Show #9137 - 05.04.09 - Director: Mike Denney

By the Canadian Connection

“Let me call you sweetheart” is being sung by Ana as Kay begins her walk down the aisle. She’s wearing a white suit and hugging and kissing all the people close to her. She finally takes her place beside Murphy and the music ends.

Paul is at the door to the mausoleum introducing himself to a clearly flustered Mary Jane. He wonders if they have met before and asks her name. He cocks his eyebrow trying to discern why she looks familiar. She uses the excuse that the ceremony is starting to make a hasty exit.

Nina is telling Jill she can’t go in the house like that as her former MIL is trying to force the key to work.

Brock begins the service by first acknowledging the loss of Marge. After all she is the one who brought Murphy and Katherine together. He does the mandatory soap “speak now or forever hold your peace” as the door opens with a bang and a sheepish Nina walks in-alone.

Lauren is late arriving and as she enters the mansion she hears odd moaning and wonders what on earth it is. She opens the front hall closet door to finds a gagged and tied up Jill.

Jill has the opportunity now to deal with Brock’s to speak now. She disrupts the ceremony and asserts she has something to say! Cane tries to get her to simply sit down. Victor stands smugly in the background. Murphy gives his version of their adventures that lead to where they are now. He is thankful every day for her.

Now it’s Kay’s turn to speak. He smothered her with kindness, directed her towards a new career (haha), showed her that you need to be with someone who makes you happy regardless of their status. If two people are meant to be together nothing can stop them.

Mac is remembering the vows she took with Billy on their wedding day.

Billy is watching her from afar as Brock asks Katherine and her groom to exchange rings. They are pronounced husband and wife. Jill looks on perplexed as the groom kisses his bride.

Everyone is mingling on the patio as Daniel wants to take a family photograph. Jill barks that she wants Nina arrested for having stuffed her in the closet. Katherine defends Nina for making a noble attempt. Cane wants his mom to go have a nap. She doesn’t want a nap. Eventually Cane convinces her to go upstairs. Brock welcomes Murphy into the family, dysfunctional as it may be.

Paul and Nikki discuss Mary Jane and he tells her he feels like he’s met her before but can’t figure out where. Jack approaches Mary Jane and asks about her talk with Victor. She has a throbbing headache and has already ordered a cab.

Victor offers a toast to the happy couple. Ether calls Mrs. C to tend to something. Neil approaches Victor to let him in on his new position as CEO of Chancellor Industries. Neil wonders if Victor is happy for him. He is shocked but wishes Neil the best of luck.

Michael and an appreciative sane Kevin are enjoying some refreshments and discussing the wedding. Kevin knows he wouldn’t be here if not for his “great brother” Mikey. Katherine comes over to tell Kevin how delighted she is that he came. She is still so grateful for his help. It is time for Joe’s delicious comfort fat foods to be devoured.

Kay confides to Michael she is concerned about Kevin. He tells her the DA’s office is the hard sell. She offers to speak to the governor who is a friend of hers. She will seek a pardon for both Amber and Kevin.

Victor challenges Katherine’s hiring of Neil. Katherine laughs at Victor’s suggestion that she should have consulted him before hiring Neil. She then goes on to let him know she is disappointed that he blamed Nikki for “gas lighting” Ashley. She thinks Victor is still punishing her for Sabrina’s death. She advises him to accept the fact that some things are beyond our control. He assures her he is not clinging to the past. They hug as the great old friends that they are.

Ashley approaches Nikki and tells her she never believed for a second that she had anything to do with the dress episode. She thinks his attack on her was unnecessary and too hard. Ash sees Victor standing behind and excuses herself. Jack walks over to Nikki and she tells him she is concerned for Ashley. In what universe would that happen? Jack wonders. She then goes on to relay the details of the dress debacle.

Cane comes downstairs and runs into Mac who asks after Jill. Billy comes up to Cane from behind and accuses Cane of trying to take everything away from him. What is Billy complaining about? He has everything he could ask for.

