmed by what they see.