The guests, including Murphy and Katherine, are enjoying the refreshments as Jill wanders up to them. Katherine asks her why she even came. She says she came to wish them well. She leans into Kay and whispers as she questions her about how much she knows about the man she married. Terms like trailer trash are thrown around. The badgering escalates to the point the Kay has to yell to her to STOP IT! She refuses to let Jill play the victim. Doesn’t matter. Jill continues accusing Katherine of being a two faced hypocrite as Cane and Billy start to escort her out. Finally Kay has had enough and yells “Get her out of here” as only the duchess can.

The guests continue to mingle on the patio. They reminisce about old times. Amber walks over to Chloe as they commiserate how guys fawn all over Mac.

At the AC, Billy is demanding to know what Jill was thinking. If she wants a relationship with Katherine, she should just talk to her.

Jack and Victor discuss Ashley.

On the phone, Chloe asks Billy about Jill and tells him she is leaving the wedding. Paul and Nikki are dancing as Victor interrupts to take a turn. With something that almost sounds like an apology, Victor tells her he thinks he may have jumped to conclusions.

Katherine receives a call from the governor. She calls Michael over and tells him the governor has agreed to take her feelings into consideration, no guarantees though.

Billy has returned to the mausoleum. He just happens upon Mac and asks her to dance. After much reminiscing, Mac decides the dance was a bad idea. She tells Billy to go home to his wife and he practically inhales her into a kiss. Just then, Chloe comes in to witness it all.

The wedding wouldn’t be complete without the bride throwing the bouquet. Who is going to catch it?

Jack is at the AC bringing some wedding pie to Mary Jane. She is feeling much better and to prove it she initiates her own little horizontal dance.

At the bar, Jill is asking “handsome” the bartender if he might be the cure for her hangover. She invites him to her room.

Katherine can’t believe she is a bride at 80. Murph tells her she makes him feel like a kid again. What do they do now? Her answer is they celebrate their good fortune every day for the rest of their lives.

Mac pulls away from Billy and slaps him with gusto and hurries away. Chloe comes up to him and kisses the cheek she slapped, takes his hand and invites him to come home with her.

Show #9138 - 05.05.09 - Director: Peter Brinkerhoff

By the Pacific Powerhouse

In the aftermath of Katherine's funeral, um, wedding, Sharon is having a flashback and thinking about calling Jack. Elsewhere, Katherine and company are talking about the wonderful wedding and Michael is thanking her for contacting the governor about Kevin.

And too, at the Jitter Joint, Jana is telling Kevin that he's not crazy as he's applauded and says hello to Gloria.

With Victor, Nick learns that the great man has a plan for him. Victor is impressed with the way he ran Newman Enterprises and Useless Style. That can only mean that Nick can be the new CEO at NE, if he wants. It would mean Nick has to leave USM, and must talk with his wife before making a decision. In the background, Adam hears when Victor says it's his plan to leave the company to his kids.

At Jabot, Billy is grumpy. He tells Ashley that Jack did him wrong.

Now Sharon is telling BoreUs that she's pregnant. Is she sure? You bet. But she doesn't know who the daddy is. Could be any one of three different men and one of them is Billy.

Jack shows up at Jabot and rips into Billy. He should be happy to have what he has; a family. Right now, what Billy needs to be is a father to his child. Why worry about a job when he really doesn't need money. Think about it, "kid". Damn you! Don't call me kid! And lo, John Abbott returns from the dead to tell Billy he didn't work all those years to have his sons using Jabot as a place to hide.

Nick is at the magazine bringing Phyllis up to speed. He saw Victor, who wants him to replace Neil full-time.

Katherine shows up at the JJ for the celebration. Isn't she supposed to be on her honeymoon? Heavens no, there's too much going on right now. Murphy's got a bait and tackle shop to run. Kevin hits on Michael. Has he heard from the governor yet? No? Why not! Hey, give him time. Michael makes a toast to Kevin, who fought his way back from the dark. Kevin is truly a "warrior". Jeff there too, he makes a snide remark and Kevin blows a gasket. Gloria pushed Jeff out just as Jill entered and came eyeball-to-eyeball with Katherine. She wants to congratulate Katherine. She meant to at the wedding, but things got out of hand. That said, Jill leaves.

Jeff stopped Jill to chat, latched onto Gloria and away they went as Michael, Kevin and Jana returns. Kevin wants to sell the JJ and take that cross-country trip on their "hogs" he and Jana talked about last year.

At the Ponderosa, Ashley finds a credit card receipt and other stuff. She jumps on Estella for putting it in her closet. In his room, Adam is talking to Rafe about what her heard Victor and Nick talking about. And here he'd hoped to win Victor's respect back. Now, it's survival of the fittest and a blind man doesn't stand a chance.

BoreUs informs Sharon that she's got to figure out who the daddy is. She can't keep it a secret. Sharon is hoping to God it's Nicks. That way she won't have to deal with Billy, who is there now wanting to speak with her.

Phyllis isn't pleased. USM wasn't meant to be a stepping stone for Nick. Why is Nick even considering Victor's offer? How can he not? After the many times Victor has screwed him over? Yeah, but Nick will have a contract. Oh, you are one dumb bunny, Nick. How many times are you going to bend over for daddy? Nick can do what he wants, Phyllis is staying at USM. But, can't Nick do both? Hasn't he been doing both? Oops, here comes Sharon.

And now John is talking with Jack about Billy. Billy needs guidance, although John isn't sure Jack's the right person to guide anyone. Plus there's Jack's failed marriage. Thank God, Jabot is on a solid foundation again.

Estella claims to have been "a loyal employee for years". She'd never do such a thing. Ashley snarls that when she has proof she'll go straight to Victor and Estella will be out on her ass. Meantime, upstairs, Rafe apparently out the window, Victor has good news for Adam. He's found a doctor who can perform miracles. Adam doesn't want to be a guinea pig, but thanks Victor anyway. As Victor leaves, Adam opens his eyes wide. He's worried about what Victor might find out.

Kevin is pissed off as Michael and Amber watch him fiddle with a coffee machine. Kevin orders them out, including Daniel who's hanging out and just as Katherine starts to leave Billy enters to make a pitch for running Chancellor Industries. Too bad, she's already got someone.

Phyllis, Sharon and Nick chit-chat. Thanks for not pressing charges against Phyllis. Sharon isn't impressed with Phyllis' empty apologies. Oh well, Phyllis only wants to focus on her family and marriage now. No more games. Family is very precious.

Gloria, Jill and Jeff are at the AC bar. Jill talks about getting a job, but where, how? In comes Billy to tell Jill that he hit on granny for a job which has been filled by Neil. Jill is aghast. Neil? Well, she'll put a stop to that.

Nick and Phyllis argue, with Phyllis saying she's now "the other woman". Things can only get worse if Nick goes over to NE.

Ashley finds a USM issue featuring Sabrina. She calls for Estella, and seeing the egg too lets out a bloodcurdling scream!

Back at the JJ, Michael gets a call from Katherine. The governor is coming to town and wants to have dinner to discuss Kevin's case. Kevin is elated. Jill blows into the mausoleum with a suitcase. She's moving back in!

Billy went to Victor looking for work. Sorry, pal. No work here. Maybe some other time. Checking on Ashley, Victor finds her with Sabrina's stuff. At the same time, Adam is on the phone asking someone to help get him out of there.

Nick is on the phone too. He wants to go to his new job with clear expectations. Bye. What? Nick has made up his mind? Phyllis is pissed. Nick made a committed to her, and now this? Too bad, Nick needs to do this for daddy. If he doesn't, someone else will get into NE and make a mess of it. Phyllis reminds him again how often he's bounced back and forth. If he leaves, and comes back, there might be nothing to come back to. Why is his dream more important than her dream? Please, don't do this.

At Jabot, Sharon is in Jack's office. See? Jack is back in his old digs? What does Sharon think? Hey, is she alright? Something wrong? Yeah, she's pregnant!

Phyllis and Nick are going over some USM business. A new issue coming out, there's much to do including another photo shoot! However will Phyllis accomplish all that without Nick around?

Jack is elated to hear Sharon is pregnant! He doesn't care who the daddy is. Just think, it could be his. He doesn't care so long as he gets her back. He wants the baby!

The Jitter Joint finds Chloe and Billy with their baby. He's looking for work and tells of having asked Victor for a job. Too bad, there are no openings. She can't understand why Billy can't be happy just the way he is.

Speak of the Devil, Victor is mumbling about Sabrina's stuff when Victoria arrives. Ashley tries to explain it all way as Victoria gives her the stink eye. What? You think I had something to do with this? Victor believes Ashley, doesn't he? You bet he does. There must be a logical explanation. He wants Ashley to stop fussing. "You got it?"

Paul and Nikki are yammering how the beautiful, single woman who caught the bouquet at the wedding when Nikki gets a call from USM. Deadline? Tomorrow? And off Nikki goes, as back as USM Phyllis repeats the question to Nick. What's the problem? His mother will be there soon. If that's not good enough they can hire more people.

Jack makes his usual promises. No matter what, he wants to help Sharon raise the baby. Sharon wants to keep it a secret, especially Noah until she can find a way to tell the boy. Jack is wallowing in a pool of love. They'll have such a wonderful life. Sharon stops him. Don't count your chickens before they hatch. She hasn't decided yet.

At Jimmy's Bar, Mac is on the job when Billy walks in. She instructs him to stop kissing her.

Chloe is talking to her baby, then calling her mother to see if Mac was at the mausoleum. No? Great! Now she's got a craving for a giant chili cheese dog.

Billy claims to love his daughter, but tells Mac it doesn't mean that not being with the kid doesn't mean he can't be a daddy. She spews that if Billy thinks he's got it bad, he should visit Darfur.

Nick is sorry that Phyllis is upset, but don't they have a pact? In comes Nikki. There's a problem! The photographer is sick in the hospital with something he caught in Brazil. Whatever will they do?

Jack wants to become Sharon's shadow when Mary Jane comes in to say to Sharon, "I didn't expect to see you here." So who was she expecting at a business office?

Back with Victor, Ashley is whining. Someone is trying to destroy their marriage and she thinks she knows who. At the same time, Victoria is sneaking into Adam's room. He hears her. "You heard me," she says, then wonders why he's sitting in the dark. Well, why have the lights on when you can't see? Thinking he's really blind, she snoops around until he say he can hear her snooping so get the hell out. Okay, then stay. You know, this whole thing must be hard on Ashley, but that's no reason to think he's the culprit.

Telling Ashley that Estella has worked for him "for years", Victor says there's no way Estella would be out to get her. Wrong, says Ashley. Estella sees her as an "interloper". Victor ain't buying it, but Ashley won't shut up. Estella is lying! She did this, she did that. It's got to stop. Make it stop! "My darling", you shouldn't get so upset; it's no good for the baby." He promises to get to the bottom of this as Ashley goes upstairs.

Chloe is at Jimmy's Bar talking to Mac - ordering ribs - about Billy and when they kissed. The kiss was okay. But Mac's slap afterwards was too late.

Jack is going on and on about Sharon when Billy walks in. That's Sharon cue to leave. Jack is seemingly in a daze as Sharon fades away until Billy tells him to snap out of it, chop-chop.

Sharon went to her AC room where she spoke with Noah on the phone about being unable to go look for a home because she's not feeling well. Noah hung up on her.

Busy bees at USM, Nick informs Nikki that Victor offered him a job and he's taking it. It does not mean he's abandoning Phyllis. It's all good; they'll see.

Victoria is with Victor, Adam and Ashley, who is grilling Estella who swears she knows nothing; she did nothing as Victor says again he'll get to the bottom of this.

More with Chloe and Mac and how Billy is "all grown up now" and when he was hot for Amber.

MJ and Jack are discussing Gloria's criminal trial. Jack is preoccupied. MJ gets pissed. Then instructs Jack to keep the night open for some celebrating. "We'll see", Jack quips as she leaves and then makes Billy promise not to tell anyone that Sharon is pregnant. Billy just about fainted.

Oh lord! Sharon is having a dream. There's a little girl on a swing and Nick is pushing it - the swing. Who is the girl? Why, of course, it's Cassie.

Ashley knocks on Adam's bedroom door. He tells her that Victoria was already there conducting a search, only Ashley is looking for an ally at which point Adam suggests Victoria could be the bad guy. Meanwhile, Victor is warning Victoria to grow up as he knows Victoria didn't want Sabrina as a step-mother.

Yikes! Nikki is there now wanting to talk with Victor. He refuses her request, leaving Nikki and Victoria alone to talk about how lucky Nikki is to have Paul, who at the same time is walking into the JJ with a ring which Nick sees and approves of.

More with Sharon and her dream. She's missed Cassie and Cassie has missed her! Yes, the dream Cassie can speak. So what's the deal with the baby girl? It's Summer! In her dream, Sharon faints into Jack's arms.

Chloe and Mac snipe at each other before Jack is seen telling Sharon that everything is going to be okay. Hello? Sharon? Are you with me? In real time, Billy is pounding on the door. Open up! Are you pregnant?

Show #9140 - 05.07.09 - Director: Dean LaMONT

By the Pacific Powerhouse

Another day, another disaster or two, Michael, Jeff and Gloria are at the Jitter Joint talking about the trial. Also getting ready, Ashley is going to the court as Nick arrives to tell Victor he's taking the job which makes the old man very happy and Adam very pissed.

At USM, Jack, Phyllis and Mary Jane are getting ready to leave for court too, albeit Phyllis wondering how she'll get the new issue out all by herself. On deadline, the talk about what will be on the cover and something about someone going on a book circuit. MJ is loaded with questions, about Jack and Phyllis' divorce.

Meantime, Sharon is telling Billy it's not like she wanted to get pregnant. She didn't just spread her legs for three different men.

With Adam listening on the stairs, Nick tells Victor how to run his business. He got a tip about some shady bookkeeping deal awhile back and thinks Victor should make some changes. No problem, Victor says Nick can do that now that he's in charge. Nick always warns Victor about Adam. "Watch your back". Oh yes, Victor will.

More with MJ and Phyllis as MJ says she knows that Sharon is a "master manipulator".

Billy is worried that Sharon's baby could be mine. If it is, it'll damn sure hurt Jack. Look at what happened to Chloe and Cane. All the betrayal, it's horrific. Ok, thanks for coming, Billy, who adds he's not mad at Sharon. "We all make mistakes".

At the courthouse, Jack is there when Ashley arrives. Is she ready to duke it out? You bet! Once Gloria goes down happy days will be here again.

Still at the JJ, Michael preps Gloria. She is to maintain her innocence at all costs. Stick to the text. Can she do it? She can! Michael has nothing to worry about.

Heather drops by to see Adam again! She must have crawled in through the window because she's in his bedroom and Adam said that Victor is waiting downstairs. Then he tells about the strange goings on with Ashley, and how it must be all in Ashley's head, or she's doing these things unconsciously. He's staying in his room, trying not to get involved. Why, Zapato has more freedom. Could Heather get him a medical discharge? What, because he's blind? Heather doesn't think so. Knock at the door - it's Victor!

Back at court, Gloria walks in and goes straight for Ashley's throat. There too are Billy and MJ. Here comes the judge. Ashley takes the stand. Her reputation was tarnished by what Gloria did. Michael objects. Assumes facts not in evidence. He also wants to know what Ashley's mental state at the time. Well, ah, the Press went wild and it felt like she'd been violated. Things got so bad she had to move to Hong Kong. Worse than that, her little girl, Abby, put some of the tainted cream on her body and got burned! Boo hoo. There's cross-talk as Gloria gets to speak out of turn and the judge overrules the objection. Then, Gloria confesses! She tells of how John Abbott's children treated her like dirt; threw her out of the family. Feeling trapped, she struck back, but never meant to hurt that child. The judge must believe her.

Sharon is at a park where Nick is pushing Summer on a swing. She's got something to say, but can't get the words out. Oops! Summer fell off the swing.

Victor has good news for Adam. An eye specialist is coming to see him tomorrow. Heather is listening from the closet. Adam goes into you'll never trust me, never accept me, mode. Victoria was there earlier, snooping around. She thinks he's trying to drive Ashley crazy. Everyone is picking on him. He doesn't want some doctor experimenting on him. Oh, c'mon, you know better than that. The doctor will be here tomorrow, end of story, and away Victor goes. Heather comes out. She totally agrees with Victor.

Michael is pissed. Gloria couldn't keep her mouth shut. So, is there a problem? The judge returns from a break. The court rules that Jabot receive double the amount of money it sought. As for Gloria, she's free to go. The only bummer is that she'll have to cough up more money, and this causes her to whine she won't be left with any money.

At the hospital, Nick and Phyllis are watching over Summer who "hurt her wrist". Sharon is there too, says she was on the accident scene, then walks away.

Adam doesn't want to be examined, but Heather wants him to do it for her. He adds that she's all he has in the world.

Still at the court, Jack is pleased with the outcome. Ashley sure knows how to stick it to her enemies. Gloria comes over to give her hell; blames Ashley's affair with Tom Fisher the reason John died. Everyone knows what a slime Ashley is; a mental case. They're really getting into it when Ashley doubles over in pain. Billy screams "she's pregnant" as Jack calls 911.

In the waiting room, Sharon reappears to ask how Summer is. Nick wonders what she wanted to talk about earlier; it seemed "important". No, it can wait.

Good news, Ashley's baby is fine. She's fine, as Victor is concerned. So, golly, does he think she should take a leave of absence from work? A flashback to her finding those things of Sabrina's.

At Jimmy's Bar, Gloria can't stop whining. How will she survive?

Jack informs Phyllis and Nick that Ashley will be fine. Summer is fine too as that family leaves. Billy tells Jack that together they can run Jabot. Great idea! Jack wants Billy to be his "full partner". He is, says Jack, one of the few people he can trust. Victor appears to tell Jack that Ashley won't be coming back to work for awhile.

Michael leaves the bar as Jeff's phone rings. He's got to get to the Cayman Islands before the bank there goes belly up.

In bed with Heather, Adam coos, "Whatever did I do to deserve you?"

Ashley grumbles that being away from work will mean being away from the "action". Billy promises to come visit her as often as he can. In the hall with Jack, Victor mumbles that Ashley will be gone for months. Jack can visit her at the ranch, so long as he stays out of Victor's face.

With Phyllis, Nick notes how ironic that Ashley and Summer were at the hospital at the same time. Phyllis wants details of the accident, but not what Sharon was doing there. Meantime, Jack is telling Sharon that he doesn't care who the father of her baby is, and hugging Sharon, MJ appears to bare witness.

Show #9141 - 05.08.09 - Director: Andy Lee

By the Canadian Connection

Lily and Cane are at Jimmy’s discussing the photo shoot and how it won’t be bad luck to see her in a wedding dress seeing that it is not the one she will be wearing.

At the USM, Chloe is trying to spin a whole new angle and that it not be conventional, so lets show the harsh reality instead, Phyllis and Nikki agree that it’s a good idea.

In Adam’s room, between the sheets, Heather hears things and he wishes they didn’t have to sneak around like teeny-boppers. She decides to have an adventure and raid Victor’s liquor cabinet. He is not too keen about it, but off she goes.

Downstairs Victor wants Ashley to follow doctor’s orders, she promises she will. Estella comes in claiming there is someone sneaking in the kitchen. In pops Heather with only Adam’s shirt, a bottle in one hand and glasses in the other. Victor immediately wants to know what she’s doing there.

At the art gallery, Daniel and Jana are setting up for his showing. She questions him about his lack of confidence in himself.

At the JJ, Kay is telling Kevin and Amber how she will approach the governor.

Jill surprises Ether and is unable to get rid of her for the evening. A dinner party exclaims Jill, well cancel it. Ether says you can’t and Jill insists just as Murph arrives. Jill goes on with her half ownership of the house and he also reminds her that he now has “community property”, so she is outvoted. He then puts his “catch” of catfish in Jill’s face saying that this is the governor’s favorite dish.

Heather is right up in Victor’s face and is very sarcastic with him. He wants her out now.

Adam comes down and tells him that he is living in a prison and even prisoners are allowed visitors. Victor says that when he is free he can do as he pleases, but as long as he is under his roof he will follow the rules. Adam wishes he stayed in jail. At this point so does Victor and orders Heather out.

Ashley feels that Victor is way too harsh on Adam. Back in Adam’s room, Heather says she will do everything she can to get him a medical discharge. Adam’s plan is coming together.

Back at USM, Chloe’s plan for a 60s shoot is accepted. Phyllis gets the bright idea to do all this at Cane’s house. Nikki wants to give the heads up to Nick, but Phyllis says not to bother. Nikki is not happy with her son’s decision either and Phyllis says it’s a disaster just waiting to happen. She wants Nikki to try and talk some sense into Nick. Wow says Nikki, that’s the concept for the shoot – harsh reality and truth.

Jana is trying to give Daniel some confidence. He just feels that since Amber has succeeded he should have too, but he is not jealous of her. Jana tells him to give it time.

Kay wants Kevin and Amber to help her and to be there to meet the governor. Dress up and be there at 7:30 p.m. sharp and “wow” him.

Kevin and Amber show up at the art gallery. They are decked out and she tells Daniel that they are going to meet the governor. She wishes that she could stay with him but offers him encouragement instead.

At the mansion, Kay is calming Murph’s nerves when Jill shows up in her lounging outfit with a book. Kay tells her that she is sorry she made plans without consulting her. Jill accepts her apology and leaves the room.

The governor arrives and Kay introduces him to Murphy.

Phyllis fills in Cane and Lily on the new concept for the shoot about a “happily after” story with a bit of comedy. Lily doesn’t like being the brunt of a joke, but Nikki tells her it will a lot of fun.

Victor tells Ashley that the doctor is coming for Adam. Heather is about to leave but turns to Victor and tells him that he is losing his son then slams the door on her way out.

Adam laughs at the thought that Victor might lose him. Victor reminds him of Ashley’s condition and Adam welcomes the “new prisoner” to cell block 5. Victor asks him to please leave the room.

In Adam’s room Victor expresses his anger. Adam is quite cocky with Victor. Victor simply tells him to give the doctor complete co-operation and as he leaves he looks at Adam suspiciously.

Jana and Kevin are both wishing that the governor will be made to understand the circumstances and grant him a full pardon. Jana is nervous and is hoping that they can soon get their lives back.

Murphy and Kay are pleading Kevin and Amber’s case to the governor. Just as he tells her that he has full confidence in Kay’s judgment, Jill crashes the party all decked out and excuses herself for being late.

Back at Cane’s they’re preparing for the shoot and Chloe is giving them the details. Lily is less than enthusiastic and feels that she is being mocked.

Estella brings tea to Ashley and tries very hard to have her believe that she is not out to get her. Ashley has flashbacks of the “coincidences”. The doorbell rings and an envelope is slipped under the door. Ashley picks it up and opens it. It’s the ultra sound scan of Sabrina’s baby. Victor comes in and upon seeing this says this is enough and calls out to Estella.

Daniel is thanking the people for coming. Jana again tries to boost his morale. She tells him this is just a set back and success doesn’t come overnight.

At the mausoleum, Jill is flirting with the governor. He tells Kay that he feels he can help Kevin and Amber. Jill decides to undermine everything and question’s him about his decision.

Ether answers the door to Kevin and Amber and tells them of how Jill has crashed the party.

Victor tells Ash there is no one outside and was unable to locate Estella. She should go rest, but Ash insists that he go with her. Estella appears to answer the door. The doctor arrives and Victor ushers him up to Adam’s room. He then turns to Estella and asks her where has she been.

At the shoot, things are rolling along, but Lily is less than pleased at how they are being portrayed.

A man arrives just at the closing of the gallery and tells Daniel he would like to purchase all of his drawings.

Jill continues to put doubts in the governor’s mind about granting amnesty, after all he maybe jeopardizing his career. Jill then introduces Kevin and Amber to him as “Bonnie and Clyde”. Kay sternly asks Jill to clam up right now!

Estella claims to have been listening to music with earphones. Victor then suggests that she go work for him at NE for awhile.

The doctor keep knocking at Adam’s door as he scrambles to inject some solution into his eyes.
